Fantastic experience: My neck was extremely stiff due to wearing a neck brace for 6 months for a fractured C-2 vertebrae. After 8 weeks of physical therapy at Arch, I graduated from therapy as I was within normal measurements for movement! Everyone that I worked with was so nice, I would definitely recommend Arch Physical Therapy! Thank you to everyone there!

Fantastic experience: Working with the staff at ARCH was a fantastic experience!! I had never been to physical therapy before and they were so kind and so helpful throughout the entire process. In total I spent 4 months attending therapy and not once did I have a bad experience. I worked with Emma most of my time there, but I felt comfortable with and supported by all of the PTs, PAs, and Mike! I would (and have) recommend ARCH to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Arch Physical Therapy has been the number one reason I am doing so well with my recovery after total knee replacement surgery five weeks ago. Each PT/Tech who has worked with me has been compassionate, patient, educated, and encouraging. Also, to my delight, the atmosphere is quiet and not packed with so many people that it feels overwhelming. The office staff are wonderful as well! They are the best!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Arch Physical Therapy, a locally owned business. I like the one on one "hands on" therapy. They have helped me with my knee, neck, back and most recently my foot. I was experiencing nerve pain on the top of my foot and was unable to walk any distance. Larry recommended I try "Dry Needling" to reduce the pain. I noticed the difference right away. Also, I am doing strengthening and balancing exercises to make my foot stronger. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me. Best choice for physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: I found Arch PT by googling physical therapist in my area & they had great reviews. I went there over a 7 week period and was very happy with the therapists I had the pleasure of dealing with.They were very professional ,knowledgeable, and showed concern for me as their patient. The kindness and respect shown to me was awesome and seemed truly heart-felt.The issue I was working on is an ongoing situation so I was given written instructions to help me continue my therapy at home so I don't regress and continue to make progress. Fantastic experience: The change to my quality of life has been amazing in 5 weeks here. I went from walking like an 80 year old man on ice to being able to climb all the stairs at Castle Rock. The team was amazingly positive, from Mike at the front desk to all the therapists and techs. Always positive and helpful. I hope I never need to come back but if I do find myself in need for PT this is where I am coming!

Negative experience: the receptionists here are a joke. They wasted my time due to negligence twice.

Fantastic experience: Chris and Micky and their team work hard to get you back to normal. In my case they designed a therapy sequence that addressed my strength, gait and balance issues and I'm improving. My illness affects my whole nervous system so I'm compromised in a different way than many of their patients but they haven't given up on me and I appreciate their compassion and determination to help me. I see how professional they are with all their patients, from young children to even some older than myself, and they work well with everyone. You are never left alone to fend for yourself and on my weak days they are there to brace my back while I do my exercises. Professional, competent and firmly focused on getting you back in shape. I recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: Went in with a shoulder injury, came out feeling like I was 19 again. Best place for physical therapy in Lansing. All the physical therapist are extremely nice and friendly. I can honestly say I don't have a single complaint. I continue to recommend Arch Physical Therapy to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I am very grateful for the team at Arch. In addition to being incredibly friendly, the program that Kalie created for was incredibly effective. It helped me to build strength and recover from a hamstring injury. I am a triathlete and I wanted to make sure I could continue to have progress when I was not needing to go to PT any longer. During my last session Kalie spent a ton of time with me giving me guidance on how to progress the movements on my own at home. I felt like I got paired with the perfect PT for what I needed and I know that all I’ve learned there will help me tremendously into the future.

Fantastic experience: I am a dancer and had serious pain and reduced range of motion in my right toe. When I first went to see Micky Thompson at ARCH, I was not able to complete an entire ballet class. Micky was able to greatly reduce the pain and help me regain all of the range of motion and then some! I just had my first rehearsal with a dance company and my foot felt really good afterward! The staff is really friendly as well. I highly recommend ARCH!

Fantastic experience: I am not much for posting reviews but after spending so much time with the crew at Arch I felt it was necessary. I had ACL surgery back in April of last year as I had torn it in my senior season of College lacrosse in Pittsburgh, PA where I attended school. As I was out in Pennsylvania at the time of surgery before returning back to Michigan post college to start my full time career in May, finding a place where I was going to be able to receive the same hands on and “athletic” therapy treatment was important. After looking around, a family member recommended I give Arch a try. Immediately I was greeted with a great, high energy team who made it easy to come in and pick up where I had left off from my previous therapy out of state. The level of care and expertise was beyond anything I probably deserved, but more importantly how flexible and personable the entire team was really help me get in and receive treatment on MY SCHEDULE. Which at the time was swamped starting a new full time career. No matter what team member I was working with, I knew I was in good hands. Never once did I find myself dreading the treatment as they continually evaluated progress and adjusted my plan to be continuously engaging and even more challenging so I could continue to get back to where I was in the past. Coming from a former athlete, the Arch team does give you the easy road if you ask for it! To the same point, if there was days that my recovery was not moving as fast or there was a “bump” in the road, the team would still do a great job adjusting that treatment to not cause any sort of steps back. The team member I partnered with mainly through this process was Dr. Kalie and Associate Grace who helped me tremendously and I can not thank them enough. However any other specialist on the team did not let me down either! Like I said always in good hands with anyone on the team! If I could say one thing to someone about the Arch experience as a whole, I would say that they make it really easy, welcoming and personalized to get to the physical level you are looking for! Can not thank them enough and more importantly can not wait to check in with the team when passing by in the future!

Fantastic experience: Went in for ankle and knee tendinitis and the therapist was able to develop a treatment plan based on my diagnosis, symptoms and medical history quickly. After a week and a half of doing the assigned work twice per day I have gotten back to running and I feel great. Thanks for a job well done! I will recommend this place to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: My experience at ARCH Physical Therapy has been nothing short of amazing. During the two rounds of PT that I completed, the entire staff worked endlessly to assure that I was getting every little bit out of PT that I could. Following surgery, I could barely move my arm from my side but they made sure that I had the tools to regain range of motion and strength both in the clinic and at home. I can happily say that thanks to everyone at ARCH I am now back to my full range of motion and gaining strength every day! Fantastic experience: I had a stroke at the end of July and was feeling very weak and tired. On the recommendation of Sparrow West I was directed to Arch Physical Therapy for the recovery process. From Day one they have helping me tremendously to get me through this. Micky Thompson (Owner), along with Kalie Dickman, Grace and Ryan have all listened and are helping me on the road to recovery. It’s going to take a few weeks, possibly a few months but I am starting to feel better by 1% each day. I strongly recommend going here. I promise that they will take really good care of you.

Fantastic experience: The Arch team is phenomenal. I had no negative experiences with them from start to finish and were like family. Their services were creative (underlined), personal, professional and very caring. I began my journey with them after having surgery to repair my right achilles, unable to use my leg for even the most basic of functions. By my last day I was able to full on run again. Fantastic experience: The staff and treatments are amazing. They helped me after I broke my leg playing sports. Shortly after I went to basic training and had zero issues thanks to their help. I was able hike over 12 miles and jump from various heights during training with no issues.I recently came back after a knee scope for training injuries and they did another amazing job. Very friendly and professional facility.

Fantastic experience: Excellent recuperation and rehab. The staff at Arch are top notch, caring and a joy to interact with at each session.

Negative experience: After waiting almost a week to get a appointment, I sat for 20 minutes past my appointment time to hear other patients have to wait 10 days for the next appointment spot. Kind of hard to be seen three days a week every 10 days. Not only behind in keeping appointments, good luck getting one. Then the receptionist had the nerve to ask me to wait another 10 minutes to speak with the physical therapist. Get a grip.

Fantastic experience: 2024: I would like to highly recommend Arch PT and Sports Medicine as my go-to for all my physical therapy needs. I have been a patient several times and I am always moved by the care and the friendly, fun, upbeat atmosphere that is prevalent when I visit. What I said in 2022 is still true! You don't have to search any longer for excellent rehabiliative services!!! 2022: If you would like to have a specialized plan of action for your ailment and be treated by professional, caring staff, I recommend Arch Physical Therapy. Micky and her staff helped me after rotator cuff surgery and again with a broken ankle to recover my strength and mobility. All the staff are amazing, but Micky in particular stands out. I am particularly impressed with her knowledge of the body and how she can help her patient understand what is occurring and how to counteract that if necessary. You can also count on them to keep your comfort in mind and adapt exercises as necessary. I HIGHLY recommend Arch Physical Therapy when you need rehabilitative services.

Fantastic experience: Arch Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine did an incredible job helping to rehab my hip injury. They are so knowledgeable when it comes to athletic injuries and are really experts in their profession. When I first arrived I couldn’t sleep through the night because of the pain. Now I am back to training and am able to run 4 miles. Everyone there is very professional and courteous as well.

Fantastic experience: After an injury due to overuse of ankle while playing soccer over the years, i underwent surgery and was very disheartened to find that my ankle was just as stiff after surgery as it was before. However, Arch Physical Therapy has restored my hope that i will be back to 100% in terms of playing soccer and running. Micky honestly cares about her patients and the progress that they make while under her care. I trust Micky's advice on my ankle more than my own doctor's advice! I am glad i chose Arch for my physical therapy, it gives me peace of mind knowing that the staff really cares about rehabilitating their patients.
