Fantastic experience: I have been in physical therapy for foot issues on and off since 2008 and until I became a patient at Foothills I had never experience true, consistent relief. They have helped me with both feet, my neck and lower back in the year and a half I’ve been seeing them. Do not wait - they accept insurance and have the most amazing, kind and caring therapists I’ve ever been around. I will literally be a patient forever. Sorry not sorry.

Ryan is the premier therapist in the city, knowledgeable, and trust him with my care. He is an excellent communicator and intentional in his work. Fantastic experience: This is the most hands-on PT I have ever used. Never been told to do exercises and the therapist goes to another room while I finish assigned reps and wait for the therapist to come back and ask if I’ve finished my reps. I made sure to let other therapists know I was finished several minutes ago. Never been abandoned at Foot Hills. Therapists are actively engaged with our therapy.

Fantastic experience: Summer is the best. I had total hip replacement and I have fibromyalgia. She is so understanding and knowledgeable about the physical therapy that I need. I would give her a higher rating if I could. I had a bad experience with another PT clinic with my other hip. So happy I did more research and found Summer and Foothills Therapy!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been very fortunate to receive many therapy sessions at Foothills Therapy Center twice in the past 4 years. Four years ago my therapist was Forrest and he was wonderful! Now I’m seeing Becca (Rebecca White). She is wonderful too! She is very thorough evaluating my current skill level and easing me into therapy and exercises that will help me gain strength and get rid of chronic pain. She really listens and I can tell she is devoted to helping her patients. I highly recommend Becca and the folks at Foothills. They provide excellent care in a very upbeat and pleasant atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: Best physical therapist ever! This is my 4th therapist in 4 years following ACL reconstruction. He is the first to actually make my life functionally better. My daughter recently suffered a severe ankle sprain and Ryan was able to make significant improvements in just a few weeks. I would never go anywhere else.

This close-knit group of therapists know what they are doing and strive for you to understand everything throughout your recovery. They will not stop until you are fully recovered, speaking from my own personal experience. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm so grateful to have found Foothills Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center because without them my recovery would have been a lot harder.

Fantastic experience: I have also been to a Benchmark PT place very close to this one, and Foothills makes me feel like I am part of a large family. Not only do all of the Therapists seem willing to listen to learn about your needs, but they all seem very motivated to help meet my needs. And they have excellent, friendly attitudes! I honestly don't want to stop my PT even though I leave feeling like my body may have been beaten (only with a wet noodle though!)!

Fantastic experience: I received PT here for an ACL tear. The environment at Foothills is very friendly and playful. Everyone there is your best friend. Even the other clients! I went from just being able to walk and limp around with mild pain and frustration to running, cutting, and jumping like normal after 3 months of intensive therapy. They were able to focus on confidence and muscle building on my involved leg. Near the end of my PT, I was pretty much doing football drills and suicides. These were challenging, but I'm glad they were able to push me to my limit. Now I feel like my involved leg has more muscle than my other one!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Caitlin Quinn's course of therapy restored my ability to play the sports I love. Her explanations made sense, and the exercises got the desired results.. Foothills PT & Sports Medicine is a great environment, with friendly, knowledgeable staff and comfortable facilities. I could not be happier with my experience.

Fantastic experience: 5 yrs ago I had a fractured pelvis& tailbone, surgery was not an option. I was referred to Foothills Physical Therapy by my medical Dr. Dr. Amy Myers was so patient and dedicated to making certain that I did not have to live in a lot of pain ; nor would I walk with a limp. Dr. Myers is a compassionate and highly qualified PT Dr. The staff @ Foothills PT are all very caring and attentive to other co-workers as well as the therapy patients . I have just recently had therapy for Vertigo. Again Dr. Myers has made my life better!! Foothills is the ONLY place that I will go for PT.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere at Foothills Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center is the best physical therapy I have personally ever been to. LaDawn Wolfe is the trainer I have done the most work with and she is very professional. She makes instructions quite clear while still being very able to approach. Kaitlin Quinn has also done quite a bit of work with me during my recovery time here at Foothills. She helps me often with setting goal and encouraging me to meet and pass those goals within the provided timeframe. Callie Brimer does a phenomenal job of making sure the equipment is ready and cleaned by the time I am ready to do my exercises. Foothills Therapy does an amazing job of getting me into the workouts and getting me back to my daily life within a reasonable time limit. I would encourage anyone I know who is needing physical therapy to go to Foothills Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center.

Fantastic experience: I had a major surgery in September of last year, and I was expected to not to be fully back where I was in dance. My awesome physical therapist Kat got me back to where I needed and wanted to be. She was so great and made this difficult situation easier to handle. She helped my hip and helped me gain the strength I needed to! I am so grateful for her! Seeing everyone at foothills with a smile on their face every time I walked it made my rehabilitation so much easier. Such a positive atmosphere! Great experience and rehabilitation! Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my experience at Foothills. The PTs and staff are wonderful and make the experience pleasant despite the taxing nature of rehab. After two knee surgeries, I was very grateful to have Cait, Amy, and LaDawn all work their magic to get me healthy again. They were professional, yet fun, and made sure to cater the rehab to my specific needs. I would not have wanted to spend 6 months of rehab anywhere else! I highly recommend Foothills PT and will not hesitate to go back myself if I ever need it!

Fantastic experience: The first day I walked into this place I couldn't even lift my arm over my shoulder. The surgery I had prior to physical therapy left my sore and greatly reduced my range of motion of my arm. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They worked with and eased me into various exercises that I could handle, but challenged me as well. I progressed quickly and a few months down the road (it was a major surgery) I'm back to a 100%, maybe even better than before! I can't thank the wonderful therapists and staff enough! They were also very flexible with scheduling.

Fantastic experience: Foothills Physical Therapy is the best physical therapy place I have ever been. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel right at home. At other physical therapy places, I felt like they tried to rush you in and rush you out as quick as they could. At Foothills, they spent at least an hour with me each session trying to tailor each workout to help improve my injury. My injury was a result of competing in an unordinary sport, and the staff at Foothills were very creative in coming up with exercises that paralleled what I did during competition. I highly recommend Foothills for rehab of any sports injury. It was an awesome place and experience!

Physical therapy is taxing on your body as well as your mind. As such, it is a comfort knowing that the friendly staff at Foothills PT help lighten this stress. Fantastic experience: I've been to physical therapy a few times over the years, and Foothills is definitely the best experience I've ever had with it. Everyone is so nice and friendly that the environment is very comfortable and welcoming. I honestly looked forward to going to physical therapy because the staff at Foothills made it fun. On top of the environment being great, the care itself was excellent. Everyone was very knowledgeable, and I had full confidence in their abilities. I came in on crutches with a pretty serious sprain, and over my time there they got me back to being able to walk and then play sports without pain. They give each patient individualized care and attention and seriously care about seeing you get better. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: Ryan and Chelsea have brought me back to life! My TMJ pain was debilitating to point of a liquids only diet and a whole lot of depression. Their knowledge and skills have improved my TMJ pain and jaw functionality significantly which has also brought me back into a healthy mindset - Because of them I am able to eat again, but more importantly, I am able to sing all my favorite Taylor Swift songs at the top of my lungs again! I can't thank Ryan and Chelsea enough for "fixing me" as I like to say. Their positivity radiates through the room where I can't help but smile and laugh the whole time I'm there (even when I was in pain). If you do have to go, it's nice to at least go to a place where the people are friendly, entertaining, and know what they're talking about. I've had rapid improvement and credit that totally to the therapists.

Positive experience: I’ve been working with Foothills’s Physical Therapy through knees, shoulder (3 times), back and hip issues. Always a great experience and wonderful recovery through their therapy. And, yes, they are like family. Forrest, Chelsea and Matti have been so kind and are knowledgeable about their w work. Fantastic experience: They resolved persistent knee pain that prevented me from running and are now assisting me with post-op physical therapy for my ankle. I’ve appreciated that they make the most out of in-person PT in that it’s focused on treatments and exercises, that I’d be unable to do at home. What “homework” they do assign is effective and it allowed me to run pain-free. I’m still working on my ankle, but am already seeing great improvements!

Well, this team of therapists make it fun and help you make huge strides very quickly. I’ve received THE best care here. I’m almost done and I’m going to leave stronger than I’ve ever been. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ryan Dulling is one of the most caring individuals I've ever met (truly!), and more importantly, he's an excellent physical therapist. He's incredibly devoted to his patients and I honestly can't imagine ever finding a better physical therapist, particularly one who consistently displays such compassion, kindness, and empathy toward his patients. He has "walked with me" during a long and difficult recovery, all while offering unceasing encouragement, compassion, and emotional support. When I've been in particularly dire straits and his schedule was full, he has forgone his lunch break in order to treat me. Few, if any, other physical therapists would do the same. Furthermore, his impressive and diverse skill set has also significantly enhanced my treatment, and I always leave my appointments with decreased pain levels, thanks to his excellent care. I also highly recommend the facility Foothills Physical Therapy. All employees are friendly, and the unique, familial atmosphere serves as a constant reminder that they truly care about their patients. I regularly overhear the other physical therapists offering their patients friendly, respectful, and compassionate care. The receptionist, Cara, is also wonderful and a pleasure to interact with. When she notices that I'm having a particularly rough day, she always attempts to lighten my spirits. Few receptionists would go to these lengths. I have undergone physical therapy at multiple other facilities, and Foothills Physical Therapy and Dr. Dulling, in particular, exponentially exceed the care I've received elsewhere. If I ever require additional physical therapy in the future, I would absolutely return to Dr. Dulling and Foothills Physical Therapy. I would never consider going elsewhere. I heartily thank all of the staff at Foothills for a consistently positive, friendly, and caring experience. It has definitely helped keep my spirits up while managing my long recovery.

Fantastic experience: Ryan Dulling is the physical therapist I saw at Foothills. He was not only a knowledgeable physical therapist with, the know how of cutting edge research, but also compassionate to my postpartum state. The staff works as a team to deliver excellent service. I had so much success with a complicated case of posterior tibial tendinitis that I returned for my shoulder impingement. Looking forward to a success treatment!

Fantastic experience: Going to PT was something I was hesitant to do, but after my first visit with Ryan, I knew I had come to the right place. First and foremost, Ryan listened to me and didn't just assume he knew the issue. After my first visit, I felt immediate relief in my pain. Fantastic experience: I am writing on behalf of myself (Karen Walker) and my long-time boyfriend (Jack Ballew). Although we had both used Foothills PT several years ago, Jack recently had a fall, tore his quad tendon and had to have surgery to have it repaired and re-attached to a prior knee replacement site. He was, and still is, in a hip to ankle leg brace which keeps the knee entirely immobile, and after seven weeks began PT. The surgeon approved Foothills, which was our first choice based on our prior experiences; and we headed over to present the prescription for services. The two women in the office/front desk area were both friendly, kind, efficient and encouraging. We immediately got Jack set up for therapy sessions, got paperwork to fill out and began getting him the help he needed on that very day. He has now had three sessions and expects to have 4-6 additional weeks, depending on progress and healing. Forrest Dyer is his therapist, and we are thrilled with him. Not only is he well-trained and well-educated, but he is kind, friendly, and extremely patient. He explains to both of us what he is doing and why; he explains to both of us what we'll need to be doing at home; he answers all of Jack's questions and mine, thoroughly and in a way that is completely understandable and clear. We could not be happier with the service we are getting. AND, the employees there - of which there are seven - all welcome us as we walk in the door, encouraging Jack in his healing/rehabilitation journey, and encouraging me as his chauffeur and care-giver. I can't imagine a better therapy center or getting better help just when we need it most! We happily and enthusiastically give Foothills Therapy and all its employees a FIVE STAR RATING!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and works with you every step of the way to help regain movement and reduce pain. They are wonderful to work with and push, but not too hard, enough to help you gain the mobility you've lost. I would highly recommend this therapy center to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ryan Dulling is one of the most caring individuals I've ever met (truly!), and more importantly, he's an excellent physical therapist. He's incredibly devoted to his patients and I honestly can't imagine ever finding a better physical therapist, particularly one who consistently displays such compassion, kindness, and empathy toward his patients. He has "walked with me" during a long and difficult recovery, all while offering unceasing encouragement, compassion, and emotional support. When I've been in particularly dire straits and his schedule was full, he has forgone his lunch break in order to treat me. Few, if any, other physical therapists would do the same. Furthermore, his impressive and diverse skill set has also significantly enhanced my treatment, and I always leave my appointments with decreased pain levels, thanks to his excellent care. I also highly recommend the facility Foothills Physical Therapy. All employees are friendly, and the unique, familial atmosphere serves as a constant reminder that they truly care about their patients. I regularly overhear the other physical therapists offering their patients friendly, respectful, and compassionate care. The receptionist, Cara, is also wonderful and a pleasure to interact with. When she notices that I'm having a particularly rough day, she always attempts to lighten my spirits. Few receptionists would go to these lengths. I have undergone physical therapy at multiple other facilities, and Foothills Physical Therapy and Dr. Dulling, in particular, exponentially exceed the care I've received elsewhere. If I ever require additional physical therapy in the future, I would absolutely return to Dr. Dulling and Foothills Physical Therapy. I would never consider going elsewhere. I heartily thank all of the staff at Foothills for a consistently positive, friendly, and caring experience. It has definitely helped keep my spirits up while managing my long recovery.
