Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and wide variety of treatment options. They really take the time to talk you through your treatment options and have multiple different disciplines on staff to help including physical therapists, acupuncturists, and massage therapists. Their scheduling and insurance teams make coordinating appointments extremely as well. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went for my back pain treatment here and found this place really helpful. I am feeling better now. I went there for around 3-4 months twice a week. The staff is really really great. They have enough room and time for patients. I was never unattended. All the sessions were beneficial. They have xray machine, physio machines, chiropractors, small exercise (gym) area, acupuncture, etc. This place is really helpful.

They did best to help me overcome my lower back pain with sciatica. Even recommended to a pain management doctor once we exhausted all exercises or chiropractic options. Negative experience: Visited here a week ago. The appointment was scheduled at 10 am through Zocdoc. However, the staff didn't call me earlier that my insurance doesn't cover here until I meet the front desk face to face at 9:30 am. Compared with Exchange Physical Therapy Group, who called me 3 times, starting from 7 am, then finally informed me of the insurance issue. The staff here is relatively a little incompetent. In addition, If you are using Google Maps to find your way, the entrance is on Montgomery St! Not on Washington St!

Fantastic experience: I’m completely grateful to all the staff for all their care and advice in the past few months, without them I wouldn’t have recovered quick enough to run Boston and finish injury free. Everyone in the office is really friendly and caring, I truly enjoyed my experience from day one and always looked forward to my PT and acupuncture sessions. Fantastic experience: After 9 months of debilitating Sciatica that left me in total daily agony, I decided to visit Harborside Sports & Spine. Dr. Phil and Dr. Dave, together with their amazing staff created a treatment plan and implemented it immediately. They applied a variety of treatments that not only helped my healing, but the treatments are super enjoyable and relaxing, and resulted in my first pain-free day in over 9 months. To date, I spent upwards of $9,000 on prescription meds, Specialist visits, physiotherapy, massage therapy, medical devices, etc. to 'fix' my Sciatica and nothing has worked. I realize that 9 months of Sciatica won't be fixed after 5 treatments, but I can finally live again and focus on healing instead trying to just survive each day. Beyond the treatment, the staff is super nice and attentive. I don't know how they manage to remember all of their patient's names, but they do and that makes for a very personable facility.

Negative experience: I went to Harborside sport & spine for acupuncture primarily. I’ve been there off and on for a couple of years. I had a treatment plan with my acupuncturist, Sue, had several sessions with her, and she was amazing; no complaints. My frustration is with the office and who ever manages it on a day-to-day basis. Couple of years ago, I first went in for chiropractic treatments and when that didn’t work, switched to acupuncture which helped immensely. Since then I’ve only requested appointments for acupuncture. However, twice when I went back after breaks for a few months, they’d confirm appointments with the acupuncturist but when I went in for the appointment said I had to see the chiropractor although there was no ambiguity with my request. I was not given a heads up at all and was only told when I got there. They also never gave me a heads up twice when my acupuncturist was not available; I only was told after I commuted to their office so a waste of time. It’s like they hoped once you got there you would proceed with the session and spend money even if you were not comfortable because you went all the way there. It probably does not seem like much but when you are lying on a table, eyes closed and allowing someone to poke needles in you, you want someone you are comfortable with, not be surprised with a random stranger with 0 heads up. Their billing dept. also is not great. My insurance was paying for the sessions but they kept having me pay out of pocket even after I had met the out of pocket max of 5 sessions. Only stopped after I noticed and pointed it out. Everyone is super polite but the repeated lack of transparency and shadiness is frustrating.

At my second visit, the doctor read my x-rays and suggested ongoing treatment. I wasn’t interested in a series of appointments because my problem had been resolved. The doctor was very understanding and didn’t even charge me for my visit! So refreshing compared to other doctors. I can highly recommend him!

I saw improvement right after my first visit and make sure to regularly follow the routines to work on my posture. Very professional and they squeezed me in on a Friday despite being booked. These guys figured out how to provide great good medical advise, great treatment and top customer service while respecting patients time. The multifaceted approach the team takes makes sure you’re issues are addressed from all angles. Not only that but the staff here are all warm & friendly. Fantastic experience: Fantastic place, and I really appreciate all their help with my pain. I came in originally for some continued neck pain. Not only were they so accommodating and friendly each time I visited, but they made sure to do a real assessment and x-ray of what was bothering me before they recommended a treatment plan. They recommended a one-month treatment plan with a couple of visits a week. Throughout the time, I could feel the pressure on my neck lessening and not returning. They made sure to recommend stretches and exercises that I could do both while I was visiting with them and at home. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and how it will impact me. I’ve been to other chiropractors, who were more of a crack-and-go establishment. I now realize when an office like this can do for improving one’s condition.

The PTs chiropractors are very knowledgeable, friendly, warm, personable and respectful. I can't say one bad thing honestly. Would recommend and come again without a doubt. We tried the organic lollypops at the front desk today - SO GOOD.

At Harborside they’re even better than that! Walking in I’m welcomed as if we’d been best of friends and that level of expression is felt not only from staff but also between customers—it’s like this is just how it is in here! The treatment and care somehow is even better! They’ve got everything one would expect to find in a chiro office: adjustment and a rolling bed massager, but also a physical therapy workout room, traction beds, and electric stem therapy!

Fantastic experience: All the deadlifts I made with bad form have come back to bite me. But the diverse approach this office takes toward treatment did wonders for me. I used to be unable to take long car rides before my back started screaming, now I'm good for hours! It isn't just adjustment, there's muscle stim, decompression, a small gym for active recovery, medical imaging, also you can book a massage! Service is always A+ I highly recommend.
