Fantastic experience: Jon Lilly and the whole group at Tennessee Sports Medicine group know exactly how to address pain and get a person back to functional health. In my case, they helped get back to doing CrossFit and overcoming knee and shoulder issues. Their methods are diverse and all-encompassing. And, they are fun to talk to.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Tennessee Sports medicine. Alex did a great job making my custom insoles. He took the time to measure and take notes of specific movements in my feet and ankles. Then made a plaster mold of my feet. In a few weeks I will have my insoles. When I asked some follow up questions about exercises I could do to strengthen my ankles and feet he asked a personal trainer to show me a few exercises I could do on my own at home. Matt sent me home with a program and followed up with a text that showed me the exercises and recommended times to perform them. I was extremely happy with my overall experience and highly recommend others to check out Tennessee Sports medicine.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been suffering from leg and foot pain that has left me unable to sleep most nights. I’d never considered to visit TSMG until a friend recommended that I give them a chance. BEST DECISION EVER. After being thoroughly checked out, measured, stretched, and observed during routine movements- I was given a rehabilitation plan along with many other helpful recommendations to keep the cramping at bay. It has been nearly a month and I have yet to see any symptoms return. I am finally sleeping through the night! If you’re suffering from a sports injury or even just muscle pain from an unknown source- I highly suggest setting up an appointment!

John quickly diagnosed these problems through analysis of my gait , strength , and lower body skeletal positioning . He offered solutions through exercising and orthotics , both short term and long term. Very impressive

Fantastic experience: The people here are so on top of it. I was going to Spine and Sport for back pain, and it was not helping. This TN Sports Medicine place, it's hyper-personalized. Everyone is super nice. They tailor every exercise or stretch or massage or recommendation to your specific body and specific issues, rather than just giving you what a textbook would say for general back pain (that's what I felt like Spine and Sport was doing). It's also easy to schedule appts and is a tidy, open space. Great experience so far, and I look forward to my future appointments!

This place worked with me every chance I could and now i am back on my feet with no pain. They are Caring, understanding, knowledgeable, and willing to help anyone that needs it not just Athletes.

They took the time to get information about my pain but also did a thorough evaluation themselves to determine what treatment was needed . I recommend them to anyone that has pain regardless of how long you've been dealing with it, give them a try. I'm standing and walking pain free after years of dealing with the issue. Fantastic experience: I am a klutz. I know I am. But it doesn’t matter because I can go to Tennessee Sports Medicine to see the professionals there. I’ve had plantar fasciitis, shoulder problems, strength and balance problems. Most of these were from falling. Like I said, I’m a klutz. But the Physical Therapists there evaluated me, wrote out a plan, worked with me, then handed out homework to continue getting better at home. It works! Follow their instructions and you will feel better in no time! I highly recommend Tennessee Sports Medicine -Physical Therapy.

They are hands on and take the time to listen to the patient and come up with a plan to get you better. Everyone there is professional and vested in helping you to recovery.

Fantastic experience: Tennessee Sports Med has been treating our families muscular/skeletal issues for 20 years. From flair ups of planters fasciitis and sports injuries to mobility issues cause by surgical scar tissue. The staff are well trained, insightful, compassionate, and all around pleasant personalities to work with. Our family gives the entire staff 10/10 for all our PT/OT needs.

John, Scott, Kaitlin and the whole team are absolutely the best. In a day when in the medical community’s reputation and motivations are severely damaged, it’s nice to know that when you’re there, they care about you and your well-being. Not just trying to work you through the system get you in and out and get to the next person. My advice is on any muscle, joint, foot or bone issue go see the doctors at Tennessee Sports Medicine to evaluate. They all Honor the Hippocratic oath 100%. Let them help the healing and rehabilitation process or advise you if someone else is needed. They will forward you to a doctor that still honors the Hippocratic oath and is not purchased by big Pharma.

Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming, they are willing to work with you to figure out what you need and a timeframe that is helpful to your life. I am here almost every week for myself and I usually have to bring my child with me and everyone is always so kind, some even play with her to keep her entertained so I can focus on what I need to do! I recommend this center to so many!

Fantastic experience: This is an extraordinary PT group. My son, who lives in Boston with its enormous medical establishment, can't come close. There is an atmosphere of harmony and teamwork among the staff. Treatment is completely personalized and as adapted from session to session. I never feel like anything is done by rote. It is also clear that people are encourage to take part in continuing education and to be interested in the latest development in their fields. And all the equipment seems up to date. Unlike many group practices, this group demonstrates the advantages of pooling resources and sharing information. And, of course, everyone is super nice!
