Fantastic experience: Their trainers/therapist are really good in helping you do the exercises you need and giving you a program to work at home with. Brad and Steve was my Therapists they are very knowledgeable and professional. The receptionist Lisa is is friendly and courteous. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility for your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Ever since my first visit a little over a year ago I have been impressed with Athletico Physical Therapy. All of the staff are awesome, delightful and welcoming. The front desk staff is outstanding and very helpful. The PTs and Techs are among the best of best in providing physical therapy that addresses the issues I’m there for. I find that I make great progress on each of my visits for physical therapy. I highly recommend Athletico Physical Therapy!

Fantastic experience: I've had trouble with my ribs for 14 years. Some of the ribs would come out of place. Not super painful but enough to be very irritating and getting progressively worse. I saw Dr Jake at Athletico in Lansing for the first time 3 weeks ago. My pain level today is now zero after being maybe 4 or 5 at it's worst. He and Abby taught me a series of exercises to strengthen the muscles around my ribs. I will continue to do these exercises religiously. This experience has truly been life changing for me. Thank you team Athletico!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lippert is skilled, knowledgeable, and an expert in his field. Put yourself in his hands and you cant go wrong. A friendly relaxed atmosphere. My tendenosis that was hobbling me disappeared and he even began to address a sciatica issue that was impacting my right side and the tendon. I am back to my running.

Fantastic experience: Came in after falling off my skateboard with barely any weight-bearing ability on my left side and left with complete functionality of my left shoulder! I learned tons of great exercises and stretching practices from Dr. Jake. Kristi was always very kind and willing to work with me in terms of scheduling. Overall a great place to get better if you’re ready to put in the work!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Athletico has been one of the most positive healthcare experiences I've ever had. The entire team is focused on creating a community and providing an outstanding level of care and compassion. This, combined with their commitment to COVID prevention protocols throughout the pandemic, has made me feel safe and supported throughout my time in the clinic. Dr. Jake is knowledgeable and does a great job of maintaining a balance of challenge and support for his patients which has helped me to make great progress with my torn rotator cuff. His team is incredible at providing support across the board in terms of scheduling flexibility, and in clinic support with exercises.

Fantastic experience: I was able to have an amazing recovery after one of the worst injuries of my life. After hurting myself I could not move my body without pain nor stand straight. Dr. Jake is a invaluable. He knew how to help me manage pain on the first session and provided me with consistent direction. Best of all he gave me hope to get through it and recover! Fantastic experience: I am so grateful the wonderful care I recieve at Athletico Physical Therapy! Dr. Cosgrove is so kind and patient. He is understanding and has gone above and beyond to support and educate me throughout my healing process. He understands my specific challenges and sympathizes when things are tough. He pushes me to want to continue getting stronger. I have been to a couple different physical therapists in the past, I only wish I would have begun my therapy at Athletico initially! It's a warm and welcoming expierence as soon as you walk in, from the wonderful and cheery receptionist to the encouragement and care by Dr. Cosgrove!

Fantastic experience: Collin was fantastic. He helped me regain the full functionality of my foot and heal some latent weaknesses that were the underlying cause of my injury. Additionally it is apparent that Collin prides himself on new and updated knowledge of treatments and modalities to provide the necessary recipe for his patients successful healing and assistance toward their goals. A true gentleman and scholar. Two thumbs up from this guy!

Fantastic experience: The experience I had at this facility for severe hip joint pain was very positive. The staff was friendly and professional. The area of discomfort was promptly located and diagnosed. The stretching exercises were right on target. Therapist Dr Colegrove was easy to work with and provided explanations on the methods incorporated in my treatment. I highly recommend using this facility.

Fantastic experience: Collin is great. I injured my knee while skiing and had a bone contusion. The healing process was a lot longer than I expected but Collin was so supportive the entire time. The stretches and exercises were beneficial and I’m back to walking normally because of his help! Highly recommend!

Although I’ve been satisfied with those experiences, Athletico is, by far, my favorite physical therapy experience! Collin was amazing! From the very beginning he shared information in a manner that helped me understand my physical issues and to help me be involved in the treatment plan. He gave personal attention, feedback, and was attentive to my progress throughout treatment. He created a reasonable home plan as well, to keep me on track when not in PT. Fantastic experience: Anyone in west Lansing needing physical therapy should choose Athletico. I am beyond grateful for Collin and his expertise. I came in not knowing what to expect after having a meniscus tear repaired. He took the time to educate me about what was happening with my knee and as a result of a few weeks of therapy I am feeling great. Gina is also a very friendly and knowledgeable member of this amazing team. So thankful for all they did to help me recover.

Fantastic experience: I had knee debridement in February of this year and was instructed to go to physical therapy as part of the recovery. I had a negative experience enduring physical therapy with another company but was saddened and disappointed by the assembly line approach that was taken; was just going through the motions of each machine with no real thought process or results. I decided to take a chance on the new Athletico location on West Saginaw Highway. It was truly the best decision I ever made for my new recovery! Collin and the staff there were very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I not only learned new techniques but was challenged in a way that I was assured I would get most of my mobility and flexibility back if I "put in the work" and believe me they work you, but for a purpose! There were many days I didn't believe that the techniques and exercises would accomplish anything but by the time physical therapy was completed, the difference was obvious. The best indication was that I could walk and bend my knee without limping. Collin really takes time with each patient and explains the purpose behind the exercise as well as the reason for challenging you the way that they do . I still have his voice in my head telling me that if I do the work I'll see the results. He was very careful about not over promising and being realistic. No two days were the same and even though I complained a lot I am very grateful to he and the Athletico staff for giving me the opportunity to stand up straight and walk without hardly any pain. I saw many athletes come through and it was a good feeling to know that he gave everyone personalized attention and even harassment lol. They even use music and movie Trivia to take your mind off of the exercises! I strongly suggest going there for a thought-out and honest approach to getting your coordination and flexibility back.

Fantastic experience: Colin was super helpful to me as I recovered from shoulder surgery. I know Collin is using evidence-based technique, and is very methodical. I had surgery on the other shoulder 10 years ago, with a different therapist, and this was a much better experience and outcome. I also really appreciated Gina, who was always kind and helped me with just The right schedule.

Overall I have had a great experience. Every visit I get stronger and stronger. The physical therapist is amazing and is so caring and understanding. I have gone to other physical therapist in the past but Athletico is by far the best. The physical therapist is dedicated to his patients care and treats me like a person not just a customer. I highly recommend this location and company.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy to get here. Collin has good knowledge how to treat my pain. He helped me with lot of exercises to get rid of my herniated disc pain. When i first came here i am unable to walk and sit, my option is only to lay down. He helped me to get out of it. Thanks Collin.
