Fantastic experience: Kramer Physical therapy is definitely top-notch! Treatment from the first visit was such a life saving blessing for me! I had been receiving gastrointestinal medical expertise for over two years for constipation with no permanent fix.Very quickly my therapist identified the problem as being caused by a 3 inch discrepancy in the lengths of my femur bones which kept my pelvis out of alignment , resulting in the inability or extreme difficulty of using the bathroom without pain. The Therapist designed exercises and and an elevated shoe insert were exactly what I needed Therapy continued for 6-9 months while relief began after the first visit.! My quality of life has been greatly enhanced! I am forever grateful to all the staff at Kramer Physical Therapy.

From back problems to foot problems, and flexibility issues, I have found Dina's "hands-on" approach and evaluation extremely beneficial. My improvement was amazing within a short time, even after one visit. Her true concern for me, my improvement short term and long term is my reason I think Kramer Physical Therapy is outstanding for physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Dina and her staff are the best! I have chronic back problems and have been a client of Dina's now for several years. She is a manually trained physical therapist which, for me, means more hands on time and less time sitting on an exercise bike or "practicing exercises." She's been especially good about showing me some moves to "fix myself." She strives to make her patients self sufficient, if at all possible. Dina recently resumed a therapy known as dry needling. It's not like acupuncture...but works on trigger points to get muscles to relax. It's working for me to relieve neck/shoulder pain in far fewer visits!

Fantastic experience: I've been a client of Dina Kramer off and on for 9 years. She has helped me with a couple of shoulder injuries, a shattered wrist, and is currently treating me for plantar fasciitis. I feel that she is very knowledgeable in her field and most of all, she cares about the health, recovery, and well being of her clients.

Fantastic experience: This is the best physical therapist office around by far. I’m driving an hour to get the best care and would drive even further if I had to. Not only has Holland helped strengthen my muscles, but she has looked further into what is causing my muscular dysfunction. She is helping me heal the issue and the cause of the issue. Lori is a master of massage. I have had tightness in my shoulders for as long as I can remember. She worked wonders with her technique. I can feel relief days later now. The tightness and muscle spasms I had been having have not returned. I highly recommend this office!

Negative experience: If you need to be seen quickly for an emergency- call elsewhere. Especially if you need treatment for vertigo. I called Kramer a year ago and was told I’d have to wait 3 weeks. Anyone who has vertigo knows you can’t wait even 1 day. Wrote a review and was contacted with an apology stating it was a misunderstanding and they’d get me in next time. Then, I recommended one of my clients, and they ended up being told they’d have to wait. So, previous apology was really an excuse. I’ll never recommend them again. Many veterans suffer from vertigo due to exposure to noise, etc. As a veteran - I ADVISE ALL VETERANS TO LOOK ELSEWHERE for this or any other PT.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Lori is whom i see: she has a true gift - and I'm not an easy patient (highly sensitive, w/ ptsd), so her breadth of skill and intuitive adaptive abilities have brought me real healing, without triggers or anxiety. She listens well, adjusts her techniques as needed, and spares no strength for the deep tissue work. Maximum stars!

Fantastic experience: As soon as you walk in this office you can feel a difference from all the other physical therapy places in town. This is not a warehouse situation. I felt totally acknowledged as a person, and I am confident my therapist is extremely knowledgeable and able to help me. I had no idea it was independently owned until I checked out and started telling the receptionist about my excellent experience. There is truly a difference! My physician actually sent me somewhere else first, but I was not satisfied and knew I was wasting my time. Again, this staff makes you feel like you really matter to them.

Fantastic experience: 10 star ⭐️ Sandy was helping me with lower back pain. I have scoliosis and have lived with pain my whole life but after hitting my 50’s it was rapidly getting worse. I was recommended to this clinic by my son who spoke to the therapist where he works and I made an appointment. I was assigned to Sandy and it was a true blessing because she herself has the same s curves that I did and she understood my discomfort. We tried several things that did give temporary relief but we both came to the conclusion that my spine was too far gone to be pain free. I told her I would be seeking help outside of Knoxville for spinal fusion. Sandy continued to call and check on me. Needless to say I’m 4 weeks post surgery and all my pain from the scoliosis is gone. At this point it’s just surgery pain that I have as all my organs were moved along with nerves and muscle tissue. My spine is 100% straight and no longer pressing on my organs and nerves. After my 6 week check up I’ll be doing some op pt and there is no question where I will go. Thank you Kramer physical therapy for having the best well trained staff that really care about the health and well being of their patients. And thank you Sandy for your continued care and concern. ♥️

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dina and using dry needling!!! I can't thank Dina and her assistant Dawn enough! I had been suffering with pain for over 1.5 years from bi-lateral tendonitis in my elbows. Dina was insistent on finding the root cause of my issue and she did. The issue started in my neck (C5 & C6) which was out of place but I had got used to it. Then we worked on my posture sitting at a desk for work. The dry needling and manual therapy finally began healing and has continued to since. I am forever thankful!!

Fantastic experience: Dina Kramer is awesome. About 10 years ago, I had 3 herniated disks in my lower back and was referred to the group where Dina was, before opening her own PT Group. I was seeing a guy for about 5 weeks and my issues kept getting worse and worse and he was telling me I was not doing my exercises correctly, even though I was doing exactly what he said. His assistant told him (where I could hear what was said quietly, her pelvis is out of level; the Dr. did not listen). I was just in tears that I had surgery and could not get better. One day, the Dr. asked Dina to come evaluate the situation and she said, Oh, her pelvis is out. She straightened it, and it kept coming out for about a week and she showed me what to do myself until we could get it strong enough to stay in. It worked after about 3 weeks to where I did not have any more problems! She is awesome!!! Thank you, Dina!

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving massage from Lori for over two years. My sister and daughter are massage therapists. I can say hands down, no pun intended, I’ve never had a better massage than Lori’s. And talk to her about passive stretching. OMGoodness! She’s the best!

Fantastic experience: Over the last several years, I have managed to tear my sartorius, get plantar fasciitis, tweak my hamstring, need recovery after a surgery, and generally keep some kind of injury because I am an exercise fanatic. Whenever I do one of these things, I always turn to Dina Kramer at Kramer Physical Therapy. I am astounded at her work in manipulative physical therapy. It is so much better than going to some of these other places I have been, where they hand you a sheet with some drawings on it and send you to a corner to "stretch". Heck, I can do that at home! Dina and crew are hands on and will work out your knots and kinks and help you recover from surgery--even if all you are doing is trying to prevent a scar. I give them 5 stars--always. Thanks, KPT.
