Fantastic experience: I recently completed a series of sessions at the physical therapy office located at 1 Nardone Place in Jersey City, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The entire team here is exceptional, especially the physical therapists, Jack and Joyce. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported, and the facility itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comprehensive therapy experience. Jack and Joyce are not only highly skilled but also truly dedicated to their patients’ recovery. They both took the time to understand my needs, creating a personalized treatment plan that targeted my specific issues. Throughout my sessions, they monitored my progress closely, adjusting my exercises to ensure I was always challenged yet comfortable. Their professionalism and expertise are evident, and they have a fantastic bedside manner that made every session enjoyable. The assistants were also amazing. Thank you everyone!

Fantastic experience: They took such GREAT care of myself and Ellen They made us feel like FAMILY. They are always there me and Ellen. They take THEIR TIME to help and understand me James Temples III. WE come from Brooklyn New York. We would NEVER go anywhere else. I came there walking with a can everywhere and now I use it 0 percent of the time. WE WANT EVERYONE TO COME HERE.

Fantastic experience: No other place I would go for physical therapy. Everyone on their staff, the receptionists, the aides, the techs and of course the therapist are the best. They care about their patients. They listen to you as you explain your issue and work with you until you are back to normal.

Fantastic experience: First time ever doing PT for a back injury (I AM NOT GETTING OLD) and picked this place because of it's proximity to my home, but I don't think I could've made a better choice. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable, and I seriously never thought the results I got would be this fast (4th week and nothing hurts anymore). Just amazed.

Fantastic experience: I saw Liz after breaking a couple bones in my hand. She was very caring and listened well to what was going on and was great at customizing hand exercises to help me regain function. I would definitely recommend. If I ever need hand therapy again, I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Broke my arm this year and went there for therapy. Liz my therapist is the absolute best and she took good care of me. From cleaning out the scabs , messages, exercises and tips on how to minimize the scar. I am now done with therapy and my arm is in a much better state now. A few more months and I should be as good as new! Totally recommend Strulowitz and Gargiulo.

Fantastic experience: S&G Twin Boro in Jersey City is a true gem and especially, Dr. Tricia Anastasio, who has worked with my now 19 month old son for the past year. He has made tremendous progress despite his rare genetic condition and disability and so much of that is thanks to Dr. Tricia. We absolutely love her and she is an expert in her field. Best of all, she’s amazing with children (and adults) — her professionalism and friendly demeanor makes you feel instantly like family. My son LOVES her and lights up when he sees her. We would recommend this office to anyone looking for high quality and individualized care.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Strulowitz & Gargiulo enough. I’ve been receiving physical therapy for my hip and foot pain for about 3 months now and I am so happy with the progress I’ve made. Carl is absolutely outstanding. He has gone above and beyond to understand my symptoms, explain my diagnosis thoroughly and create a program that has me feeling so much better. He takes the time to make sure each of his patients feel heard and genuinely cares about their recovery. His knowledge, years of experience, positivity and patience are invaluable! Tricia has also been so helpful during my recovery. Her personable approach makes every patient feel instantly comfortable and build confidence in themselves. Even during the busiest times in the gym, Tricia is always checking in on anyone who may need help or attention. What makes her excellent is her ability to build trust with you and make PT actually fun! I'd also like to mention Chris, who is the best PT aide and has a natural calling for helping people; and the front desk staff, who are always so patient, kind and accommodating. Fantastic experience: I was referred to S&G twin boro by my Podiatrist in order to strengthen my ankles and legs. I had been spraining my ankles for years and was no longer able to walk without terrible pain. I recently completed 8 weeks of PT with Sue. I am proud and relieved to say that I can walk pain free and I can exercise again without injuring myself! I lost weight and I really feel like a new person! I'm so lucky to have worked with the excellent team at twin boro. They are experienced, professional, and personable. They educate while they motivate! Carl and Sue and the rest of the team have my gratitude!

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go if you are needing Occupational Therapy in Jersey City. Liz was my Therapist and she did a great job getting back to where I needed to be after surgery on my Trigger Finger. Lynn was the receptionist that always greeted me with a smile and a nice conversation. Yeeria is also a good therapist. They both are very attentive to your needs and they take really good care of you.

And when you consider not everyone who comes there may not be all that happy considering their circumstances, that speaks volumes about their staff. I was especially amazed at all the detailed conversation about my injury, helping me to understand all the movements and activities I performed. Fantastic experience: Received therapy here for an on the job related injury. The staff is incredibly helpful and encouraging while also being incredibly educated with their treatment options! My therapist Ruchita or as we call her ‘Ru’ was beyond amazing in getting me back to feeling 100% and more importantly building my therapy around exercises which applied directly to my job. Anyone who has the unfortunate experience of needing physical therapy will be in more than capable hands with these guys!

Fantastic experience: This was a great place for me to do my physical therapy for my knee. The staff was professional, yet friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions. The staff kept me laughing and made the physical therapy sessions easy and fun. I like the fact that they have early hours. The location was clean and near public transit as well as a parking lot is provided. It made my physical therapy less of a burden and more of a joy. I highly recommend them and should the need arise in the future for more physical therapy, this is the place I will be returning to.

Fantastic experience: Hopefully I never have another injury, but if I do, I will definitely be coming to this practice. The front desk staff is amazing, and they somehow remember all of the patients names. They are also very accommodating to appointment dates/times and will work with your schedule. I had the pleasure of working with Tricia who is extremely detailed with showing you different exercises/stretches, and slowly progresses you at your own pace. She is caring for her patients and is an absolute comic. I also had the pleasure of meeting other physical therapist (Joyce, Andre, Carl) and floor staff that are there to guide you if you need any help with exercises/stretches. The practice is extremely clean and there is plenty of parking spaces across the street. Wonderful experience, and highly recommend this place if you need physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I was a patient here for about thirty weeks, where all of the therapists assisted me in pre-hab, nursing the existing injury I already had prior to attending TwinBoro. I owe Dr. Gargiulo and the rest of the team for getting me through my final season of athletics at my University, with them assisting me strengthen my shoulder before surgery, as well as minimize the pain and discomfort through various mediums of treatment. After my shoulder surgery, the extensive rehab program under the supervision of Dr. Gargiulo went far better than I had been expecting. I progressed at a faster pace than any of us had previously thought. Thanks to Dr. Gargiulo and TwinBoro, I am back to my original active lifestyle after months and months of pain before attending. Thank you for everything TwinBoro!

Fantastic experience: When my 4 year old son , Mason, broke his leg via a freak accident, I was horrified and so scared. I had no experience with physical therapy. All I knew was that I was referred to this place who was supposed to help him. Not only did they help, but they loved my son back to health. Mason looked forward to his biweekly sessions with Dr. Trisha. Dr. Trisha is amazing! She is the sweetest, most kind hearted, patient doctor ever. Dealing with a 4 year old is never easy but she was gentle and understanding with my son. She answered all of our questions and quieted our concerns. I felt so happy that someone with her level of expertise and kindness was in charge of nursing my son back to health. Mason recently made a full recovery and is walking back normal all due to dr. Trisha and the twin Boro team. The facility is well ran, immaculate, and very professional. We never waited longer than five minutes and receive excellent care. Overall I’d rate my experience a 10/10. Thanks again to Dr. Trisha and the whole Twinboro team for nursing Mason back to health.

Fantastic experience: Just finished up pt for my sprained ankle. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility for rehabilitation. The staff and all the physical therapists couldn’t have been kinder, especially my personal pt Tricia. Everyone was very careful and knowledgeable and always exhibited a caring and friendly attitude. And more importantly helped improve strength and mobility back into my ankle.

They were so kind on the phone, got me in for the earliest time I could make it after work and from the moment I walked in, I could tell why this place gets high ratings. Friendly, efficient and professional front desk staff made the signing of all the paperwork easy. The hand specialists Elizabeth and Yeeria are magicians. It felt like I was hanging out with friends. They were empathetic, friendly and even though they were encouraging me to move what needed to be moved, they respected my comfort level. I can not recommend this facility enough. I’m seriously going to miss everyone when I’m healed!! Edit: I just received a handwritten thank you note for choosing them. That gets another star from me. No one does this anymore.

Fantastic experience: Went for Physical Therapy for my Plantar Faciitis. Sue was my Therapist. Very Courteous, Caring and understanding. Seems very Experienced in what she does. Takes pride in her job and has very good intrerpersonal communication skills. Makes you feel welcomed and treats you well. The staff is also welcoming and takes care of you.

Fantastic experience: In just a week Carl has helped me go from walking with crutches and a boot to walking with no crutches and just sneakers! Before I started physical therapy here I felt kind of hopeless about recovering from my ankle sprain but Carl and his team are so attentive, caring, and effective — I’m amazed by the progress we’ve made and can’t recommend this place enough!

I always felt respected and that everyone was 1000% willing to meet me where I was in the moment. I never felt frustrated or unheard, always cared for and encouraged. Doctor Tricia was an angel in my recovery process, she was on top of everything in each session, and she also did a follow-up on my lower back pain few weeks after the therapy ended. I'll definitely come back if needed and, I 100% recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Andre was amazing and the entire staff is professional, friendly and very positive. Andre has a great bedside manner and asks a lot of questions and has a great attitude. He is concise and targets the issue and was able to give me great therapy practices. We tried different variations until he figured out what was working. In no time, i was much better. I highly encourage patients to visit this facility. It also just expanded and it's much bigger now with more space and more machines. Nice job!

From the moment you walk in your greeted by Betty or Stephanie and made to feel appreciated and like part of the family. The amazing physical therapists, work with you to get you feeling as good as you did before your injury or at least as close as possible. You are always made to feel like priority number one and not just like another client. Carl helped push me to overcome the limits of my injury as well as the other amazing therapists, Evan, Joyce and Nicole were all great and got me back to were in needed to be.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing!!! When I first came to start my therapy for my knee replacement I thought I was not going to be able to walk normal again. My first and second week I was using the cane, but on my third week no more cane. Now I myself can’t believe how I’m able to do everything I used to do, my husband tells me all the time that I walk better than before surgery. I have the best therapist in the world, but also I have to say that all the therapist here are also great, and also all the assistants. From the minute you walk in the office you feel like everybody there is your family. I’m so grateful my doctor recommended this place. I will always be thankful to everyone.

They worked with my schedule and have an easy at home app for what exercises I needed for my injury. Tricia was the best therapist I could ask for and is amazing at what she does. She works hard and is invested in her patients. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I received physical therapy for two months and the overall staff is great from the front desk to the physical therapists.They all work as a team and they treat every patient with care and concern. I worked with Casey and she was great. I had an opportunity to see the other therapist at work and they are all great at what they do. I would highly recommend Strulowitz & Gargiulo to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Went in for therapy after dislocation of my left shoulder. Carl was simply amazing. He devises recovery plan tailored to how active an individual is. Being a physically active individual myself, the goal was to try and get back to activities I could do earlier. The plan was really intense but I stuck to it and now I have completely recovered. I recommend Carl and his team with full heart.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! I found Strulowitz & Gargiulo upon my recent move to Jersey City. I mainly worked with Dr. Carl Gargiulo who expertly helped to rehab my shoulder, but all of the PTs are excellent. The entire staff is beyond friendly as well. I even got some excellent restaurant recommendations :) I so enjoyed my time spent here, they really go above and beyond to create a family-like atmosphere. It's a unique and special gem.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by a friend to Twin Boro at 1 Nardone Pl. This is the 1st time I had therapy for my knees, upon my first visit I received a well welcome & privacy of my evaluation. I wasn’t sure what my progress would be and it helps to have self home instructions. The location, parking, treatment, mannerism & their knowledge affects my overall goals to restore my physical limits and sustain my quality of life. All staff work well together.

Fantastic experience: A place is only as good as the people working there and Twin Boro Physical Therapy is an awesome place for physical rehabilitation after an injury or surgery. The staff are courteous, professional and friendly. The physical therapist are very knowledgeable and proficient in delivering individualized plans for patients.
