Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough good things about my rehab experience at Complete Physical Therapy after my recent hip replacement. Dr James and his entire staff were knowledgeable, attentive, hands-on. I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to work with them.

Fantastic experience: Everyone on staff here is absolutely wonderful! I’ve been coming for debilitating sciatica issues, and Dr. James has dramatically helped improve my symptoms. I really appreciate the hands-on approach he takes with his patients and feel that he genuinely listens and takes the time to understand the problem before tailoring your program to you. Every session is different and it’s unlike any PT I’ve gone to. It’s a small clinic and that works in your favor. Dr. James and Kevin work through your exercises with you to make sure you’re doing them correctly every session. It’s the one-on-one experience that has helped me see significant positive changes in my strength and pain levels. And to top it all off, every member of the staff rally is lovely. Dr. James and Kevin are so supportive and encouraging and Veronica is always someone who makes me laugh when I come in. No PT program can magically fix you without hard work and time, but everyone here makes it so pleasant that the time flies by. Thanks CPR team!

Fantastic experience: Been visiting the JC location for almost two months now. Dr. James and his team are very professional, helpful and fun to work with. I came in for degenerative disk disease, and Dr. James clearly laid out the treatment plan and I could quickly see the results. The team pays one-to-one attention and have been very accommodating in last-minute reschedules as well. Possibly the only medical establishment I have enjoyed visiting.

They took me from an ankle injury so bad I could barely walk down a block, and gave me back my ability to dance all night! Veronica is an ace at dealing with insurance, and helped me navigate smoothly through multiple changes in insurance. EVERYONE at the office is sweet and knowledgeable and top notch. But Dr. James is beyond wonderful! Dr. James immediately diagnosed a high ankle sprain, which had been missed by the MRI radiologist's first review (later confirmed by a podiatrist's review of the MRI CD). He provided a tailored program of exercises for my specific goals, and was able to address, adjust, and answer ANY question I had about the subtle sensations I was feeling each week. I am so so grateful and cannot thank them enough! Fantastic experience: Would recommend 100% I had been experiencing some discomfort on my left thoracic nerve on my back, I am extremely active, gym in the morning and Tennis at night and the discomfort was not going away even with trying stretching and excesses at the gym. After just a few sessions and exercises given to me by Doctor Humberto the change was extremely noticeable, I can say after session No. 6 in my case, I barely notice the discomfort anymore. Huberto, Remmy and Veronica are very nice and exceed at what they do, making going to their office a pleasant experience instead of a chore.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been dealing with chronic lower back issues for years, which was getting progressively worse. I tried to find relief through traditional and alternative methods to manage the pain, but nothing quite worked. After many doctor visits including a neurologist and many tests that was inconclusive, I was also recommended to try physical therapy as part of insurance protocol. I must admit I was most skeptical about PT since my experience with PT in the past was not the most effective. Then I found Complete Physical Rehabilitation online and made an appointment. After about 4 sessions, I really started to feel better consistently, on the daily. What can I say, I highly recommend Complete Physical Rehabilitation. If feeling better isn’t enough, the whole staff is fantastic. They are so warm and informative. They genuinely care.

Fantastic experience: When I first arrived for PT I could barely turn my head or lift my arm due to a neck injury. I have had 10 sessions and I can not believe the difference. I am 100 percent optimistic that I will not have to have surgery. This place is magic. The staff are so nice it feels like family, and they really care about you. Fantastic experience: I will highly recommend this physical center who is looking for a physiotherapy. I had severe neck spasm and stiffness which I was suffering from more than a month and it got worse and worse. My treatment was going under Dr Humberto and with each session with him I was feeling much better. Within 2 weeks I was fully recovered. The staff is super friendly and amazing. Fantastic experience: This is a high recommended physical therapy center with skilled and professional staff. I am seeing Dr Humberto for chronic lower back pain and his treatment has resulted in me getting back to my workout routine and being able to lift again. In addition to getting better, the staff has been amazing from front desk where Veronica has being very accommodating with the nature of my schedule and George for helping with the exercises. I also started acupuncture with Carla and I am sleeping better. Overall, it’s been an great experience and it’s at a great location.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for about 2 weeks now and so far it's been great! The staff is so friendly and very welcoming! The physical therapists are also informative and taught me a lot in regards to vestibular disorders! I've been working with Dr. Pumarada specifically and he's been very helpful! Fantastic experience: If you need an excellent place where the therapists help to heal your complete body and the staff is competent and welcoming, look no further. They do so much and have various types of machines. They really go over and beyond to treat you. Easy to get to and great hours. Humberto and George are knowledgeable and very nice and decent, as well as the great Dr. James. Veronica is a sweetheart and so is Claudia. I highly recommend it! Bring your family and friends. You won't be disappointed. I am going to them for various serious problems and already feeling excellent! UPDATE: Humberto and George are gone; but Dr James is still here along with Kevin, Dr Carla and Veronica. Dr James is very knowledgeable and is a fabulous physical therapist with a holistic approach and listens to you, explains, sets up specific exercises and techniques to treat your specific malady! This is the 3rd PT clinic I've been to in this area, and quite frankly I'll never go anywhere but here ever again. I've found them to super efficient, polite, and honest with every interaction that I've ever had with the staff since day 1. Even though Dr. James and Humberto are obviously very busy during their days, I've always felt that I had their full attention and care from the moment I walked in for my visits. Big extra shout out to their front office, Julissa. Fantastic experience: Have been going to physical therapy & acupuncture here for over 3 years. Just been treated for the past month for a pinched nerve & back pain. Humberto has "magical hands" when giving expert massages and is supervising the entire PT session, creating comfort, relaxation and very important psychological support. Fantastic experience: This is my second time working with this team at Complete Physical Rehab- Jersey City. Right from the first call to Julissa, who very quickly confirmed my updated insurance details and got back to me with an immediate first appointment same day. I picked up an injury to the back during workout and I also play cricket on weekends. So needed help managing the pain and also getting complete rehabilitated to go back to active sports and an active work and personal life. Immediately could only think of Humberto and he has helped me go from intense pain and limited range of motion to manageable levels of pain and great improvement in range of motion. Fantastic experience: This PT clinic is a hidden gem! I was having severe pain due to frozen shoulder resulting to sleepless nights not resolved by pain medications. I came here desperate for relief. Wow, after the 1st session, the pain was tolerable and for the 1st time in months I was able to sleep. Fantastic experience: I went to Complete Physical Therapy originally for sciatica and was taken care of by Humberto who did a great job with this problem. I am now pain free and know what exercises to do so I don't have this problem again. I was also treated for a sudden onset of vertigo. Their vestibular specialist James treated me and I got fast relief. The office staff is helpful and kind.

Luckily I found Complete Physical Rehabilitation and am beyond impressed by the staff and the care I am receiving here. Negative experience: Saw all the good reviews and decided to give a try. They took my insurance information a week ago and never called me back. Tried to called on Monday and no one picked up the phone. feel they stole my insurance information. btw, all nearby facilities called me back in a day. This is the ONLY ONE NEVER get back me. No bother, if you dont want my business I will just bring it to somewhere else.

He gave me more information that I could use outside of the clinic such as stretches and treatment that I could do myself to handle my plantar fasciitis. Fantastic experience: this was my first time in physiotherapy and if i'll need it again, i'll always return to this place in jersey city. needing a hip replacement but having to wait months for the operation, i was unable to walk even a couple of blocks without stopping because of the pain. after a few sessions, and even now, i can't remember when i last suffered the same pain. a comfortable space staffed by excellent people, starting with julissa in the front office (brilliantly welcoming), through umberto the therapist ("magic fingers") and physical trainer george ("the taskmaster)". not to forget the previous physical trainer chris (yo, chris!) and carla -- she never treated me but she was just as accommodating and pleasant as if she had done. keep it up guys!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The PT team at CPR is top notch. I originally saw Dr. Paul for a shoulder injury and within the first few visits began to feel major relief. Since then I've worked with the other doctors and assistants in the Jersey City office for the same issue with Dr Paul's original care plan. Everyone I've come into contact with has been excellent and shown great care when interacting with myself and other patients. I highly recommend this practice for any PT/Rehab needed.

Fantastic experience: I paid a visit to this office for two incidents. First, I went to Dr. James to assist with my rehab after bunionectomy surgery. I must say, I’ve been to other physical therapy offices but this one has been my absolute favorite. Dr. James was very patient with me and also made sure I learned my exercises correctly. I also had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Carla. I met with her for acupuncture and she did not disappoint. These sessions helped with the condition I came to her with. Overall, this is a great office with great staff. I look forward to coming back to this office for any future aches that require therapy!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here over a period of time for a chronic shoulder condition I have. I waited too long to go for therapy and lost range of motion, with extreme pain and was close to non functional. Humberto is an excellent Physical Therapist. He and his entire team have me functioning again and in virtually no pain.This is a team of experienced and dedicated professionals who put their patients first. They give you the personal attention and care you are unlikely to get anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I went to complete physical rehab for the chronic knee pain I was having. After a few visits, my knee felt better than ever and I'm now officially cleared to play bowling full time in college. Not only were the staff friendly and accommodated any of my needs but Humberto was also very knowledgeable on multiple topics regarding my knee. The team here is led by Dr Stefan Paul, a skilled professional who listens to patients and creates a treatment plan for them that combines the best approach for their rehab with a genuine concern for their treatment goals. The entire team—Humberto, Nikko, Casey, Chris, and Julissa—contributes to the experience by maintaining consistency in their treatment of patients and by supporting patients as they pursue their goals. No matter how often you repeat the same exercise, there is no routine in their approach. I have been to numerous PT facilities over the years. Even though this one is out of my network, I would not go any where else.
