They are extremely friendly with great positive attitudes and excellent bedside manner. My family and I have been going to ACTS for years and we have not had one complaint. The facilities and equipment are state of the art with plenty of room to do the exercises. While PT itself can be painful I actually enjoy going there! It’s similar to a good workout at your favorite gym with good conversation

Fantastic experience: I give ACTS Occupational and Physical Therapy a 10 out of 10. I have been to their clinic more than once for back issues. I have never had anything other than a positive productive experience. The ACTS staff are professional and seem to have the well-being of their patience at the forefront.

Fantastic experience: The staff is great here! You don't feel like just another patient getting shuffled through your exercises with no supervision like at most other PT offices. Heath tailors his approach and continues to adjust and add in new things throughout your treatment as needed. The front desk staff is also super friendly and pleasant to deal with.
