Fantastic experience: From the moment you enter AMITA Health Rehab SVC-Sports 2132 W Jefferson St Joliet, IL and are greeted with a smile by one of the four polite,caring,and helpful ladies at the front entrance. Who will help you with your insurance,sign you in,and assist you any other matters you may need. My Physical Therapist Julie Falettti-Bajt greeted me and took me to her therapy room.Julie B.has such a kind,caring,confident,relaxing, professional demeanor and personality.Julie B.explained with an understandable step by step process of how she was going to tackle my leg problem of which I suffered from for some years.Its been a few weeks and she is getting ready to release me from therapy.Julie B.is a seasoned veteran of her professional trade of which she knows and loves so well.She has done a phenomenal process of correcting my physical problem. Fantastic experience: First time I went there, I am so happy to have the therapist and exercises help me walk again. I just had surgery on my right knee 3 weeks ago.

Negative experience: Been off and on for don't like them, the therapist was rude. I don't get how my therapist says she's been patience with me but she was late taking me in and with the covid 19 just didn't feel comfortable sitting in their waiting even with mask on because it's to crowded and it's not like they move quick getting people in and out. Never again

Fantastic experience: I have a chronic condition which requires physical therapy rehabilitation. l have been going to this center for the past 10 years. I have a wonderful physical therapist who has 30 yrs of experience in the field. I can bring my rehab issues to her and she helps me to work through them for a better rehabilitation outcome. Recently, she recommended a light weight brace for my foot drop made out of carbon fiber. It was great suggestion because it helps me to pick up my toe while walking more effectively without the added weight from the materials the brace is constructed from.

I was there to be treated for acute sciatica and Brittany and Sarah have done a terrific job of helping me. They have taken the time to truly listen to my feedback and adjusted my treatment accordingly. The front desk ladies are cheerful and kind and I've never spent more than 5 minutes in the waiting room before I've been seen. I highly recommend this place to anyone who may require such services.

Fantastic experience: The front desk staff are super nice & helpful LIZ(speech therapy) BRE&HEATHER(occupational therapy) EMMA&JASMINE(physical therapy) They Are truly amazing!! Super professional, take there time with there patients and explain everything to you very well. They have helped My Mom to where she is at now after her stroke && have guided me w/tips,tricks on how I can help my mom at home thanks lady’s!! Keep up the hard work!!.
