Negative experience: Very bad phone service, you can not get a hold of any one by phone.how is my insurance support to authorize for my therapy if they can get your code to t Do thw authorization .

Fantastic experience: This by far is the best Physical Therapy place I've been to. The Doctor is amazing, he's very detailed in explaining what condition or injury your dealing with, what your treatment plan is going to be, and what the ending result they're expecting. The staff is so friendly, and really make you feel comfortable. I felt improvement the within the 2nd week of my visit.Overall, this facility deserves all five stars...

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent and very caring physical therapy practice, with a skilled and friendly staff. I'm feeling significant improvement since I started getting treatment here. They are busy practice, you may occasionally have to wait a few minutes before you can move on to your next treatment, but the staff does a remarkable job of treating everyone as efficiently as possible. The only parking available is street parking, and it can be problematic, give yourself extra time to park, and always double check this posted signs. if they are covered by your insurance I highly recommend Quality Care Rehabilitation.
