Dale and Maria, the physical Therapists develop a personalized plan of care and attend to you at every session to explain & make sure it’s done correctly. Fantastic experience: I have been receiving physical therapy at Palisades Physical Therapy since 2012 when my left knee was replaced. As a senior being confronted with pains and aches it’s comforting to know that I can always count on Dale Siochi (my Physical Therapist). He knows exactly how to manage and treat my conditions. When my treatment is over I feel like new and full of energy. Maria is the other therapist in the group and together they make a great team treating patients. They are experienced, knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Anna, the Office Assistant is always attentive and very accommodating when scheduling appointments. Her bilingual skills are an asset to the practice as they serve amongst others a large Hispanic clientele. I highly recommend Palisades Physical Therapy to anyone who is in pain or is in need for physical rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dale was great! he took his time, answered all my questions. I hurt my knew when I went skiing and he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and what to do to fix it. I was able to scedulle an appointment pretty quickly. Very proffesional and high reccomend

Dale and Maria are very compassionate and friendly, and want their patients to be as flexible and strong as possible. Dale has helped me regain my mobility and range of motion after several orthopedic procedures, and spends one-on-one time during each session to ensure steady progress with my recovery. Fantastic experience: I had a total knee replacement and was fortunate to get recommended to Palisades Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. From the first day I started my physical therapy until the day I was discharged, the care never wavered. I was always greeted with smiles and encouragement from Maria my therapist and all the support staff. I have been to many different places for PT over the years and the hands-on approach that Maria gave me made all the difference in my progress. I looked forward to going to every appointment. They are my forever place to go for any future PT that I may need. They also validate parking at the parking garage across the street, which is a plus. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: What makes a truly successful physical recovery is the patient's discipline and the unwavering passion of the physical therapists and the environment they have to inspire you to be believe in getting stronger and better each and every day. After my first therapy session for my total knee replacement surgery at Palisades Physical Therapy, I intuitively knew that I was in the right place to be able to strengthen my knee and get back the normal use of it. The therapists know their craft very well and they will tailor and adjust your exercises depending on how your body responds to them, so you will get individual attention to your needs. They also go beyond the physical therapy aspect; they provide a very caring and homey atmosphere where patients share their stories and physical recovery which in turn motivates everyone to push and get better. There is known quote that says: "Strength doesn't come from what you can do, it comes from overcoming what you cannot do, and the things you once thought you couldn't"; and Palisades Physical Therapy enables you to achieve this. My physical recovery progress has been amazing, and I am indebted with gratitude with my therapists at Palisades Physical Therapy for achieving this. Fantastic experience: Having had both knees replaced and previously rehabbing at other facilities, I can absolutely recommend Palisades Physical Therapy as one of the best (if not the best) facility in Jersey City. The entire staff is incredibly attentive, friendly and supportive. The therapists are very knowledgeable, very caring and informative. The facility is comfortable, clean, well maintained and user friendly. And, most importantly, each member of the team genuinely cares about your wellbeing and rehabilitation. I never felt like I was not being well cared for. I’m better for going there and I would never consider any other facility for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: My husband just completed his PT for a partial knee replacement. He attended for several months. The Therapy provided by Maria was exceptional. Staff is very attentive and caring. By the end of his PT he had achieved his goals. The rehab was very effective and he is now able to function independently. Palisades PT is a small but efficiently run facility. He would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone needing Rehab.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Physicsl Therapy. Dale has been helping me for the last 2 1/2 months. I had spine surgery in April and barely walked into his rehab. Now I’m up walking better then before. I still have more to go but what a difference my family said I have come to. He explains everything in detail and pushes you to be better I would diff. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Palisades Physical Therapy. I guess I should start with the fact that my physical progress and recovery are OFF THE CHARTS because of them. Their expertise and commitment to getting me, not just to where I was before my two hip surgeries, but BETTER than I was before. The second part about Palisade Physical Therapy is that they genuinely care about and love their clients. You feel like you are among family. Maybe that’s also why their clients do well? Because they are doing PT in a loving and warm environment? I don’t know, but I do know that I will miss them when my PT is over. I am grateful to the entire team, including the always friendly greeting from the receptionist. But I am especially grateful for María. She knows her stuff and is AWESOME.

From the moment you walk in you get a friendly home welcoming feeling with Anna the office manager who patiently assisted my grandma when she came to sign up for therapy. Her extensive knowledge of insurance and possible transportation for my grandma made it possible for her to be come to therapy. Anna THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Maria was the primary therapist for my grandma post op of her knee replacement! Maria had my grandma walking in one week! Not only she is an amazing therapist but she also as a courtesy would pick up my grandma sometimes and bring her to therapy because it wasn't easy for her to get here and there were problems with the transportation system. Maria you're amazing and I'm blessed you took care of her and was so patient with her! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I also was a patient in Palisades Physical Therapy and Dale was my primary therapist. I came in with terrible neck and back aches and in a few days after Dale taught me how to correct my posture and with exercises the pain and tension began to fade away! Dale you're fantastic! Fantastic experience: My sister came here and we are beyond happy with this place! We love everyone at this office. As soon as you walk in Anna the office manager greets you with a smile The pt assistants are also very helpful and nice. Maria the therapist helped my sister so much! She loves her patients and she helps them achieve their goals. Everyone is so sweet and they have a beautiful personality. I know that whoever comes here will be healed. My sister and I love you guys so much!

Fantastic experience: I went for rotator cuff injury and improved a lot. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Staff is very good too, wait time is very short. Clinic is not high-end, just as most Jersey City clinics, but it is worth going. Highly recommend.
