Fantastic experience: Incredible staff. They kept everyone engaged, motivated and in good spirits. Pushed me to achieve my goals ahead of schedule while still understanding personal limitations. I hope to never see you all again! But if I did need physical therapy, I wouldn’t hesitate to use these folks. Good people.

Fantastic experience: I attended Physical Therapy at Cora in Halls, TN. I had great sessions with wonderful therapists who aided me in my journey following hip replacement surgery. They helped me to regain my range of motion and strength. I discovered that they have a relationship with my surgeon's office practice and if they had questions or concerns regarding my therapy, they would contact them to clarify. If I have future needs, I will follow up with them again. Great Job!!

Fantastic experience: My dad was visiting me from Nashville and experienced a bad case of vertigo. Darius Holt at the Halls office and the staff were more than accommodating and worked my dad into their busy schedule, not only once but twice within a 3 day period. Darius was able to identify the cause and his treatment was effective and very helpful to my dad. I recommend him highly to anyone experiencing this type of issue.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional from start to finish, including the wonderful Lynda, the office manager. I had been on a cane for over a year before I was able to schedule my TKA, and had over-all muscular atrophy and weakness. This bright troupe of Physical Therapists helped me fulfill my dreams of walking on the beach again and enjoying green-ways throughout the region. I have now lost a total of 90 pounds! Thank you all for giving me my life back.

Very instrumental in helping me regain strength and movement in my leg after my knee replacement surgery. From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles, welcoming me to the facility. From Lynda at the front desk who was always a ray of sunshine. To Courtney, Noah, Darius and Phillip who all were very encouraging and patient with me. Always very clean and the set-up makes it easy to move from station to station. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Cora PT after knee replacement surgery. I can't say enough about this place. The whole staff is very friendly and very knowlegeable on what is needed for each patient. Thank you Linda, Darius, Noah and Courtney!

Negative experience: Never, ever again! Went to the TN Halls Crossroads location and presented my insurance information before scheduling any sessions. I needed to find out my out-of-pocket costs before scheduling any appointments to insure it was doable on my budget. I made it plain on more than one occassion that if my costs were going to be more than the quoted amount, I would not be able to do the therapy. I was given the amount and paid it on every visit. The payments were accepted and nothing was ever said that I owed additional money. I finished my therapy sessions and 2 months later I was hit with a bill of several hundred dollars. The statement I got from corporate showed that my co-pay for each session was almost double what I was quoted. I contacted corporate and explained the situation. They suggested I reach out to the local facility where I received therapy. I did just that and have had numerous conversations with the office manager. She assured me she would look into it, would get it taken care of and speak with the higher up (who was out of town as of our last conversation.) No follow up since then (almost a month ago) and now the threatening letters have started from coporate. I've gotten nothing but the run around and I'm thoroughly disgusted with this place! In doing additional research online about CORA, I've discovered a number of other complaints that mirror my own. Sounds like this is standard business practice for them. My advice is to steer clear of CORA so you can avoid their bait and switch tactics and the headaches I've experienced. Shame on you CORA!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about Cora PT Halls. The very first day I went, I felt some immediate relief, from neck surgery I had 16 months ago. I had been to another PT office, (not Cora), and left feeling worse than when I went in. I was so disappointed, and felt as though I would never get any pain relief. Darius, whom I saw first, taught me some exercises, for those days I couldn't come, and they have helped in ways I couldn't imagine. Noah, whom I also see, is another excellent therapist. I am so grateful to these two for their help, and for finding me some relief. I will never be pain free, but to know that when I'm in the worst of it, I have these two guys to help, makes it bearable. Thanks so much!

The people there are awesome they treat everyone with respect.The physical therapist really care about making u better and when ur there even if they are working with more then one person they make u feel like it's all about u. Fantastic experience: I was a student physical therapist at this location. The physical therapist, Darius, was a great clinical instructor who helped me on my first rotation here as a SPT. He was really able to see where I was as a student and help me formulate a good plan of care for the patients we worked with. The PTA and front office staff were always great to work with. We treated all the patients with respect and continued to push specific goals for each patient to individualize the plan of care set for them. CORA is one of the best place's I have gotten experience from. They really do focus their care on the patient's goals.

Fantastic experience: My experience at CORA PT in Halls was GREAT! The entire staff at CORA PHYSICAL THERAPY are all "SUPERSTARS" !!!! This place sets the standard when it comes to a excellent "Physical Therapy Environment" . Its super Clean! The staff is very knowledgeable, They Listen to what you say and answer all your questions, very Caring and most important , they will set up a rehab plan that is custom to you and your needs. They do a great job on time management, their therapy sessions are VERY productive and this staff's number one objective is to help you regain your mobility and strength and reach your goal to be healthy once again .I've had rehab on a rotator cuff, Knee /ACL reconstruction and neck therapy and each time was a wonderful experience and I had a great and successful outcome on each injury due to there commitment and passion as physical therapists . Fantastic experience: You never think an accident can happen to you. In a split second your world can forever change. It is said "You are always an accident away from being homeless". In June 2021 I crushed my tibia between two 20" trees. I lay trapped for 35 minutes before help arrived. I was in the hospital for 5 weeks with a 2ft ex-fixator attached in my ankle to my upper thigh. After 7 surgeries I had a 1ft long by 2" wide metal plate screwed to my tibia to hold it in place by seven 3" screws. By the grace of God they saved my leg. I was in a wheelchair for the next 2 months not able to bend my left leg. In October I used a walker to to push my way 6 inches at a crawl into Cora Halls. It was then Darius said "we will have you walking up steps in 6 weeks". Yeah Right.... I thought. It is not everyday you want "Pain and Torture" to get on the road to recovery. They pushed, pulled, electro-shocked, stretched and iced me back to health. In December my knee and ankle was surgically manipulated and I started my second wave of PT. I walked back in to CORA with crutches and 7 weeks later I am walking out to 90% full function. My Cora friends worked hard miracles on my leg and my mental health. Darius and Noah are the best at their profession. I highly recommend them to anyone needing physical restoration.... and along the way somehow gain friendship. Thank you CORA Halls.

Fantastic experience: My history leading up to physical therapy is after 2 years of surgery and infection treatment. I had right knee replacement on 2/25/2021. On 4/8/2021 I had right quad tendon rupture while doing therapy (not at CORA).Right quad tendon rupture repair on 4/9/2021. After 6 weeks of being in a cast, infection was discovered and on 6/22/2021, I had resection of right knee arthroscopy & placement of antibiotic spacer in right knee and rod that made my leg in a permanent straight position.. After seeing Dr. Michael Christie, I had TKA revision with rebuild of quad tendons from muscle tissue on 2/11/2022. I was afraid of physical therapy because of my previous problems. Thankfully I started my therapy with CORA in Halls. Darius and Noah were aware of my total history and explained my exercises. My ability to move & exercise was limited due to having a rod & straight leg for 6 months. Every session we reviewed my abilities and complaints about soreness, pain, fatigue & etc. Then they would concentrate my therapy to work through any issues. Today I am successfully walking and leading a more normal life. The Halls facility is super clean with proper scheduling so no long waits, receptionist Linda is cheerful and happy, and the atmosphere is one of professionals doing their jobs with a very friendly and helpful attitude. They have given me back my quality of living.

Fantastic experience: I received physical therapy services after hip replacement surgery from 11/2020- 12/2020. I looked forward to my sessions. First impressions are lasting, staff are friendly and relaxed in a peaceful atmosphere. They are attentive and knowledgeable. They answer questions and offer explanations about therapy. I felt very included in my sessions and never felt stagnant with my body healing after surgery. Highly recommend and I have to friends and family. Thank you, y’all!
