Fantastic experience: I've gone to Provision since 2018 off and on depending on what was operated on. I won't go anywhere else. Well trained and super nice peoe there. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Provision therapy is excellent. I've seen them for PT after 3 back surgeries and also a knee replacement and they have helped me get back to exercising and doing what I want to do without pain. I've seen all their therapists and all are excellent.

Positive experience: I went to my first appointment and that young man hurt my arm I had pain for 2 days.. then the unfortenute happened, I got my flu shot and covid shot at the same time and promptly got the flu missing several of my appointments. they put on the piece of paper that was send home with me that for each app. missed they would charge me $ 60.00 I find that ridiculous. I had the flu and am just now recovering from that fully intending to make my thursday appointment. My S.S. does not cover me for stuff like that. very disapointing, if they do charge me that anount off money I will just stop it all and cancel all, and tell dr. Holloway that I did not do this on purpose. I can't help it I got the flu.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Provision Therapy since 2017 for therapy after hip and knee replacements and a torn Peroneal tendon. The therapists are compassionate and knowledgeable. After every visit I feel that I have made progress and am on the path to better mobility. I can wholeheartedly recommend Provision for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Wes off/on for years for my hip. He is so knowledgeable and, has helped guide me through chronic hip pain. I just had a hip replacement and, he is my therapist once again. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my hip.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Provision to anyone seeking physical therapy. I worked with Kathy Kearse several years ago, and Matt Cabbage more recently. Both are personable, hands on, and extremely knowledgeable. The environment is clean and organized, and everyone in the facility genuinely cares about your well-being including the office coordinator Tiffany and PT tech Kerry. They are a great group of people that provide exceptional care.

Fantastic experience: Wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere. My expert and capable therapist (Andrew Cox) has worked tirelessly and inventively to help me progress and recover from surgery complications. Mat work, pulley systems, private rooms when appropriate and a two room gym. I highly recommend this group of therapists.

Fantastic experience: Given little chance of survival and after 4 grueling months in ICU, my 28year old daughter was given a grim prognosis for any possible return to full physical function. The best case scenario would take at least a year of intensive physical therapy and after touring 5-6 facilities throughout Tennessee, we were not encouraged. The moment we stepped into Provision, a state-of-the-art facility that radiates both utter compitancr and warmth. We knew at once that this was the place that was up to the challenge. After only 4 months working with Wes Franks and his excellent team, she is strong and ready to start her life in LA. Provision gave us hope, support and delivered amazing results. Thank you!!
