Fantastic experience: Completely satisfied with Craig Caldwell’s service and knowledge. My great recovery was due to him and the assistants- Micah, Danielle, Arie and Emma. Mallory who handled scheduling and payments was awesome. Everyone of them had great personalities - also very polite and professional. LOS Rehad Annex has a great staff- all working together and helping each other. They all seemed to love their job!!

Fantastic experience: I experienced LOS PT little over 7 years ago after left-knee total replacement. My recovery even surprised them. They designed my PT to accommodate my profession/business directly and had me back performing in under 2 months. I recently had my right knee totally replaced as well. Dr Kyle (who did the first) is arguably the best in town. His focus is amazing, only complemented by the focus of Lindsey and those around her at the LOS PT Anex, Lafayette, Kaliste Saloom. I developed some outside problems which hindered my recovery. Lindsey's diligence compassionately delt with my difficulties with a specific plan of action which eventually got me through the problems. After 10 weeks I am 90% recovered, with things getting better daily. I have to get back to my exercises as my wind is down some, but at 72 I am back in the pool swimming gaining stamina & strength. Trust me you are in incredible hands when you put them in Los Anex PT, just ask for Lindsey, tell her Remy sent ya. Remy Laterrade

Fantastic experience: The whole team is incredible. It was clear that Lindsey cared about my rehab and created a personalized plan to help get me back in shape. She was motivating and continued to challenge me with each new exercise. Very quickly I began looking forward to my PT visits. The techs I worked with were knowledgeable and capable as well. I am going to miss this place. Highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I would never go anywhere else for physical therapy in the future. Everyone who works there is so kind, motivating, and supportive. My therapist was Caitlyn. She was amazing because she was so knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I had a total knee replacement, and I don't know how I would have gotten through it without her. I highly recommend LOS annex to anyone who needs physical therapy. They actually made me look forward to it!

Negative experience: Paxton was a good therapist, when he saw my son. He would usually just get a student/tech started with my son, and then leave him to work with someone else. They were constantly understaffed. Appointments were changed and rescheduled by the office. Office staff difficult, to say the least. Very sad bc the LOS doctors we've seen have been wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Have had totally great experiences at each session here. I have worked with several of the therapists and all of them are super knowledgeable and sharp. They've answered all of my questions fully and kept things moving right along as I'm working to gain strength after a series of accidents. All of them are compassionate and well trained, plus focused on making my life/body better. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Had knee surgery in March and had rehab at the annex location and could not have asked for better treatment. The entire staff was caring and wanted to make sure I received all possible treatment to get me back on track Again August had my second knee surgery and received the same attention from the first time. I highly recommend Louisiana Orthopaedic annex for and therapy needed VERY VERY VERY satisfied Thank You to all the staff

Fantastic experience: They were the best. Lindsey was perfect for me she challenged me everytime I went to therapy. She always complimented me about how hard I worked and achieved each exercise. Her assistant Selena was great also. I am going to miss them. But I thank them for all I have accomplished. It looks like I will not need to do my knee replacement, because they help me strengthen my legs.

Fantastic experience: Lindsey and the entire staff were awesome! Lindsey was professional, caring and did a great job finding the area that I needed to work on to improve the strength in my knee after an injury. I enjoyed going there and everyone was very helpful and caring. I highly recommend LOS annex to others who need therapy. It was a great place to get up and going again!

Fantastic experience: My therapists have been Chris West and Lindsey Champagne. Chris for my shoulder and knee and Lindsey for Orthotics. Both are exceptional Physical Therapists! I had great results with my knee and avoided surgery but will need shoulder surgery. I’ll be back for therapy after my shoulder surgery because they are the best!

Fantastic experience: Primary staff working w/ me: Lindsey Champagne, DPT 10+++ Professional, excellent comprehensive eval. Pinpoints/targets problem areas and tailors to specific needs. Thoroughly explains and listens to presenting issues, modifies as needed. Well trained staff/interns who are helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this PT/Rehab facility.
