Fantastic experience: We met with a car accident and that's how ended up visiting this clinic. The entire staff is great. Ria at the front desk makes it so easy for us to understand these complicated insurance and claim procedures. Dr. Baksh is very comforting and goes at long length to understand the patient's pain and sufferings. Unfortunately, we had to switch to another chiropractor because Sun-up was not in network with our insurance provider.

Fantastic experience: They are some of the best people I have met while going to get help with my issues. They are polite,knowledgeable, and do their best to accommodate their patients. I go in limping and come out pimping. I got my gate back. Go see Ria, she's at the front and will get you going on your journey of recovery.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Baksh has been phenomenal in regards to my treatment. Before getting familiar with Sun Up, I tried to see a different Doctor but they were not willing to work with my hectic schedule. I still see Dr. Baksh 2 times a week. I would recommend SUN UP to any family member or friend.

Fantastic experience: I got hit by a Truck on April 19th 2021 and and started the physical therapy two day later; I just wanted everyone to know that this place is the best they helped me with my back neck & arm injuries. In addition to helping me with my injuries everyone here is very nice and kind. Also they was willing to work with my job so that I can have a light work schedule. Finally they paid for my Uber when I was short on cash. I couldn’t ask for a better physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: I was hit by a car last year and was left in pretty bad shape. I had been to another chiropractor in the area that wasn’t satisfactory and didn’t want to go back so luckily I found Sun Up. Dr. Baksh and his staff have worked diligently to progress my back from where it was until today. There’s still more to do but Sun Up did a great job so far. Dr. Baksh is extremely extremely intelligent and worked to establish trust before advancing into the deep repair that my back needed. That trust helped to put me at ease and advance the work. Dr. Baksh is also knowledgeable about a wealth of topics so it was wonderful to engage with him professionally and socially. The machines at this office are top notch. So much so you wish you had them at home! Also Dr. Baksh made great recommendations for specialists that I needed for my back. The in-office staff at Sun Up are highly efficient at their jobs while also being extremely accommodating and pleasant! I would recommend this office for your chiropractic needs over all the other offices in the area. Also the services provided at Sun Up are worth the travel if you don’t happen to live in the area. Overall I’d say I’m lucky I chose Sun Up. You should too!

Fantastic experience: After being injured on a bicycle accident last year, I was referred to Sun-Up for chiropractic and physical therapy. I consulted with a few other practices but ultimately chose their clinic for convenience and atmosphere. The office is a few minutes away from JSQ station and accessible to multiple bus routes and stops for those who take public transportation. They also have parking on site. On the first day and after the standard paperwork for initial consultation, my first point of contact was Dr. Baksh, whom immediately made his assessments on my physical condition and possible outline of how the treatment would progress for the next couple of weeks. He also encouraged me to see other Chiro/Physical therapists so I can get a better grasp of what I really need and what would work best for me. I didn't know then that physical therapy and chiropractic sessions were not allowed to be done the same day for the same patient as per insurance requirements. Knowing this narrowed down my choices dramatically as all the other facilities had awkward and tight scheduling. Sun-up fortunately was able to accommodate me for the times and days that i needed especially in the mornings and this gave me the flexibility of not losing the entire day waiting for a treatment. I was able to come in 5 days a week for 45min-1hour sessions on time and as scheduled. They even have text based schedule reminders which deemed very helpful for me. I'm sure many people know this but time is money, and wasting time waiting for an overbooked doctor who makes you wait 2+ hours past your appointment is a big deal. with Sun-Up I come in on time and come out on time gave which me the flexibility of scheduling other appointments throughout the day with other providers such as my lawyers and other doctors with the confidence that i'll make it to them on time as well. During treatments the staff provides a friendly service. Seeing everyone everyday for the past couple of months made them part of my daily routine and always had pleasant conversations to start my day for which I am thankful for. I am now on the final stages of my treatment and have made a tremendous amount of progress thanks to their help. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for chiropractic or physical therapy!

Negative experience: Horrible Chiro services. Doctor is very unprofessional and unpleasant, he will lie to you just to get paid. Makes you feel uncomfortable. Staff is ghetto and also unprofessional having personal conversations and ended up losing my file with important personal records. Do not go, take insurance elsewhere!
