Fantastic experience: I recently completed a course of physical therapy at Elite Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy. The staff is wonderful. Leo was so welcoming and very efficient and always greeted everyone one with a smile. My therapist was Hannah and she was the greatest. She was so kind and patient with me and I could not believe my progress and the quick improvement in my pain level. I actually had a really great time at Elite and I will miss coming on Wednesday mornings. Thank you for the wonderful care and I will recommend Elite to anyone I know who needs therapy.

Fantastic experience: Mark has been diligent and client focused throughout my time with him battling pain in multiple areas of my spine. I now have countless exercises to focus on that have dramatically improved my pain.The staff as a whole is very welcoming and professional. Fantastic experience: Taylor Neilson saw me on referral from my podiatrist for a drop foot problem. My left foot had developed weakness and a drop when walking that led to catching on the ground as I walked. I had painful cramping at night and was afraid that I might easily fall. I thought I had a problem with the nerves or muscles of my left leg. I had been referred to a Cardiac vascular intervention specialist for possible peripheral arterial disease. He did not find a vascular component. My podiatrist referred me to Elite for rehab of my affected leg. Taylor met with me and did her workup to assess my drop foot problem. She immediately picked up that I had a neurological problem and referred me to a Board Certified in Sports Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician. This Dr. ordered an MRI and gave a diagnosis of arthritis of my spine at L4,L5 causing impingement of nerves causing the foot drop. Taylor worked with me to strengthen my muscles and improve balance to help address the damage done. I feel lucky to have had Taylor recognize the problems I experienced and provide the care and professional judgement needed to rectify my problem.

Fantastic experience: I started with Mark Lawhon about six weeks ago. I was trying to improve my walking and balance after a recent hip replacement. He is an excellent trainer, and has been very helpful in improving my condition. Leo and Hannah have also been very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Mark (and Biagio)!! Biagio evaluated me sent me to who I needed to strengthen my knee and adjoined parts, so I could function despite my agonizing swollen knee, meniscus tear and damaged cartilage. Mark sees the connecting muscles and tendons and strengthens them with instrument soft tissue repair and great exercises for the entire side. I am almost 69 and there is a noticeable improvement every time I am at Elite. No limp, pain much less, and I may jog again!!! If you have a bad knee.. go to Elite!!!

Fantastic experience: Title: Exceptional Care and Healing at Elite PT! I have been a loyal patient of Elite PT for over 14 years, seeking treatment for various ailments, and I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional services. After multiple disappointing experiences with other physical therapists at different facilities, I discovered that Elite PT was truly different right from the start. Their comprehensive assessments, therapy treatments, and personalized exercise plans have consistently aided my healing process and helped me achieve my goals. Recently, I faced severe knee pain that significantly limited my mobility. Upon consulting a knee surgeon, I was recommended to undergo kneecap replacement surgery, with the option to try non-surgical alternatives first. The surgeon recommended a physical therapy clinic that was five minutes from my home and against my better judgement I thought I'd give it a try. It was 15 minutes closer to my home than Elite PT and I needed to be seen three times a week. My experience at a closer facility was frustrating. For three months, I diligently attended therapy sessions three times a week and faithfully performed knee exercises for 30 minutes every day. I finally realized that I was wasting my time. I wasn't healing. Frustrated, I reached out to Biagio at Elite PT and admitted my mistake of seeking treatment elsewhere. Biagio graciously provided a free consultation and prescribed a simple exercise routine that only took four minutes a day. Fantastic experience: I have had PT multiple times but Elite is by far the best experience I have ever had. All therapy in a private room one on one with a talented and caring therapist makes all the difference in the world. At other places the therapist starts you on an exercise then has you do it on your own while they see other patients. I would highly recommend Elite for anyone needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Jennet’s PT regiment reduced the amount of pain from a pinched nerve within 5 sessions and by 98% by the 10th. This was after living with severe pinched nerve for 4 months! Thank you for such a well trained and knowledgeable team! Now I am returned to 99.9% of comfort and mobility!

During my sophomore year of high school I got hit in the head with a softball during practice which left me with a severe concussion that lasted for months. My physical therapist was Mark and he did anything and everything that he could to get me feeling better and back on track for sports. He advocated for me whenever needed; to my school, to my teachers, to my coaches, he was my #1 supporter! I went on to have a really successful cross country and track season after my injury, fully recovered. I could've never have done it without Elite Physical Therapy, or Mark.I felt supported, and they really took my physical and mental well-being seriously. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: The front desk people are fun and professional. The physical therapy is 1 on 1. I haven't seen any "group therapy" where one therapist is working with multiple people at the same time. My therapist is keenly aware of my (unfortunately) many limitations. He's asked about the input from all my doctors including my chiropractor and has incorporated their input into my therapy. He's pushed me hard enough to get results without risk of injury. If there is one drawback, it is that the schedule fills up quickly. But that is probably just a symptom of the great work they do.

Fantastic experience: My PCP recommended Elite several years ago when I had some leg stiffness so when I had hip replacement surgery earlier this year I knew exactly where to go. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. And my therapist Christina was great. Will be going back when I get my other hip done!

Fantastic experience: Megan has been great during my first few visits. She met me where I am physically and has adapted the therapy to fit my condition. I've been to other therapy places and they are no where near the personalized experience you get at Elite. It is worth the drive for the personal treatment Megan provides.

Fantastic experience: Carol H. has been awesome. At first I was there to deal with a shoulder issue, but over time it has been so much more. Her approach not only dealt with my shoulder, but provided me with teaching and techniques that will prevent the future issues and lead to better conditioning overall. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: When I came to Elite Sports back in February, I was in low spirits after battling nagging knee pain and a grueling hamstring tear dating back to October of the previous year. I'm not going to call him an alchemist, but Mark Lawhon undid years of pain with a tailored workout regimen and knowledgeable tips on post-workout recovery and healing. For the first time since October, I'm playing basketball and running pain free — and that includes a peripheral fix on years of chronic knee pain dating back to my college playing days (circa, 2012).

After a hip replacement, I came to Elite on the recommendation from my post-op, home-health physical therapist, and what a great recommendation it was. I have been lucky enough to work with Allison Messick. Her extensive knowledge and treatment plan have resulted in great improvement of my hip and other related issues with my back. Allison constantly comes up with ideas and exercises that target my changing needs. My improvement has been the result of hard work and Allison's care and treatment. Fantastic experience: I am delighted with Elite Physical Therapy. I have become stronger, more flexible, and more upright with each visit. The therapist is both knowledgeable and friendly, as well as inquisitive about the specifics of my progress. My progress is reevaluated with each visit and redirected to my current status. I experience less pain after each visit and am enjoying the entire experience very much. I’ve actually achieved more than I expected, as I assumed some things could not be fixed. I am very hopeful of not only solving immediate problems but regaining skills I’d thought were lost with age.

The office staff are friendly and helpful, and the "one on one" PT appointments allow for more personal attention than sharing a therapist with others. I have been fortunate to have worked with Allison Messick as my PT over the past two years. She is a compassionate and dedicated professional, one who cares enough to really listen to her patients and prepare a plan of therapy specific to their individual needs. I have had surgery on my hip as well as two knee replacements, one with complications, and she has worked diligently to help me to improve my strength and mobility. She has an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and is always able to modify an exercise if need be, and still work the necessary muscles. I highly recommend Allison and Elite PT. I have seen several therapists at various clinics and none compare!

Fantastic experience: I started PT in early June, 2020 after having hip and back pain for about 1 year. I have had the pleasure of seeing Allison Messick as my therapist and she has patiently and diligently worked with me and taught me exercises and movements to improve my strength and body mechanics. Although my pain is not completely gone, I have improved greatly and learned ways to help on the days that I have more pain. I have tools to help me continue to strengthen my core and hips. I have learned to use my hip joints to bend my body rather than the middle of my back which has helped me with tasks like cooking, doing dishes and standing at a counter. I appreciate Allison because she is very knowledgable on muscles and how they affect body movement. She always explains how each exercise is working to improve my strength and flexibility. She is very attentive to detail and is careful to show me the proper way to do each exercise so that I will not hurt my back. She certainly knows and clearly enjoys her profession…just the right balance of toughness and compassion….has been perfect for me. Elite PT is top drawer and a great place to get well.

Fantastic experience: I have used Elite PT for assistance a couple times. Most recently I have been working with Taylor Kaul with shoulder issues. I have been very satisfied with Taylor's professionalism, her knowledge and her compassion. I am someone who likes to be educated about my health issues and Taylor has been an effective teacher. Elite PT is fortunate to have Taylor on staff. She is an asset and I am grateful that I am able to take advantage of her skill set as my shoulder is much improved and I am confident I will be back to 100% under her guidance.

All therapists do a fantastic job of creating treatment plans individualized for their specific patients as well! He keeps up on all the latest and researches what is best for his clients. If you follow what they say and keep up with your physical therapy at home you will bounce back stronger than before! I tore my acl in my left knee and went here for PT post surgery. I did everything they said and kept up with my exercises religiously and to this day my balance is actually stronger on my left leg. I run, bike, climb, yoga, and don’t even think about it anymore!
