Fantastic experience: I can’t praise FYZICAL enough! They have been treating my son since our move here for OT, PT, and SLP. The therapists are super compassionate and caring. My son is a handful and Dani, Addison, and Grant show him all the love and care he needs! Highly recommended! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, the receptionist, Adrianna, has not been great to deal with. The first time we had to communicate for payment it was almost constant calls for two days when I work 8-5pm and don't always have a chance to get to my phone. I called back, made the payment and had to call back twice to actually get the receipt. Now that insurance has been processed there was a balance of $7.46... and apparently she sent something in the mail, however she sent it addressed to the insurance holder that doesn't live at my residence so I legally cannot open it and had to wait for them to pick it up which it's been a week today that I've received it and they still haven't had a chance to get it and I receive a voicemail that they are going to send me to collections - for something I do not even know about due to their miscommunication. They have the insurance holders address and phone number, as well as mine, so one failed attempt on their part is a warning for collections, for $7.46 none the less. When I called to make the payment she told me to return to sender and they'll mail it back, but I said what's the point as I'm making the payment now and she said "there isn't one." Absolute inconvenience as I've made my payments as immediately(within 2 days of notification) as I'm available to make the call with my work schedule. I can't speak much for the therapist themselves as we only went to the screening and didn't need to move forward, but seems like quite the hassle for such a minor thing on their end. Update: the owner contacted me to apologize for this and explain that part of a training was misunderstood which caused this. Much appreciated to see he clearly cares to address issues.

Fantastic experience: Tanner is an excellent therapist. I’m making great progress and I’m grateful to be able to walk farther and farther without debilitating pain. My granddaughter goes here too and we’re both very pleased with Fyzical.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Fyzical fo a long time. Whenever a physician suggests another place I ask for a referral to come here. I have been going to PT for years and have tried many places, because I have chronic mobility issues. This has been the best yet.

Fantastic experience: My son has been seeing Addison for 2 years and to say his speech has improved is an understatement. He has come leaps and bounds from where he started. When we first started at Fyzical my son had very limited expressive language and would be easily upset when we were unable to understand him, now his expressive language is understood by complete strangers. Addison is knowledgeable and caring, she took time to get to really know my sons likes and dislikes and incorporate that into his treatment. Addison is an integral part of my son's support team, meeting with his speech therapist at school to coordinate, communicating with his ABA BCBA. She is an extention of our family and have been so pleased with all the growth. My son also recently started to see Matt for OT and we are very happy with the progress he's made and the work he has done. Matt, too, takes into account my son's interests and likes to make OT a little bit better for him. I must say the whole team/staff at Fyzical is amazing. Therapists who don't even see my son for treatment know him by name and say hello. Audrianna in the front is warm and welcoming to our whole family. Fyzical truly goes above and beyond for their patients and the families.

They are professional, welcoming, they make the patient and their family members feel like they are the most important people in the room. Their policies and procedures are fair and they are very understanding when it comes to billing issues. I highly recommend FYZICAL for all types of therapy to anyone of all ages. Fantastic experience: We have been using fyzical for many years now (PT/OT/Speech) for our elementary age child. The therapists are knowledgeable, kind, patient, responsive; they are fantastic and have been invaluable to our child's growth.

Fantastic experience: I've been working on some health issues, and my doctor and I decided to try PT as we continue to figure everything out. So I wasn't coming at this from a surgical recovery or injury point of view, and didn't know what to expect. Dani is very caring and smart, and has helped me get my body moving again! I really appreciate her skill and encouragement.

Fantastic experience: Staff was amazing! Secretary was great in getting things done quick and easy. The PTs were all friendly as could be and knowledgeable! Great clean equipment and gym. Made PT fun to go to!

Fantastic experience: My 8 month old daughter has been going to Fyzical for therapy weekly for 4 months and I have also been going for 2 months for back and knee pain. All three physical therapists (Nichole, Jesse, Dani) are excellent. What I love the most is how well they work together--I have had appointments with all three. It is obvious they communicate with each other about the next steps for each patient. It is also very easy to see how passionate each of them are for their jobs by how welcoming and friendly they are. They really care that their patients are feeling better and continuing to improve. My 8 month old has primarily seen Nichole. Even with my daughter's issues, she has not missed any milestones and is doing extremely well and I attribute it to our weekly therapy--which helps her but mostly help guide me and teach me what I should be working on at home. Mackenzie at the front desk is always friendly and organized and has helped me through 2 insurance changes with no problem! She is very good at communicating about appointment times or changes.

Fantastic experience: I came into physical therapy for chronic neck pain in which no one could provide me instant relief or an explanation. Nichole Lundy was phenomenal and the staff was always very welcoming and great conversationalists

Fantastic experience: Heather is a wonderful occupational therapist and she did an excellent job with my son. I was delighted with his progress after just a few sessions. The other employees here are also very caring and professional, and the facility is generously sized, clean, and well equipped. I’m very pleased with the positive experience that we had here.
