Negative experience: I purchased a Groupon some time ago, expiration was in June. I had my appointment scheduled prior to it expiring, well every time it gets close to my appointment, they call me and cancel, giving me some excuse. I was rescheduled 3 or 4 times already, and the wait time just gets longer and longer. I was scheduled for this evening and got a call this morning that the therapist is unavailable and they had to cancel my appointment, again. This is ridiculous. I've been trying to use my Groupon for 6 months now, and go figure, they're completely booked for December. Not worth the headache

Fantastic experience: The staff was great and accommodating. I had to reschedule and they made it super easy-even with the Groupon. Amber did a great job working on my knots and making suggestions to help minimize the abuse I put on my body.

Negative experience: Horrible the people that work there I had a Groupon and my doctor advised me not to go and they redeemed my Groupon as I explained to them I am under doctors orders because it was no 24 hour notice

Fantastic experience: Dr. Alevritis is a wonderful, knowledgeable chiropractor. She has helped alleviate my symptoms tremendously in the past few months. She truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her. The staff is also extremely friendly and caring.

Negative experience: Hey people never ever get appointment here. I bought from Groupon and they give me 2 months late my appointment and when finally is the day. They said I can not take my massage for covid. No call not notification before, and my cupón can expired !! Bad service

Fantastic experience: I had an accident in which I suffered a concussion that left me with migraines, Whiplash, And a bulging disc in my neck. Dr. Christine really worked with me a lot, And helped me get the pain under control until I was able to get in and see a Neurologist, Who advised a different path of treatment. Michelle also was great and was on top of all the paperwork for my attorneys, Which made things a lot less stressful for me. 5/5. Recommend 100% and I will return here if I need further chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: Im horrible at remembering names but I am good at remembering experiences. Every so many years I need my neck adjusted and Elite has cured my situations both times. After two agonizing months and rough sleepless nights I finally said enough and made an appointment. After only a few visits im sleeping again!!! My pain and discomfort in my neck is nearly gone. Make sure you follow the directions your Chiropractor gives you!!! These folks know what they are doing.

Fantastic experience: I was Referred to Elite Rehab and quite skeptical of the looks of chiropractic care as this was my first time going to a chiropractor . I was involved in a motor vehicle accident that left areas of my back and neck with limited range of motion without experiencing any pain . At Elite Rehab we were able to pinpoint the areas and make adjustments . After 4 -6 weeks of care I had a large improvement of mobility and am experiencing a lot less pain. I highly recommend Elite Rehab and appreciate the work they do .

She works to get rid of my chronic pain on my neck, shoulders and low back. I am done searching!!! Highly recommend. This 1 ⭐️ For the management I love he therapists but I can’t take the scheduling people. I got canceled twice. First, they canceled me 2 hours before appointment (July 7). I understand emergency issue. They rescheduled me a month after. Tomorrow (Aug 17) is my appointment date. They did it again and rescheduled me in November, 3 months away with reason of not enough therapist. Which is unusual for business like this. I am not sure if that is the real reason.

Even with being away for college, the front end has always been able to get me scheduled right away with no problem at all. I have gone in for treatment plenty of times and have left each time with a great experience. Elite staff provides excellent care, I highly recommend this place!

Being in the trades for over 18years I have many aches and pains and with out them I don’t know how I would have been able to make it that long as a carpenter. They also go above and beyond with helping me Set up a program for me to work on my own.

Fantastic experience: I have been in construction 9 years as a laborer and all my previous employment has been labor intensive. A few weeks ago my lower back decided give back the abuse I had given it for years.. I was gambling the thought of therapy because I didn't know anything about it personally, figured there was all kinds paperwork involved, phone calls, multiple visits before someone even understand what the pain actually was, where and how it happened all the sudden etc... This is the first review I've ever taken the time to write because the reason is.. I was wrong about everything until the minute I came in.. The receptions was incredibly polite, Dr. Pirie spoke with me as if he was as concerned as I was and promptly started getting to work.. I've had 4 appointments since and couldn't be happier with the way things are going!! Thank You!!!

Fantastic experience: Elite is always outstanding! From the chiropractor to massage therapist they all provide excellent care. The staff is always helpful and friendly when I call or in person! Any aches or pains I have tho is my go to place to get treatment. My husband and I have both come here for years for multiple issues and have had great outcomes

Fantastic experience: I injured my wrist last year durning a fall. I have been struggling to preform well at work. Constant pain and frustration. I was able to contact a good friend of mine Michelle who works at the Joliet location. I was able to make an appt that same week. Was greeted politely and then introduced to my therapist Ashley. She was great and very informative as to what procedures and practices I needed to do during and after my sessions. My PTA Lexi has been a savior. Her technique and time with me has been amazing. I look forward to each visit. I will most definitely recommend this facility to anyone I know. Thank you ladies I will see you all this Wednesday!!

Fantastic experience: Elite Rehab in Joliet has always been really helpful for me and my mother for years whether it was an emergency situation or therapy to relieve pain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We have had times where we pulled our backs and they will get you right in for tens therapy with a heating pad and an adjustment to help alleviate the immediate pain. Going to Dr. Christine Alevritis for adjustments and her recommendations of massage therapy have rid me of a pinching feeling in my lower back I have had for a long time. When you have pain so long you forget what it’s like not to have it anymore!

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing numbness and tingling in my arms and pain in my neck and lower back. After six treatments I am doing so much better and my symptoms are gone. Dr. Christine is awesome! The staff is friendly and accommodating. I also went to Elite Rehab for some therapy after my hip replacement. The physical therapist there helped me tremendously. I have been to other chiropractors, but Elite Rehab is definitely the most effective one I have ever been to.

Negative experience: To be honest I could of done much much better at home on my foam roller . If you have serious tension I’d look somewhere else . Dr Christine is nice and took some time just couldn’t quick get deep enough to get that tension out. Dr Perry took 1 minute pushed on my back a few times got nothing tried my neck (which I didn’t want and I had mentioned ) got 0 out , then left the room. The only 2 stars are for Dr Christine , The rest seemed like amateurs or maybe it’s my Medicare not sure .

Positive experience: Scheduling was a little tricky for us and a couple mistakes were made but it was all resolved. Once we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner and attended to promptly. My massage therapist was great. She gave a wonderful massage and seemed very knowledgeable. I would definitely see her again. My husband's complaint was that his arms did not get massaged and his massage didn't seem to last the full time. Overall, a very positive experience. I just wish we didn't have the hassle with scheduling that we did.

Fantastic experience: Have gone other places for physical therapy but this is the best. They actually spend a lot of time with each patent and really assess your needs. Really great place. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Services include chiropractic, physical therapy, and massage.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for close to ten years here and wouldn’t go anywhere else for chiropractic treatment. Both Dr. Wanty and Dr. Pirie are experts in relieving any pain I have and are always so friendly. I've also done my physical therapy with Ashley the PT therapist and had a very smooth and successful recovery from my knee procedure. The massage therapists are truly professional and passionate about their work. I always feel ten times better leaving there then when I walked in the door. I highly recommend them at both Plainfield and Joliet locations.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for about 6 months and the clinic is wonderful! Very professional and the staff is great! Michelle is usually at the front desk when I have an appointment. Always greets everyone who walks through the door, gets you to a room quickly for your appointment and is great about checking in while waiting for the chiro. Always accommodating! I would highly recommend Elite.

Negative experience: I explained that I couldn’t afford $100 per visit like my last chiropractor was charging. They looked at my insurance and got back to me with a “max of $50” per visit. By the time my first bill generated I had already been seen 5 or 6 times. Each visit came out to over $130 after insurance paid their portion. On top of that, good luck getting a detailed receipt for explanation of the costs because it’s like pulling teeth.
