Fantastic experience: My name is adeeb. Whenever I injured or Hart my back I come to orthopedic rehab specialist to see Paige . Paige she is a professional therapist. All the staff work in this location. They are great people. I appreciate all the people work in this location.

Staff at ORS was knowledgeable, friendly and always made sure I was safe when performing exercises. Hadia and staff take pride in seeing clients improve their condition.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous. I received physical therapy treatment from Paige and her staff. For my right shoulder injury, the therapy and exercises given has me back to my normal strength training. l previously had an ankle and Achilles injury that took a few months of physical therapy. Fantastic experience: This is a great place! I was a bit apprehensive about starting physical therapy but the staff was wonderful and put me at ease.

Fantastic experience: Paige and Alexis are good at their jobs and I appreciate their friendliness and welcoming attitudes. Although the pain in my wrist hasn’t resolved during PT, I have gained strength in it. Should I need additional therapy after treatment by a hand specialist, I will definitely return to the Gateway Lofts facility.

Fantastic experience: Paige was very professional and worked to find out where my muscle problem was. She then consecrated on exercises and massages that focused on the area in need. When I first can in it was all across my back but as I continued it was only on one side and she consecrated on that area. It is find now. The staff was all very friendly and professional and made sure your visit was excellent. The facilities were always clean and they had all the equipment that was needed. They were very patient and positive. I would highly recommend anyone who needed rehab services to use their facilities.

Fantastic experience: I went to ORS at Gateway Lofts for upper back/shoulder pain that I had experienced for a few months when lifting. The staff at this location was very friendly and happily answered any questions I had regarding the therapy and cause of the pain I was experiencing. Paige created an amazing exercise plan with me to help strengthen my back and prevent future pain. I would highly recommend ORS at Gateway Lofts for any orthopedic rehab needs

Fantastic experience: Paige and the Gateway Loft staff are excellent. They are attentive, knowledgeable and have aided in the recovery of multiple injuries. They, especially Paige, continue to be my first choice in rehabilitation care.

Fantastic experience: I went to ORS at Gateway Lofts because of a problem with balance. Paige talked with me about my difficulty and then made a plan of what I would be doing each Tuesday and Wednesday when I came in for my appointment. She and Alexis were friendly and clear in their instructions, explaining again if I asked and answering any questions I had. They seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doing. One or the other of them checked frequently to see if I was comfortable, needed a rest or water and whether the machine was set too hard for me. The gym area, the bathrooms and all of the equipment were always clean and I saw the two of them wiping down the equipment after use. Both women made me feel comfortable there. I knew if they were not talking to me, though near by, it was because I needed to concentrate on what I was doing and how I needed to change small, but important, things, in order to relieve my problem areas. After 8, I believe, weeks Paige tested me again and found sufficient improvement for me to stop coming. She gave me a well-explained plan to work on at home and assured me I could come in again if I any further problems. Without hesitation I would go back to ORS for any future needs.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Paige at Gateway due to neck pain I’d been experiencing for years. I was truly amazed at how quickly she was able to fix the issues I’d been having. She takes her time with each patient and uses a variety of methods as needed. She gave me a great plan of exercises to do at home to prevent the reoccurrence of issues. I could not be happier with the treatment I received. The rest of the staff there is wonderful also! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was thrilled to learn ORS had opened a beautiful new facility located closer to home in Lansing. Paige, my physical therapist evaluated and set up a treatment plan which met all my needs ! Her insight established my therapy foundation and was quite educational. She answered all my questions and set the groundwork for the other facilities I commuted to! I am familiar with 4 of their facilities located in Holt, Page Ave and East street in Jackson and Lansing! I have utilized three of these facilities over the past two years ...(adding the new Michigan ave) this year for various issues and have benefited tremendously from all of them. My records and progress were consistent amongst them all. The new facility on Michigan avenue has the newest equipment...the staff is welcoming and thorough in accessing my needs and relayed them perfectly to the other three facilities I utilized for continuing care as I commuted between Lansing and Jackson. I strongly recommend ANY ORS located anywhere! You cannot go wrong......especially if you need to commute. Their services and professionalism are amazing! I have utilized 5 other P.T. facilities over the years and ORS tops them all!
