Fantastic experience: Great experiences people!

Negative experience: Showed up ten minutes early for my first appointment with Gail, the owner. Twenty-five minutes later, Gail had still not arrived or called to explain why she was late, so I left. No follow-up call to apologize. Terribly disrespectful. Not the kind of operation I care to do business with.

Positive experience: I have used this facility for over 15 years as needed. There physical therapy is wonderful. There hand and shoulder therapy is second to none! Curtis and Gail have kept my hands usable! My husband has had two wrist fusions. They got his hands working again after surgery and tailored his therapy to his job and needs. Curtis' attention to detail is above and beyond. He makes you feel comfortable with a sometimes painful process. He also explains the how's and whys of anatomy so the patient understands why it hurts and why you need to do as told.

Fantastic experience: These guys are absolutely amazing! Jennie is a phenomenal physical therapist and their hand therapists are wonderful. Currently seeing Curtis and Katherine for my broken wrist for over a month now and significant progress already. HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend ARM Assessment as an excellent place to go for occupational therapy. I recently needed to visit them and found the staff to be pleasant and professional. They were very flexible with scheduling so that I was able to complete my therapy and not miss work. They were knowledgeable, providing me with exercises to do at home to improve my hand's function as well as letting me know how far to push myself to achieve improvement without doing any damage to my hand by pushing too far. I improved quickly and am very happy with the results.
