Fantastic experience: Superior quality physical therapy is provided by Charles. I am a physical therapist x 20 years , and also a PA, and I believe Charles is the best physical therapist and wellness expert in Orange County. With his help I made a full recovery from frozen shoulder and returned to competitive ballroom dance placing 3rd in a world competition . An episode of back pain and sciatica after a hard practice went away after following his advice - I became pain free in one day and remain pain free weeks afterwards. I cannot promise miraculous results always but I can say he is your best chance of getting better if therapeutic exercise is what you need . He is literally perfection in his assessments and he will develop a program for you that addresses your needs , is focused, precise, and efficient . He is also kind, fun, and supportive, always there to support my journey in dance and overall fitness. He gets results, no time wasted. He is the best physical therapist I’ve ever seen.

Fantastic experience: Charles is very professional and knowledgeable. My mom had a stroke last November and her insurance only covers four 30 minutes in home physical therapy sessions. We know early intervention is very important for the recovery and we are very glad to find charles to help us. He is very patient and friendly to my mom. He gave me very detailed reports every time after session regarding my mom’s progress and weakness which she need to work on. After 20+ sessions my mom is able to walk independently even without a walking cane. We highly appreciate charles’s help because my mom can live a normal life as before. We would highly recommend charles to anyone who need help with physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: No one does it better than Charles! My trainer introduced me to him when I was dealing with severe back pain. I wasn’t able to lay/sit/stand without pain and needed a walker to move around. After a few sessions with Charles I was back to doing my daily activities with more comfort. So grateful for him. Fantastic experience: I made an appointment with Charles due to moderate knee pain, and he was very professional and prompt in taking my past medical history and my history of present complaint. He was very thorough in explaining the cause of the pain, and also very thorough in going through each exercise that would help strengthen and stabilize my knees. Charles was also very patient in answering my questions, and made sure that I understood how to do the exercises at home on my own before I left. He also set realistic goals and expectations with me, which made me feel more motivated to continue the exercises on my own at home. I highly recommend Charles to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Charles for awhile now, he helped me recovered from my frozen shoulder and he's now treating me with some spinal cervical nerve issues. He's patient & attentive; he incorporates manual therapy and different techniques to help with my constant pain & numbness.
