Fantastic experience: I would like to start off by saying that AllCare Health & Pain is a loving and caring place to come when you are recovering from an accident. The physical therapist Dr. Kishore is extremely gentle and knows how to work your problem area. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff always greets you by name when you come in as if you were a family member. Dr. Liu is extremely thorough when it comes to caring and treating his patients. As per my experience I have had injections and Dr. Liu has been gentle and making sure that I am comfortable when getting a procedure done. I have been coming to this office for over a year and I have been healing at a slow pace but the entire staff makes sure that they addressing my needs so that I may get to my goal and live a pain free life. I recommend this facility for healing from any types of accidents and making your life more comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I am leaving this review here not only to make a point on how professional the staff its at “Allcare Health & Pain ” starting; from the Front Desk with Karina, Janice,Alyssa and Ashraf to Doctors; Dr.George , Dr. Ma and Dr. Sunil , to also Julian and Yovanna and most importantly the patients manager Ryzelle, but also to point out how much i can tell these individuals love to do what they do , they are well prepared for the job , they make sure you make and don’t miss the appointments by providing text message reminders. The whole office is always clean and the rooms are always disinfected. Thank you for that and all. Keep up the good work .

Fantastic experience: Arrived 15 mins early for my appointment and filled out all the paperwork. Ladies were very polite as well. 10 mins later Dr Liu came out to the waiting room and called me into his office. Dr spent a good 30 mins with me as I described my post surgery pain. He supplied me with many paths of treatment going forward which was very comforting being that most docs only spend a few mins with you. He told me that he was going to call me in 2 weeks as well to see how the treatment he prescribed was progressing. Never had a doctor tell me they were going to reach out to me before! I truly have confidence that he will be getting me to where I need to be. Thanks Doc!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. The doctors took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment options available to me. I was suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain from a car accident and the doctors at the clinic were able to come up with a comprehensive treatment plan that included physical therapy, medication, and injections. I have already noticed a significant improvement in my pain levels and am grateful for the relief they have provided. Fantastic experience: Hi my name is Gary, and I have been coming to JPP for some time due to an accident. I must say, the staff there ( from Ryzelle O.M., Alyssa, Karina and others who I can't remember their names) , treat me with the utmost care. I love when I come to the office and I'm greeted by name and that is a testament to the quality service they provide. Thanks.

Negative experience: Ryzelle the office manager is rude and condescending, she needs to be trained in customer service. This place is not transparent about matters involving insurance. A few coworkers and I were told that our insurance covered our services and that we would be granted a certain amount of treatment on a yearly basis, based on our coverage. No one ever mentioned our insurance was out of network. We all, about 5 of us received mail stating that our insurance sent us checks which our insurance confirmed they DID NOT. The only reason we found out we were out of network was because we called our insurance regarding the letter we received. Ryzelle did offer to discount what we owed because her office did not communicate with us that our insurance was not in network. However, from the start of our conversation she kept implying that it was our fault we didn't know there was a deductible and that they were out of network. She often made statements and backtracked on those statements in the same conversation. She even lied about having a conversation with me and my coworker prior and when we stated that she did not, she rudely replied "I am not going to get into that with you." I said you are being very rude, she continued with her rude tone and raising her voice. Don't get me wrong I haven't experienced this behavior from anyone else in that office but her. The Chiropractor Dr. Ma is A1!!!! he is amazing and very nice and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking treatment so do not be deterred. The office staff besides Ryzelle has proven to be helpful and friendly, I love the massage therapist she is great. The only complaint I have is the omission of important information regarding my insurance and treatment. Which Ryzelle stated she "explicitly trained her staff on." She expressed her doubt that they never told us about our insurance coverage obligations, however, every single person expressed to her that we did not receive that information. I'd suggest the staff be retrained on that matter and that Ms. Ryzelle take a course on customer service or find a job that doesn't require her to communicate with people. Especially when she knows her staff is at fault. I love the Doctor but unfortunately, I will not be returning because of my experience with Ryzelle the office and billing manager. She lacks professionalism and spreads false information.

From the welcoming atmosphere to the skilled professionals, my experience here has been outstanding. I’ve been coming here for 8 months now for my neck and back pain and the chiropractor, Dr. Ma and my physical therapists have helped resolve my pain and healed me. They are experts in their field, providing personalized care that made a significant impact on my pain and mobility. I really appreciate the collaborative efforts between the staff to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment. Special shout out to the front staff, Karina, Alyssa, and Ashraf for their professionalism and being so accommodating! They greet me with kindness every time I go there and I get seen within a couple of minutes of signing in. Jen and Julian, the massage therapist are also fantastic at what they do! I walk out feeling like a brand new person after each visit. The emphasis on patient education has given me valuable insights into maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: I had a visit with Dr Beck and it could not have gone worse. I booked this place because my wife had a neck pain and she visited Dr Ma who was amazing. Impressed by the experience, I booked an appointment immediately. Unfortunately I was given Dr Beck. He seemed upset right from beginning. I told him I had back pain because I probably put on some weight- to which he said you should visit a nutritionist and why chiropractor. He did not even check where the pain on my lower back spine was. He made racisit comment about my wife surname not matching my name. Overall bad experience and will not visit again. Fantastic experience: I visited Jersey Premier Pain in Jersey City for my neck pain and they were great! I saw Dr. Jon Mingoia and he thoroughly explained the cause of my pain and the treatment plan. After my examination and treatment, the provided a medically experienced massage therapist to work on my neck! It was a really great experience and I highly recommend them!

Jennifer’s firm yet gentle touch has addressed the knots and tightness in my back and neck. Her deep tissue massages have helped me turn the corner. I sleep more comfortably and have better mobility. I recommend these professionals to all who are experiencing pain and discomfort. I would be remiss not to mention the staff up front. They’re always kind, pleasant, and efficient. My appointments are always sent to me days in advance and reminder calls are always done.

Fantastic experience: My son has to do physical therapy here. He has been coming here for over a month and still has quite a ways to go. The staff for the most part is super nice and friendly. They do reminder calls and try to accommodate your schedule. Dr.Sineil ( not sure if I spelled that correctly) is awesome with my son. The office is clean and quiet. They do offer free parking up to 2hrs at a first come first serve. Definitely beats a zero.

Fantastic experience: I am a employee/Massage Therapist for this company for almost 3 years. The staff here in Jersey Premier Pain work as a great team. We care for our patients as if their issues was our own. The Doctors here are very informative and helpful especially Dr.Ma since I work side by side with him. Dr.Sunil the patients love his P.T skills which is why they come faithfully to their appointments, also the P.T.A Jacob is great with patients and very hard-worker. Now the ladies in the front Natasha and Fernanda are amazing. They are nice funny and very helpful with our patients if anything is needed they will be gladly to assist. Our manager Ryzelle is super helpful always available when we the staff needs her and also our patients. She has many responsibilities in this office and still manages to stop what she is doing just to help you with your needs. Dr. Ma and Jeniffer are extremely helpful and I highly recommend them to anybody with post-accident pains. Fantastic experience: I've been experiencing neck/shoulder pain for a while now, but was sceptical to seek medical attention. Working at a desk all day is taking a toll on my neck and shoulders. Thanks to Dr. Ma and the staff at Jersey Premier Pain, within 4 visits I've noticed significant improvements in pain and range of movement. He takes his time and helps my muscles relax prior to adjusting me. The staff is extremely professional, easy going, funny and just a pleasure to hang out with for a 1/2 hr. The massage therapists do a great job too. The facility is clean, they follow safety precautions, and sanitize prior to each patient. I absolutely love this practice, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with pain. Thank you!

Dealing with pain and/or recovering from any injury is never pleasant but the folks at Jersey Premier Pain go above and beyond to make the recovery process as painless as possible. The front desk will make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in and will do their best to accommodate your schedule; the administration personnel will go to bat for you to make sure that all necessary treatment is approved and paid for by your insurance; and Doctors Sunil Hamadani and James Liu will not only give you the treatment needed to make you feel better but they will take the time to explain your injury and the steps towards improvement so that you feel informed and engaged in your own recovery. I have been dealing with a herniated disc, and 2 disc bulges and after just a few sessions of chiropractic therapy, I feel so much more relief in my back pain. Not to mention their massage specialist team are super nice and caring and really put in the effort to make sure you leave better than you arrived. Fantastic experience: My orthopedic dr recommended this place for me for before and after meniscus tears and acl repair surgery. Dr. Sunil has been great in getting me back to full strength in my knee. He makes sure to focus on the specific area if I tell him Something is bothering me. I have and will continue to recommended him to anyone who asked me about my surgery and rehab. I also started to see Dr. Ma for my migraines and he has been great and focuses on my problem areas to help lessen my migraines and tightness in my neck. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They make sure everything is cleaned and sanitized constantly.

Negative experience: I was referred by a former employee who told me how great the chiropractor doctor was...I called 1 week before my appointment to see if my insurance was in or out of network I get there and they don’t have any insurance update!! I was charged and made a follow up appointment 1 month later in between that appointment they called me to make another appointment in which I asked about my insurance they stated they have no update I called 2 more times 2 weeks after that and still no update! I also wanted my husband to go but I’m saving the headache because they are unprofessional! Definitely NOT Recommending to NO ONE I know! Very dissatisfied!

Fantastic experience: I had to have knee replacement therapy and had it done by a highly respected NYU specialist in a NYU hospital but there were complications. I am 74 and I bled more than expected. [Hall of Fame at Cornell U and played pro ball in Portugal, lots of honors]. There came a time when the doc told me in so many words that there was a good chance that I might be able to walk 90% normally in a year but probably would not be able to ride my bike nor swim. I was in physical therapy but with the therapists at the time, I was having awful problems trying to flex my knee. I was even told by the doc that I might need more surgery just to bend the leg so that I could walk with a islight mp. Cutting to the chase: Because of the therapists at Jersey Premier Pain I am riding my bike and can plan to start swimming regularly at Pershing Field Pool in Jersey City, depending how the COVID goes. The last time I saw the NYU doc – this is no exaggeration – he was in awe with my recovery, though it took longer than originally diagnosed by him. JPP therapists were miracle workers.
