I have been going to this clinic for about a month after I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, and my neurologist recommended the LSVT Big program. Simona is very knowledgeable about this program and I am very grateful for her kind and supportive attitude. Fantastic experience: I was referred here for chiropractic following a car accident. Dr. Randi is excellent. She's knowledgeable and offered useful insights over the course of the treatment. Her approach is comprehensive. She recommended at-home changes, such as improved sleeping positions and seating posture. In addition, she arranged for the office to provide a therapeutic traction device for regular use. Thanks to Dr. Randi, I've improved significantly. This is definitely a place I recommend.

Fantastic experience: After doing research I decided to give this office a call and set up an appointment with Dr. Wohl. During the first visit, Dr. Wohl is very thorough and asks a lot of questions regarding your health. He does all types of tests in office and checks what the issues/problems are. Then he gives you your first treatment. He might have you get some Xrays, I like that they recommend a place one street away from their place and that it was in network. He is passionate about his work and really cares about your progress. The ladies at the front desk are also very friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: As a doctor being in the field for many years, I have never come across such unprofessionalism. I had an appointment at 11am this morning. I arrived and the door was locked. The front desk people arrived 10 minutes later with no apology. There were already 5 people waiting for the same 11am appointment. After waiting for over 30 minutes, a man came in and they took him right away over myself and others who were there first. AVOID this place at ANY PRICE, completely unprofessional and rude.

Negative experience: I went here three times, had appointment with Dr.Wohl scheduled on Zoc Doc(they need to know about this too), but instead they gave me a another doctor each time. The other doc was having 3(!!!) appointments simultaneously, running between rooms. Needless to say, didn't feel like she remembered what I was saying. Spent most of the time waiting for her to return to the room as she said I will check on you to adjust the machine and I thought I'd be able to tell her how to adjust it, but she just finished abruptly and ran to another room. Also changed what she was telling me from one appointment to another. I suggest to find another office.

Nikolay, this is Dr. Peter Wohl and I am so sorry about your experience in my Jersey City location. I pride my offices on delivering extraordinary care and it is obvious you did not receive that in your visits. I appreciate your feedback, because this allows me to improve what goes on in my offices. With regards to Zocdoc, the problem we have is that there scheduling software does not coordinate directly with my offices scheduling software. What happens is that an appointment that looks available on Zocdoc may already be taken in my office and Zocdoc doesn't update it. I have spoken with Zocdoc already to fix this, however, at this time there is still no fix. I try very hard to accommodate as many patients as possible, but when I can't see someone, I want to make sure one of my associates can. I am so sorry about your experience and if you can find it in your heart to give me another chance, I can promise I will personally see you and provide and extraordinary experience. My front desk staff can coordinate that with you if you are still interested. Again, I am sorry that you did not get the care I know my office can provide and I appreciate the feedback. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Positive experience: The front desk is really helpful and friendly. Dr Wohl is pretty good, can get pretty busy there but the other Chiropractor wasn’t so assertive/friendly and i felt worse after going in there. probably just my experience but just want to give an honest opinion

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at spine and health center now for 6 months. It's been a great place to come the staff it's amazing and the therapist it's great they have done an amazing job in my rehabilitatio. Thank you for been a great team making me feel at home.
