Negative experience: Pretty upset about this place, they used to have someone skilled at billing now they outsource it. After being informed my insurance is in network. Getting treatment and being billed, I get a letter saying this place doesn’t take my insurance. Now I owe all this money to PRNPT that was too lazy to do any admin work to code, bill and verify insurance taken. Guess how much for 10 sessions of PT? $3k of out of network charges, when I was informed that the providers is in network. As of 2024 my issue has remained unsolved. The money owed and paid didn’t count to my deductible, so I still had to meet it. For my insurance it’s 5% co-pay. Upset that I still have to meet the deductible after false advertisement of insurance taken

I really Like my PT Mina is his name he is the Best every single time I was there he always focus on my Pain which he did great. I am really thankful I was sent here from 10 pain to 0. Fantastic experience: My first contact at Kinetix was Erica and Julissa. When I called to make an appointment or to cancel and reschedule that appointment it was done with ease and they always did their best to accomadate me. I enjoyed going into the office, their friendliness allways made me feel welcomed. I started my sessions with Albert and finished out my therapy with Tim. I'm that type of patient that wants to know the "why" and both these men answered all my questions. From the start I was given exercises to do at home and more advanced ones towards the end of my therapy. When you go to physical therapy chances are you may have to experience some discomfort, it's part of the process. What is important to remember is that you will be in the hands of two very experienced therypist who are keenly aware of that fact. I found that they are compassionate and humor and smiles goes a long way. I'm 95% to the good, that rusty nail from my hip to my knee is gone, pain free and so happy. I highly recommend Kinetix.

Fantastic experience: The environment is welcoming. Nobody has a snooty attitude. It makes it easier to relax when you are in pain recovering from a major accident. They have been very flexible with me and provide therapy for some injuries that most other places won't. I also like that they have curtains around the beds so you don't feel like you are on display. Rebecca has been my therapist so far. She and Edwin are knowledgeable and have good customer service. I appreciate them.

All of the staff including the office staff, floor staff, physical therapist, and the head therapist, Tim, are amazing. They are all amazing. They actually listen to you which you cannot find anywhere else. Their goal is to help you recover. How refreshing is that. I would recommend anyone to go there over any other place in this valley trust me I’ve been everywhere.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several physical therapy practices in the Antelope Valley, but none compare to Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy. It's a great place. All of the staff seem to know what they are doing, including the front office staff! Paige is awesome!!! She is kind, caring and compassionate and has been very patient with me. While its still too early to know if the therapy will work, I at least know the therapy is actually benefiting me. The exercises I'm given are actually building muscle to support the affected body parts, whereas, other therapy practices leave me feeling no different from where I started. I would recommend checking out Kinetix before any other physical therapy practice in Antelope Valley.

Negative experience: I needed to transfer my files due to work hours and impossibility of scheduling in Lancaster. Regardless of numerous call and follow ups, my referral was not transferred properly and it has been extremely difficulty to continue appropriate treatment.

We are following a protocol given to me by my Orthopedic and the knowledgeable physical therapist’s and their assistants have provided me with further guidance to facilitate a healthy recovery. The staff are always very professional and have a smile on their face. It seems to be a close knit group of people, like a family. It is easy to make appointments and it is easy to get answers in regards to medical insurance and payments.
