Fantastic experience: Spine and Sports in Farragut is very efficient rehab facility. They analyze your condition and then provide a road to recovery. The therapist are competent and listen to your feedback. Spine & Sports is clean and they have all the therapy “toys” to make your session productive.

Fantastic experience: I was provided with a thorough explanation and analysis of my problem. That provided a good basis for the treatment.

Charlie Holbrook 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: I have to admit that I enjoyed my time with everyone there. Yes I was there for some serious lower back pain but I always felt as if I was their only patient and my enjoyment actually came from the crew challenging me to improve. They put me through several types of exercises, each with a different outcome but all very worthwhile. I was at Spine and Sport over a year ago with another issue and they helped me pull through then. I can't be happier to say they did an excellent job helping me overcome an issue that I truly believed that I couldn't have succeeded by myself. Now, with their help, I am feeling much better and I'm on the road to recovery. THANK YOU everyone at Spine and Sport!

Fantastic experience: East Tennessee Spine & Sport always exceeds my expectations, with their expertise and performance, in physical therapy. I have spent time at East Tennessee Spine & Sport three times. The first experience was for work on my shoulder, after rotator cuff surgery. The next therapy was for lower back and hip. Currently, I'm going through physical therapy for a full hip replacement. In all instances, the care they provide is exceptional. They developed an individual plan for my specific injuries. I would highly recommend East Tennessee Spine and Sport Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: East Tennessee Spine and Sport has the anti gravity treadmills, which I am very excited about. My goal is to walk with a cane, not a walker! This type of therapy helped my brother in law learn to walk again; and I am very excited to be using this type of treadmill.

Fantastic experience: We all have opinions on things , and it means something to us to share , it’s up to those who read our statements to believe , if I could have given more than 5 stars I would have . Everything about sound & sport is 1st class .

Sylvia Watt 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: They are the best. Everyone is so nice and they care about their patients. Robbie is wonderful. He knows what I can and can’t do so he adjusts the way we do exercises so I still get the same results. This is my third time going to them for different reasons and I feel so much better. I highly recommend them.

Patti Gibson 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: From my own personal experience, I had gone to another PT facility for lower back pain and spent over 3 months with no relief and finally gave up. A year later I hurt my back again, I went to this facility, in two and a half weeks, I was pain free. I have sent 6 friends and each one has had great results. If they feel they can’t help, they are up front with you. A very friendly and caring group of people and want the best results possible for you

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about the therapist here. Joel and Graeme are absolutely incredible. They have been a God send. I believe with my whole heart they have saved me from injections and likely surgery.

Gina Bonn 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Everyone there were friendly and helpful, especially Riley. Ian McKinley guided and encouraged me to quickly recover after my shoulder replacement. I could not have asked for anyone else who was as knowledgeable about rehab as he was.I had my replacement done December 17th and today March 25 was my last day of formal therapy. Thanks so much, y’all are the best!

Fantastic experience: Graeme and his staff are the absolute best. I've been a regular visitor as I've gotten older, and not only has Graeme helped me, but has also helped everyone that I've sent to him over the years. As a physician, it is valuable to me to know who is the best in their field, and there is no place better for treatment and rehab than East Tennessee Spine and Sport.

Fantastic experience: I’ve utilized the expertise of Dr Robby McCarty at East Tennessee Spine and Sport multiple times over the past two years for four different physical challenges. Dr. Robby always identified the issue and designed the therapies that fixed the issues in a timely manner. The staff and assistants are amenable and accomodating. I heartily recommend ETSS without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Graeme and his team are professional and a great resource for any musculoskeletal issues you're having. They've treated my dad for his back, his hips, his elbow and other issues. I can't recommend them enough for your physical therapy needs in Farragut.

Fantastic experience: It took me 45 yrs to get an actual injury, I’m grateful for that, but I was one, as many are that hear bad reviews about pt. I’m writing a review as I had to take pt and I’m a big review reader, I’m here to say that I suppose all those other people with bad things to say, went to the wrong facility. I tore my knee up pretty good, had all the torn acl, meniscus and other tendons situation, was told to do pre and post op pt and my orthopedist had recommended spine and sport of Farragut in the past. Could not have made a better decision! Absolutely everyone there is knowledgeable, caring, understanding and plain ol nice. I can only personally speak for Whitney Lensgraf and Jordan Durham, but I will be forever grateful to the two of them and highly recommend this center if you find yourself in need of physical therapy one day

East Tennessee Spine and Sport-Farragut

Thank you for the five star review, Angela. We are so glad to hear about your experience with Whitney, Jordan and the rest of the Farragut team and sincerely appreciate you sharing your experience. Spine & Sport will be here any time you, your friends or family need us!

Sarah Bullington 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: After multiple visits with multiple different types of practitioners and procedures, I was referred to Graeme Keys. After just a few visits, my back was in better shape than it had been in years. He and the rest of the staff at East TN Spine and Sport are fantastic! I’ve since referred several friends and family there- all with the same success in treatment. Highly recommend this practice.

East Tennessee Spine and Sport-Farragut

Thank you for the review, Sarah. Graeme will be proud to know that he's helped another patient. We hope you get to feeling better and hope you have a wonderful 2019!

East Tennessee Spine and Sport-Farragut

Doug Bales 4 years ago

Positive experience: I was often left standing waiting for someone to tell me what to do next. Had shoulder pain in both shoulders, but they would only work on the right one. Also, I was never contacted after I stopped going. Felt like they didn't care.

East Tennessee Spine and Sport-Farragut

Doug, thank you for the feedback. We apologize for your recent experience. Your feedback gives us an opportunity to work with our team to improve on our service in the future. If you don’t mind, please send an email to [email protected] for further follow up.

Charles Vogel 4 years ago

Negative experience: Covid protocols are voluntary. Employees are not required to wear a mask or be vaccinated. The delta strain is spreading even among the vaccinated (ask Lindsey Graham). Some of the techs are not vaccinated and do not wear a mask. If you are vaccinated, but want a safe environment, you have to wear a mask. I have switched to a practice that requires their employees to be vaccinated or wear a mask at all times. You are either a part of the solution or part of the problem. If you want to be safe from Covid go somewhere else.

East Tennessee Spine and Sport-Farragut

Charles, Thank you for the feedback. We strive to provide the very best treatment in East Tennessee. We also strive to make sure all of our patients feel welcome and safe. While we do not force folks to wear masks or to be vaccinated, we ensure that patients who aren’t comfortable with potential exposure are offered anything that can make them more comfortable in our facility. This includes the treating therapist and staff members wearing masks on request, utilizing our fully private treatment rooms and always offering above normal sanitation. While we are saddened at your decision not to continue care with us, we wish you strength and good health.

Trina Werkema 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: I've had my share of injuries over the years and visited a number of different physical therapists in various states. I left a physical therapist mid-treatment and switched to them when I was unhappy with my progress and care. ETSS is the most effective treatment I've ever had. I looked forward to going because I saw improvement in each visit. They look at the body and how to heal it differently than anyplace I've ever been. Almost a year after my last injury, I'm doing well. The exercises used to help me recover evolved into returning to my intense and weight bearing pre-injury exercise routine. The stretches they gave me to target the area when it's upset still work and I use them when I overdo to help alleviate pain. They focused not just on the injury, but my whole body well-being. Highly recommended.

East Tennessee Spine and Sport-Farragut

Thank you for the five star review, Trina. We are so glad that you found us. It is our goal to make sure that each patient gets five star treatment and is given the tools to succeed in therapy. We will be here if you ever need us!

A G 7 years ago

Fantastic experience: Graeme and his team are the best PT providers in Knoxville (and surrounding areas), hands down. Hollie has been taking care of me for 7-8 years and I don’t know what I’d do without her. Her knowledge is extensive, as is her humor! She makes a sometimes quite painful experience into a very rewarding experience. I always feel better when I leave and I know if I need anything between appointments they are there for me. The Alter-G treadmill has been a lifesaver on many occasion for me and I’m about to start the cryotherapy for my knee which I’m very much looking forward to. They know I have other medical issues going on and Graeme has been so thorough in making sure all my devices can withstand the extreme cold. These folks are just the absolute best...can’t say enough great things about them!

Dottie Keeney 8 years ago

Fantastic experience: Gram Keys in the best Physical therapist I have ever used. He is hands on and always makes sure your procressing to the point of healing. I would highly recommend him and his staff, and clinic to anyone that is interested in moving along with his recommendations of at home excerrcises program and treatment.
