Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for Irvine Physical Medical and Rehabilitation. I have had a hip injury from an accident and their office has been incredible in helping me heal. The Doctors and office staff are so welcoming!

The short version: I have nothing but great things to say about this office, from the Dr.s to the front desk, and physical therapist. If you are in need of these services with this office you will be in the best hands. Long Version: The doctor are probably one of the few compassionate Dr. I have run across since my back issues started back in 2016. When I come here I don't feel rushed or as if I am speaking with a robot. I feel heard and understood and not pushed to do anything I don't feel comfortable with. Most of the time they are on time and if I have to wait it is usually less than 20 minutes or less to be seen; such a relief from most Dr. office where I've had wait times upward off 45 minutes to max 3 hours. So as I patient I feel really appreciated when my time is respected. The front desk staff are fabulous very professional and friendly. Specifically Ali, is one amazing employee, she is so on top of things and has been of amazing help in getting things approved through workers comp. I am very appreciative of all the hard work. The therapist here are also amazing, very knowledgeable, and professional. I hope you don't have to be searching for their help but if you do, with this office you are in the best hands. Thanks everyone for all the amazing work. I have never experienced an office be so well organized.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Wardenburg and his team. I’m a physician myself and been dealing with sciatica pain from time to time. This is the place I trust with my back issues.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. I came in here for a very simple 10 minute consultation which they billed my insurance $500 for in the first place on top of a $70 fee when I walked in. My insurance pays their bill and then they still tell me i owe almost 100 bucks and can't provide the reason for the charge...and threaten to send me collections. When you call their office to try to pay the bill nobody answers. It's 2022, i dont use or have checks and dont use the mail system, get a life.

Fantastic experience: I went to other offices in Orange County because I was having problems with my shoulder and they were not able to help. Irvine Physical Medicine and Rehab was able to give me the attention and care that I needed. The treatment I received was unlike any other place and I am finally back to my normal activity. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking treatment.

Fantastic experience: Amazing office! Great staff, Dr Wardenburg is very thorough, he took the time to go over my X-ray with me and helped put together a treatment plan that has really relieved me of a lot of pain!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Irvine Physical Medicine and Rehabitation for over 6 months. Aimee Perrone who is my therapist, is very knowledgeable, deeply cares about her patients well being and recovery, she always has a positive caring attitude, this goes for the chiropractor Mark Wardenburg as well.

Fantastic experience: They are very professional and treat you well. I'm very satisfied of them.

Negative experience: Left after waiting almost an hour after my scheduled appointment. Moreover, there were very few patients at all, and for most of my waiting, I was the only person in the lobby. By all means, go to them if you love to waste your time.

Negative experience: Incompetent staff. Schedules five 1pm appointments and is then totally unapologetic about it. I finally walked out after 45 minutes of waiting and not being seen. Unacceptable!!!

Negative experience: Don't go here. They are not professional and do not seem to care about their patients. The office is dark and not very nice. They do not take the extra step to help with insurance and threaten you with collection when they make mistakes. They told me all bills over 3 months old go to collection no matter if your insurance has paid or not. There are much better places for physical therapy with nice people that care about you.
