Fantastic experience: I first sought out Heather’s services due to some unresolved stress incontinence after the birth of my second baby. Heather not only helped me resolve that issue but also helped me with sore knees, pain in my shoulder, and a variety of other new and old issues. I feel empowered to handle these issues if they should crop back up because of what I’ve learned. Heather is understanding, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Fantastic experience: When I came to Heather, I could not walk by the end of each day and could not sleep at night because of severe pain for over 2 years. After just a few months of very flexible treatment, I am not just walking and sleeping but running 5k’s and weight training. This is the most gentle yet effective treatment I have ever experienced. This drastically changed my life and I would never go anywhere else for PT.
