Negative experience: Called about transferring a client of mine over to work with them. The woman who answered stopped me mid sentence and said “ I know you want to give us clients but we are not accepting anyone so I’m gonna stop you there.” You can turn people away without being so abrasive, additionally if you are not accepting new clients it would be helpful if on your website/instagram/voicemail you mentioned that you are not taking any new clients. I would have moved on without engaging with the not so nice lady on the phone and saved myself the trouble. I’m glad I saw what kind of dynamic they are fostering there before I passed someone I care about on to them.

Fantastic experience: As a fellow Physical Therapist, I’m picky about what I need for my body. Alix has been the first PT to address my needs comprehensively. Every time I leave, I feel great! I would highly recommend sessions with her in Lafayette!

Fantastic experience: I began working with Alix a little over a year ago after learning I was expecting my 3rd child. I truly believe that going during my pregnancy conditioned my body to be able to succeed at not only at being healthy with minimal aches & pains but also my natural birth. Afterwards, I continued going to help heal my severe diastis recti and could feel my core being safely engaged again after only a couple visits postpartum! Her personalized treatment for me, down to Earth, flexible personality and staff have made my first experience with physical therapy more than I could have asked for. Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: After major back surgery, Alix and team have helped me build my strength back. From the first day walking in barely able to push a walker to 4 months after surgery being able to go back to work. They have been with me thru all the ups and downs. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Intergrated Physical Therapy and Pilates . I have used both and have had good results after knee surgery and chronic back pain. Alix and Charley are very knowledgeable and have made it a worthwhile experience for me ,meeting my needs with their warm and friendly personalities. Fantastic experience: I worked with Alix to solve hip issues. My pain immediately went away with physical therapy. Alix also taught me the skills to stay pain free. I now take Pilates class with Charley. Love it! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and positive. I feel relaxed and energized after taking Charley’s class.

Fantastic experience: Brandie at Integrated Physical Therapy is knowledgeable, and patient. After having my Fourth back surgery, it was crucial for me to build strength in my core, which was so weakened over time with each injury and each surgery. By incorporating Pilates into my PT regime, it allows me to strengthen my core, while stretching and building endurance. I highly recommend the team at Integrated Physical Therapy!
