West Point Physical Therapy Center: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Everyone from the front desk to the physical therapy area was very kind and professional! I got a lot better after my treatments. Definitely recommend coming here.
Negative experience: the receptionist mia you literally ask her a question and she will stare at you like if you are bothering her shes so unfriendly and the short therapist guy martinez that gives the consultations in the room thats on your right when you first go in are very unpleasant and unprofessional! I understand no one likes working but omg no need to give attitude especially the therapist hes so unfriendly he made me feel uncomfortable during the consultation. i dont understand how you work healthcare and have absolutely zero sympathy for people. also this place is so adamant about not being late or you will have to pay but will make you wait 30mins for your appointment. if your pcp refers you to this place ask them to change it do yourself a favor :)
Fantastic experience: I sugges this company to everyone who needs physical therapy especially for Aquatica physical therapy. Very clean and friendly staff.
Fantastic experience: This place is amazing very nice people getting better thanks
Fantastic experience: Good staff , always welcome here Excellent service
Fantastic experience: My dad has been experiencing knee pain, after a few sessions his pain has reduced significantly.
Fantastic experience: This a great place to help you get back in shape and to get the 1 on 1 training ,The staff is great and very helpful and knowledgeable
Negative experience: First appointment here and the Physical Therapist told me how fat I am for a half hour. He didn't address PT only that I eat too much and I'm fay. I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I'm menopausal. I'm working on taking weight off with my doctor. I did not need him judging and criticizing me for a half hour. He had me so upset I was shaking and had to leave. What a terrible man in a position to help someone.
Negative experience: No one answers and calls back. I already asked my PCP to refer me somewhere else.
Fantastic experience: Aidyn from fiscal therapy is very respectful and good listener, thank you Aidyn.
Fantastic experience: Aidyn Bowen was very helpful and genuinely cares for her patients.
Negative experience: NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!!
Negative experience: I was referred to this facility because it was closest to my home. The reason why I’m giving low stars is because of the encounter I had over the phone prior to my interview, but because my encounter once I was at the front desk was excellent my chief complaint is in regards to physical therapist doctor Grant, who is the one who did my initial assessment he singled me out by stating let me see if you’re telling the truth, and then proceeded to pass it off as a joke, and before the assessment was over, he repeated that statement when he was assessing my strength, he stated again let me see if you’re telling the truth, and again passed it off as a joke, later on that day, I realize that this man was not joking and it’s probably something he does regularly and I’m not sure exactly why I was singled out but I don’t think I deserve that type of treatment from a professional in a professional setting. I don’t feel comfortable going back.

Fantastic experience: They are the greatest staff that really care about us and helping us to get better the right way. Thank you to every single one of you for being so amazingly loving and thoughtful.
Fantastic experience: Excellence is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about West Point.I have been suffering sciatica pain for many years now so my friend recommended I visit them. I worked directly with Analia, Grace & Ezequiel, they spent the time to answer all of my questions and walked me through all the exercises. After a month, my pain was gone and I can't thank them enough! If you are looking for a physical therapist in the area, I highly recommend them :)
Fantastic experience: They are the best
Thank you!
Fantastic experience: Really great service! They’ll make you feel welcomed, relaxed, and help you in any way they can.

Fantastic experience: West Point PT center in California City has been my PT place for years. After knee replacement I met my PTA Ronaldo Gordiano. He has been guiding me and encouraging my healing for months. Justina keeps me up on appointments and billing. I can highly recommend them for your PT needs. Zack, Anna and Ishmael are also part of what makes this place work. We are so blessed to have you in our city! Thank you! Kim Welling
Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We take pride in our staff and facility.
Fantastic experience: Awesome
Thank you for 5 stars!
Negative experience: Schedule and front office staff is unable to do their job properly. Unsure where the misunderstanding took place but they can’t make a simple initial appointment for my mother who is suffering from bad carpal tunnel. My mother was set up for her appointment today and was called the day prior to confirm her appointment. She arrives today (happy to finally start her journey for pain relief) only for them to tell her there has been a mistake and that she does not have an appointment. Let’s add the fact that they had her as needing therapy for her shoulders NOT her hands and arms. I previously worked in a medical office, the authorizations clearly state what services are approved and needing to be rendered to the patient so I don’t know where or how that kind of mistake happened. It’s not hard to read an authorization. Let’s also add the fact that apparently the person in charge of scheduling or rectifying this situation is apparently on vacation and no one else in the front staff is capable of doing it. Again, as a person that worked in a medical front office, dealing with authorizations, insurance, GP, workers comp, etc, it’s not THAT HARD. Better people need to be hired and trained. People are coming here because they need help from their physical ailments. Now my mom has to wait again. I’m sure my mother hurled out a few choice words towards them though.

Negative experience: Do not go here there stars and reviews show everything , if you want rude and unprofessional and no help these guys are number 1 . Good luck if you choose them cause you will need it .
Fantastic experience: Awesome experience
Negative experience: Horrible front office tried for 3 days to get an appointment. What do you havefor employees interns?
Negative experience: I went there for a consultation on my left knee I just had surgery and was still having a little pain so I can get physical therapy the gentleman who is a manager of the physical therapy evaluated me why he evaluated me he pushed on my right knee and something popped that wasn't even the knee that was in pain now I have a torn ligament and I want to know what my rights are this is ridiculous I will never ever return there
Negative experience: As a retired professional myself I found this place to be unprofessional. The person who did my initial evaluation laughed inappropriately several times throughout my session and would often not complete her sentences. The person that actually gave me therapy made some very improper remarks about my age but that I am still "hot". Needless to say I will not be going back there again as it all made me very uncomfortable. I got the general impression that this place does not care about their patients and that there is no appropriate supervision from a supervisor. The office staff does not appear to take their jobs seriously as they are often talking and laughing among themselves. Just more evidence of how unprofessional this place is.
Fantastic experience: My visit today was filled with the goodness of this office. I saw a patient who was trying to leave but her car battery died and two of the staff members gave her car a jump. I also saw another patient who had been stuck there after her session get help for a ride home. My own experience was filled with a ton of help. Keep up the good work.
Negative experience: I came here because i needed to do a physical for a job and the nurse guy is such a Douche bag.He measured by pulse and did my heart rate and made a big deal about my heart rate how it was up.I went to my personal physician and told me that it was normal since some peoples heart beat are faster than others and boy this nurse guy was not cool at all and not helpful and made me come twice for nothing. This place sucks. How do they stay in business with such poor additude and poor service.
Fantastic experience: Very helpful therapists and assistants
Fantastic experience: I appreciate the dedication from every staff member. Pool therapy is wonderful. I'm excited to become a fully restored bipedal human being, after 6 1/2 yrs of living with pain. Today's visit did however disappointingly end with a staff member that I've never seen before. It's hard as a patient to even go to PT, it's even harder to leave with a staff member that is obviously in a mood. This upper staff member will not sway my determination. I still rate this facility and it's staff 10+ stars. Again thank you for your dedication and hard work.
Fantastic experience: I visited West Point for the first time yesterday. Due to some negative Yelp reviews, I was not expecting a very positive experience. I'll summarize what I found: 1) The office is a few hundred yards off of the 14 at Avenue N. Can't think of a medical office with better freeway access. 2) There's also plenty of shaded parking within a few steps of the front door. 3) The office itself is clean and up-to-date, unlike many of the other offices in the AV that believe linoleum and plum-colored walls are still all the rage. 4) I found the receptionist very friendly, easy to understand, and highly professional. Please don't misinterpret "busy" as "rude". It's refreshing to see a receptionist take her job seriously and do it well. And BONUS: I didn't hear a single conversation about the woes of her personal life during my 20 or so minutes waiting -- a PLAGUE within the AV. [Medical office receptionists take heed: I do not care what rude thing so-and-so posted on Facebook about you]. 5) The highlight of the visit was Rob. It is rare to find a medical professional who is very good at their craft and has a caring bedside manner to go along with it. Seeing him interact with two other patients in the waiting room, this tone was consistent. He seems to genuinely enjoy what he does (again, rare these days). Moral of the story: you can't believe everything you read. The negative reviews I read did not reflect my experience in the slightest. Give em' a try. I think you'll be as surprised as I was.
