I had a left knee total replacement and visited Forward Physical Therapy. The physical therapists there were very friendly, but they were also very professional and thorough. Today, I was discharged after 13 weeks of post-operative care, largely due to their hard work.

Fantastic experience: Forward Physical Therapy therapists are life changing! They have guided me through the best path of recovery from 2 carpal tunnel surgeries, 1 rotator cuff surgery and 1 total reverse shoulder replacement, plus other physical issues from life long lymphodema. Their detail, caring and professional attention results in the best outcome of your physical needs. They are amazing! I have been released, but I miss the people that changed my life! I'm better not only physically, but emotionally and mentally. It all ties together. If you have physical limitations and pain, it's crucial to have the best support team by your side. I can't thank everyone at Forward PT enough. I only want to visit to bring you goodies...<3 Thank you from my heart!

Negative experience: July 2024: Forward Physical Therapy has started an aggressive email marketing campaign. I have attempted to unsubscribe multiple times and I’m still getting these marketing emails. Please stop this invasive marketing.

Fantastic experience: Forward Physical Therapy is the absolute best ! Unlike other PT clinics I’ve used, Forward PT spends one on one (and often even two or three therapists to one) when working with my 87 yr old mother who suffers from Alzheimer’s and mobility issues. I am soooo thankful for Forward PT in helping my mother regain lost strength and keeping her more independent. Without any reservation or hesitation I would highly highly recommend Forward PT.

Negative experience: It has been 3 months since I've been to FPT and my insurance still hasn't been filed. Every time I call I'm told it was filed and denied. Call my insurance company and as of today the claims still haven't been filed. I paid these people $750 cash and can't get any reimbursement because they won't file with my insurance !! Be careful if going here, they seem to have a problem with keeping money that doesn't belong to them.

Marsha, we are so sorry for your experience with us. We pride ourselves in trying very hard to provide excellent care and work with people financially. Dealing with insurance can be a difficult and lengthy process sometimes in order to receive a positive outcome for both the patient and provider. We are still in the process of dealing with the insurance and eager to resolve this issue to ensure that you are happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Physio here. I had a LKTR in November 2020 and came to Forward for physio. Some of the nicest physiotherapists you will ever meet but dont be fooled, they are Professional and Tough. I endured some pain at times but i was discharged today at 13 weeks post op thanks mainly to their work. I love Laura and all her staff thank you ladies

Fantastic experience: Forward Physical Therapy is outstanding. The entire staff is knowledgeable, caring and passionate about getting their patients better. They helped my son through a long recovery from back surgery and they helped me through rehab after wrist surgery. I hope I do not need them again....but I will certainly go to Forward PT in the future if necessary.

Fantastic experience: The team at Forward Physical Therapy is awesome! You can tell that they genuinely care about their patients and love what they do. I’ve had two different surgeries and they managed my post surgery care both times. Every member of the team is great and does their best to make your recovery go well. I can’t say enough about their skills, talent, and friendliness. I highly recommend them !

Fantastic experience: This isn’t your chain, corporate-run PT practice working from set protocols. These ladies always listen to what is going on, and adjust treatment from one appointment to the next to fit your individual needs. They are all knowledgeable, great at explaining the “whys”, caring, compassionate and encouraging! You’ll get more than treatment, you’ll get a support system to help you on your path to healing.
