Negative experience: I’d give Chinmay 10 stars if I could. But since Kelly has been gone, their daytime secretary is cruel, rude, and clearly doesn’t understand customer service. I’ve now had over half a dozen instances where she’s failed miserably at even common decency let alone any empathy given she’s dealing with people in pain. I love Chinmay, but she is ruining their office one pissed client at a time. I’ve sent over a dozen clients to this office over the last decade I’ve been seen here. She’s changed the culture and I’ve heard from others as well. Time to let her go good sir!

Fantastic experience: Chinmay and his team are the best of the best. He's helped me through a long sports career by helping to heal several severe injuries. They were instrumental in helping me to recover from both of my knee replacements. They have also helped several of my family members with various injuries and issues. I've been to other therapists. If my insurance didn't cover this group I would gladly pay out of pocket to have Chinmay and his team work their magic.

Fantastic experience: Pioneering the 1:1 model of care, LRS clinic schedule one-hour patient visits entirely with a physical therapist. We have elected to avoid the industry standard of scheduling 2 or more patients per hour with unlicensed staff, or physical therapy assistants, participating in patient care. LRS only provides physical therapy services solely with physical therapists, not with aides, trainers or any other unlicensed staff. “You Have Our Exclusive Attention.”

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best outpatient experience I've ever had. Chinmay and his staff are all so kind and knowledgeable, and they genuinely care about helping people. I will never recommend a different physical rehabilitation center as long as I live in the Lansing area. If you need physical therapy, go see Chinmay!

Fantastic experience: Initially, I was quite skeptical of another physical therapy group. Especially with my past experiences with other offices and the ongoing feeling that the longer that they can keep you returning the more revenue you create for their bottom line. Lansing Rehabilitation Services (LRS) has proven that they have different priorities. Notably, when it comes to working with patients to help them return to their "normal activities and life-long pursuits". What also helps put them at the top of my list involves their concerns with helping patients make solid improvements while not having to endure painful outcomes (especially the following day). A class act with the right mindset in truly helping people return or improve their quality of life , which speaks for itself. To put it all in a single word: caring

Fantastic experience: This office is AMAZING!! Seriously the best of the best!! From my first interaction with Kelly, she was kind, friendly and thoughtful! I worked with Mitali for almost all of my PT appointments, and she has became like a friend! She is SO knowledgeable, friendly, intelligent and gifted with her PT skills! Chinmay was also incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and friendly every time I saw and interacted with him. I only met Sue once, but she is also a gifted physical therapist who is very kind and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend this office for any and all rehabilitation needs!

Fantastic experience: I have had amazing success in my health here! I went from having headaches almost daily to only minor ones occasionally. Chinmay is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The assistants have all been great and have their individual strengths. And if that’s not enough, the office administrator makes each visit brighten my day! What a great team!

Fantastic experience: I could not be more impressed. Chinmay and his amazing staff use standard and unique techniques and address my endless questions in an educated, caring way. They are open-minded to adapt any session a bit, to address concerns from that day. Not only do I feel so much better, but they gave me tips on stretches and strength training that will keep me "whole" for the long-term. Fantastic experience: They have the most amazing staff here. I went for help with my posture. They were very patient and professional. Correction takes time and dedication. They equipped me with several muscle building exercises to correct years of bad posture. It's a long process, but they have set me off on the right path. Flexible scheduling and early open hours.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and personal staff. Great hours and staff that are willing to work around your schedule. I have worked with the primary physical therapist for 3 years following a devastating injury to my shoulder. He is wonderful and has true healing hands. Please give this place a try.

Fantastic experience: The staff is absolutely amazing. Extremely flexible, and beyond helpful. The physical therapists truly care about your quality of life, and they go out of their way to give you the comfort you are looking for. I am personally fused from C2-T2 with severe chronic pain. Chinmay has helped me manage my pain more effectively than any physical therapist I have been to, and I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone.
