Fantastic experience: My experience with Bethany was awesome. She was very knowledgeable, and challenged me with understanding and compassion. In my opinion, Bethany is the Goddess of Occupational Therapy. I highly recconemend Ft. Sanders West for physically and occupational therapy. .

Fantastic experience: I fairly recently had a rotator cuff injury to my shoulder, and was referred to Covenant Health Therapy Center for help. I primarily worked with Grant Disney, but also worked with Alison Vannoy as well. Over the 12 weeks of my therapy, I saw them twice a week, and I had an extremely valuable education through both of them. They were extremely professional, courteous, pleasant, and friendly. They were very knowledgeable, not only about my shoulder injury, but had helpful suggestions for my other chronic problem, my back. They were extremely rigorous and thorough in the treatment they provided. However, even more valuable, was the education they gave me and how I could learn to help myself at home. They repeatedly gave me handouts as well as access to the physical therapy website in order to continue my therapy on my own at home. I am so very appreciative to Grant, who was my primary therapist, but also Alison, for their patience and kindness and empathy towards not only me, but other patients I saw them treating as well while I was there. Their chain of command should be very, very happy to have these two individuals associated with this Therapy Center. I would highly recommend both of them to anyone who has a need for physical therapy. In addition, I would like to give a shout out to the front desk personnel. They were very kind, courteous, and professional. They worked with my need to change appointments in a very friendly and efficient manner, and they were very pleasant. I continue to do the exercises you taught me how to do, and while my shoulder is not healed, and probably never will completely, it is definitely much much better than it was before I came there for help. Fantastic experience: This Covenant health therapy center is a five star facility that strives to get you back to your best health and works as a team to make that happen. Cindy was my therapist and pushed me to get back to my absolute best for my job. From the top notched therapists to all facility coordinators, they work together to be sure your getting the best care for your injury. These therapist are all trained graduates that specialize in specific injuries. They use only certain stretches and exercises to manipulate healing for your injury. All I can say is “thank you team” for a truly wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: Had the worst in mind when I injured my shoulder. Thought for sure I had a one way ticket to surgery. Saw Dr. Justin Kennon and his PA, Landon Prather at TOC and they recommended physical therapy. Had an awesome PT team at Covenant Health West Therapy Center. Grant and Haley were my therapists, they did an amazing job, and would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to lymphedema therapy for the last four years at Parkwest Therapy Center. Cindy Estes has been my therapist. She has always been able to help me ashen I get in trouble. I wouldn’t want to go to any other place for my therapy.

Fantastic experience: Suzanne was my physical therapist. My experience exceeded all expectations in every area. My physical therapist worked with me for months several times a week on an outpatient basis after a celebellar stroke. I went from wheelchair to walking during this time. She was there for me during some hard times and supportively pushed me. She was just awesome.

Fantastic experience: I just finished a couple of months of physical therapy at Covenant Health Therapy Center. I was having hip pain and balance issues. With Jerrod's help and doing some exercises he gave me to do at home, my hip pain is gone and I see definite improvement in my balance. I was very pleased with the care I received. Jerrod is a talented, friendly, and kind physical therapist and I highly recommend this therapy center

Fantastic experience: Suzanne has helped me with vertigo numerous times. She’s very knowledgeable about the different causes of vertigo. She evaluates me and figures out what treatment is best for me. She has given me back my life several times. Often during treatments she’ll call me in the evening to check and see how I am doing. I have had several extreme flares up of vertigo, and Suzanne somehow gets me in and start treatment. There’s no way I can thank her enough for this. I have been to other therapy centers that will work with vertigo issues, but none of them have the expertise that Suzanne has.

Fantastic experience: My experience was extremely pleasant and successful. Grant was not easy on me but that’s what I wanted. I wanted someone that would help me get to my full potential and he did just that. I thank him for his patience and help.

Fantastic experience: The purpose of this Letter of Appreciation is to recognize Miss Ann Blackwell, of Covenant Health, for the outstanding physical therapy she provided to me during the period March11, 2022 thru Apr 2023. As background, I was a retired US Naval Officer; 78 years old; enjoying my retirement while golfing, fishing, exercising, and playing with my grandkids. That all came to an end in late Jan 2022, when I was diagnosed with Guillian-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which ultimately left me without the ability to walk. In early Feb 2022, I was transferred to Knoxville Rehabilitation Hospital for inpatient physical therapy. After 4 weeks of therapy, twice a day; six days a week, I was able to transfer myself from wheelchair to chair, bed, or commode. It doesn't sound like much, but myself and my therapists were elated with my progress. In early March, I was discharged from the hospital, still restricted to a wheelchair, and sent home to begin outpatient therapy at the Covenant Therapy Center in Lenoir City. On Mar 11, 2022, I began my therapy with Miss Ann Blackwell. Miss Blackwell played a vital role in my recovery. She rigorously pushed and challenged me during each session of the recovery process. Even though the treatment's were sometimes physically arduous and uncomfortable, Miss Blackwell was always encouraging and positive; never criticizing, often using humor to help me thru the process. She spent time explaining the way of a particular exercise and how it helped with recovery. She has a remarkable knowledge of what therapies are needed and how to apply them. Within the six months of starting therapy, I had progressed from a wheelchair to a walker; then to a cane, and finally to walking without any aids, whatsoever. My wife and I were elated. However, it wasn't over. Just one month after being discharged from Lenoir City Therapy, I suffered a knee injury while working out at a local fitness center. The injury ultimately required a knee replacement, which occurred in mid-Dec 2023; and put me back in a wheelchair and into therapy again with Miss Blackwell. In just 3 months, I was walking on my own again, thanks to Miss Blackwell. She has truly given me my life back. In summary, Miss Blackwell's exceptional ability, initiative, and dedication to her patients, reflect great credit to herself and to Covenant Health.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful attention on the part of my therapist Erin. Covenant Therapy provides one on one intervention that supports the patient getting excellent treatment. You aren't set up on a machine and left to your own devices.

Fantastic experience: My experience here was awesome from the front desk to the treatment area. My therapist was Grant Disney. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and FUN. He demonstrated, commented on, and encouraged me through each new exercise without being condescending. This made me want to work harder. The staff has a camaraderie that makes you smile. I noted that the staff was busy bees but with a good attitude. I came there after right knee surgery with another one looming (left knee). Both knees feel so much better (less pain and much stronger after my sessions. I would highly recommend Covenant Health Therapy Center.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an acute Subdernal Hematoma (small brain bleed). Consequently I and was given Occupational, Speech and Physical Therapy. In the past I have had Speech and Physical therapy at different locations. I just would like to give my highest rating possible for everyone that I encountered at this facility, especially the Therapists, Great Job !!! Madison, Hailey, Bethany and Olivia Were all great. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at this therapy center with Madison. I was having terrible vertigo and severe dizzy spells from a concussion. Madison is the best! She worked with me and was so patient and kind and got me on the right track with my therapy. I highly recommend this facility and I highly recommend Madison!

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience at Covenant Health Physical Therapy. Grant Disney was very attentive and kind in helping me learn how to heal my neck and shoulder pain. He also used dry needling in addition to the exercises to speed up the process. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Covenant therapy center in West Knoxville is top notch. Jessica C, the PTA that worked with me was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She always made me feel comfortable and uses humor to patients at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to family and friends. Mark C, my physical therapist, was always friendly, professional, and prepared with my treatment plan when I arrived. He gave me great exercises to work with at home to help improve my pain and range of motion from a high ankle sprain. These two make an awesome team. They definitely work together to help patients achieve therapy goals. They were flexible with getting my appointments scheduled around my work schedule. I am very satisfied to graduate from therapy pain free. If you have therapy needs these two are who you should see.They are awesome! The front office staff were always pleasant and welcoming when I arrived for my appointments.

Fantastic experience: (Margo) The help I received at Covenant with Bethany was remarkable. She had a workaround for my disability that taught me to do everyday tasks easily (Margo) Physical Therapy with Margaret gave me the remarkable result of normalizing my walk. She was persistent in the process to obtain my leg braces and simulated situations that I would normally avoid such as curbs and ramps.

Fantastic experience: After having thumb pain for over a year and some shooting pain down my pinkie finger, I decided to consult a physical therapist. Mark Conley was able to diagnose the problems and treat both issues. He was professional, encouraging, and thorough. I loved the online care plans that outlined home exercises. On discharge, he was honest in explaining that thumb pain often returned with overuse and what to do if I had a flare up. All staff were friendly and competent.

Fantastic experience: Grant Disney was the amazing therapist that got my shoulder back in shape! He is so kind and encouraging. I had a setback, and he kept me from being discouraged and adjusted my therapy without making me feel like I failed PT! I looked forward to going and chatting with Grant and Jessica! The entire staff is wonderful at what they do and are all amazing people. Hopefully I won’t need therapy again, but if I do, I will always choose this group! ❤️

Fantastic experience: After a recent injury, my Primary Care Physician referred me to Covenant Health Therapy Center. I was fortunate to be able to work with Jerrod Adams, who did a great job rehabbing my shoulder. I was impressed with Jerrod’s knowledge of anatomy and his ability to quickly evaluate the injury. He proposed exercises that reduced soreness, strengthened muscles, and improved range of motion. I'm grateful for his support and encouragement and for our conversations about cycling, a shared passion. I highly recommend Jerrod!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed 16 sessions learning the exercises in the BIG program for those with Parkinson's Disease. It has been very helpful and my therapists were excellent (Margaret and Haley.) Very knowledgeable and fun to work with, while at the same time very particular about seeing that I was doing the movements being worked on correctly. I would recommend the facility in a heartbeat.

Cindy is top notch working on backs, hips and SI joints, workimg her magic like no other physical therapist has been able to do for me. I appreciate her!! Fantastic experience: I'm living with Parkinson's Disease and was having a lot of difficulty with day to day life. I entered the LSVT Big and Loud therapy program and I was thrilled with how much it helped improve my day to day life! The entire staff is amazing! Talk to your doctor about the programs they have designed to meet your personalized needs!

Fantastic experience: After a shoulder fracture last June I was in need for the best Physical Therapist in working with shoulders. Several people including my Orthopedic Physician referred me to Mark Conley who they said was the best! Mark provided a comprehensive evaluation of the injury I had sustained as a result of a fall. Following the evaluation he came up with a plan to get my shoulder stronger. He and Haley (PTA) worked with me for a few months and provided exceptional care. His proposed exercise regimen was easy to follow and led to my recovery. I’m very grateful for the guidance, support and treatment that he and Haley did for me. Their concern for my recovery was supportive and genuine. The facility is very clean and parking is convenient. The ladies at the check in were always very nice and attentive as I entered the front office. Everyone was so nice and it felt like a family environment. Thank you for taking such great care of me. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent patient care!!! I appreciate Mark helping me with my wrist and helping me to gain full mobility and strength after a snow boarding accident. Mark made me feel comfortable as he is very knowledgeable, kind, understanding and professional. I recommend avoiding falling but if you do like me then Fort Sanders West will take the best care to regain the maximum amount of function.

Fantastic experience: After car accident I was miserable. Pain and tightness of my ankle would not let me sleep at night for months. I am very thankful that I came across FSW Outpatient Therapy Center and both Mark Conley and Phil Bevins. They are both very compassionate and diligent in the art of healing. Fantastic experience: Suzanne at Parkwest Therapy Center had a specialty in my specific issue and knew exactly how to resolve it quickly. She was very professional, knowledge and friendly. I was amazed at how quick we could turn this around! All the staff at the Center were very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend Suzanne and this group!

Positive experience: My experience here was okay. They did a bunch or exercises with me to try make my hips stronger and more flexible. My complaint and reason for coming to therapy was popping and pain in my hips. The exercises only made my hip pain worse because it was agitating the real problem, which my physical therapist couldn't figure out. I was then discharged after months of exercises that just agitated my hips. Although I realize all the physical therapist had was an xray and my complains I feel as though they could have come to the realization quicker than they did that therapy wasn't the right thing and realized also what the issue was. I left this office with no idea what the issue was and was sent to a hip specialist. This therapy office says they treat orthopedic injuries on their website and that's what it ended up being and through my complains the therapist couldn't come to the realized that I had labral tears on both sides of my hips. The exercises they had me doing was tearing making my labral tears worse. This makes me question how educated these therapist really are. Compared to the physical therapist I see now, my current physical therapist blows these people out of the water.

Fantastic experience: After being diagnosed with an obscure balance disorder, I was terrified I might never be the same. Suzanne Moscat, my physical therapist, was absolutely amazing. Not only is she kind and compassionate, but she was extremely well-informed and up to date on my condition and the research into new ways of coping. I am delighted to say that after just five weeks I am 100% better and back to living my life. I cannot recommend her and this facility enough.

Whitney Sharp is an exceptional physical therapist and has demonstrated professionalism and knowledge in assisting both my husband and I. Knowing of her sincere interest in our wellbeing has given us confidence to follow all of her direction down to the detail. Great Results reflect her ability to assist us in our weaknesses.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Parkwest Therapy Center was exceptional. Mark Conley was my personal physical therapist, and his dedication to my healing after wrist surgery went far beyond my expectations. He guided me and always gave clear and concise information so that I always knew where I was along the process. He was encouraging and that is such an important quality from a patient's perspective. Mark is very much a "people person" and very sincere in his desire to help others recover, and his attention to every detail of my therapy was reassuring. Also, I had many interactions with other staff members, and I have to say that each person I encountered was professional, kind, and caring. I feel very confident in saying that if for any reason I needed them again in the future, that I would choose this group of people again. Fantastic experience: I began therapy 6 weeks ago for balance issues that started about 5 years ago. I was skeptical that my condition could be improved; however, I am pleasantly surprised with my improvement. I worked with Suzanne who determined on the first visit that my inner ear issue was also related to a vision problem that was affecting my balance. She developed a plan of simple exercises that began retraining my eye and ear communication with my brain. My balance has significantly improved and I am very thankful.

Fantastic experience: Every therapist my family member has seen post-stroke (PT/OT/ST) has been wonderful! Very caring, knowledgeable, and professional yet personable. I was present for sessions with OT (Janelle) and ST (Tonya) and very impressed. It is a comfortable atmosphere where you have a whole team supporting your recovery. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The staff worked diligently to get me treated for vertigo symptoms.In addition, I had excellent care and service with very knowledgeable and experienced therapists who worked as a team to help me with my symptoms. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Parkwest PT! I most recently saw them for recovery from hip surgery! My physical therapist, Phil, was AMAZING! He worked with me to understand where I was and what I wanted out of PT, which was to be as active as I was before surgery! He then supported my goals and taught me what I needed to know to accomplish those goals. The whole staff is personable, kind and caring. Matthew and Jennifer filled in if Phil wasn't available and they were stellar as well! Honestly, I was sad to leave when I'd met my goals but also happy to be back out on the field!

Fantastic experience: I have had PT for both Sciatic and Vertigo and I have to say the therapists have been great. They are very attentive to your needs, very thorough, and patient in resolving your issue. I have used other PT services prior to Parkwest and will always go back to Parkwest in the future.
