Fantastic experience: Can't recommend ORS enough if you're in the need for physical therapy. I completey ruptured/tore my hamstring and required surgery and several months of PT as a result. From day 1 of PT I felt comfortable and had an excellent experience with ORS. Jake was my primary PT throughout the process, and as a former athlete like myself, he really designed my regimen around my main goal which was getting back on the basketball court. I worked with a handful of other PTs at the Holt location as well (shoutout to Mike C.) and they were just as helpful. I'm about a month post PT and acheived my goal of playing basketball regularly again. Big thanks to the folks at ORS!

Fantastic experience: I began PT at ORS Robinson Rd.in January 2024 following neck surgery after a fall and continued until June 2024 when it was discovered that I also had a shoulder injury. My ORS team lead by Cory were professional, kind and knowledgable. After a prior experience where the physical therapist worked with one patient at a time, I was afraid that I would not get the attention that I needed. ORS proved that fear wrong. At no time did I feel like just a number. Cory and his partner on my team, Brittney, always had eyes on all of their patients. “The kids” as I affectionately called the physical therapy assistants when talking about PT at home are outstanding, friendly and really know their role. Jack is always busy and most mornings he is on his own but is on top of timers and knows what the next exercise is for a smooth transition to keep you moving. Landon is quick to pick up a conversation with you from the previous week, that attention to detail will help him to become a great physical therapist himself. Brendan is gentle, proficient and stealthy. He quietly goes about his business and knows his stuff. Drew is always good for a laugh with his quick wit but also is well versed in how to help when you're not sure how to do an exercise. Tracy was just starting out when I was and is a sweet soul that tried hard to learn her job. Last but not least, Linsi at the front desk became one of my favorite people with her joke of the day. She always has a smile and juggles multiple tasks with ease. The ORS building was always clean, neat and safe but I believe it is the people that make it a 5 star facility. Cory is a great leader and as difficult as I think my case was, he and Brittney did everything they could to help me. ORS Robinson Rd is doing something right. Thank you for helping me to regain some function!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and personalized treatment. They make use of every minute you’re there and give you the resources to continue working on your goals at home. I had low back issues that were causing me to throw out my back a lot, be in a lot of pain, and need regular corrections. They easily figured out the root of my problem and helped me get strong. This is the best I’ve felt in 8 years. So so thankful for them!

Fantastic experience: I would like to extend a special thank you to the ORS staff for all of your warmth and kindness. I was treated for a frozen shoulder by Dillon and Kaitlyn. My ortho Dr. told me the treatment would be barbaric. Dillon assured me that it would not be barbaric, and it was not. Dillon and Kaitlyn were gentle and effective. My quality of life has been greatly improved through the care and treatment received at ORS!

Fantastic experience: Four weeks out from partial knee replacement and I am nearly fully functional...walking without a limp and easily going up and down stairs. Fantastic experience: When orthopedic issues crop up ( at my age!), I go to ORS. Cory and the friendly staff at Robinson Rd, Jackson, are so helpful with identifying the muscles that need strengthening and stretching, and are always willing to answer my numerous questions. Their Robinson Rd facility is light and spacious and easy to access. I highly recommend ORS staff for any orthopedic issues you may be dealing with!

Fantastic experience: Mike and the team at ORS West Lansing are outstanding; very professional and clearly experts in their field, but also personable and engaging. The facility is clean and well-equipped and there is ample parking. I will definitely use them for any future PT needs.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this location was wonderful. They treat you like family and the atmosphere is very casual. All the staff calls each patient by their name, and do not treat you like you are just a number. Micheal, Austin and Jake are very personable and very informative. Jake did push me a little harder the last couple weeks. The same is true of the assistants Grace and Anna, very nice and very attentive. And Callie does a great job at the front desk, and takes the time to explain your insurance coverages so there are no suprises. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The staff at ORS is exceptional! From the moment I entered the premises until I completed each session, each staff member treated me with respect and caring. Dr. Cox, Paige and Zack administered treatments very professionally and knowledgeably. My issues were not resolved; however, I plateaued and had to stop treatments for a while. I'm sure the home program they gave me will help immeasurably to improve my spinal and leg issues. I highly recommend ORS to anyone needing expert physical therapy services.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time at this establishment. I arrived with neck pain, taking ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. This is my fourth and I believe final week. My neck is without the severe pain and muscles are much more relaxed. Treatment was gradually increased upon my tolerance and if it was particularly painful, they backed off and increased as tolerated. These are very professional, caring individuals who seem to work well and seamlessly together.

Fantastic experience: Went to ORS West Lansing for reoccurring lower back pain and I would highly recommend them. They not only helped me strengthen my lower back but gave me great exercises and ways to continue to keep it strong and hopefully avoid further injury. All of the staff were great. Everyone was very knowledgeable, respectful, personable and overall just wonderful human beings to interact with. They made the whole process not only an easier but also kind of fun experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mike and his team are phenomenal. I went in with a nagging 5 year old injury that 3 physicians couldn't pinpoint and left my first appointment confident that Dr. Mike had found the issue and had a good treatment lined up. Have a difficult schedule and need to move appointments around? Callie and others at the front desk are always extremely helpful and kind. Facility is clean and well kept, staff are always polite and helpful, I could go on and on. HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience at ORS-Grand Ledge location! Paige is professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Her expertise was clear as she designed a progressive program of effective therapies that are engaging for an easily-bored ten-year-old. All staff members are compassionate and supportive. Front office staff is helpful and accommodating. Scheduling is easy and patient time is respected—each appointment started right on time. Facility and equipment are cleaned regularly and all staff wear masks. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: ORS has been great to work with the past few months. They took me from a non weight bearing status to fully walking again. You are greeted with a smile when walking in and the staff is all wonderful to work with. I worked with Paige and Mike and it was nice to be at a smaller location. If I had to change to my appointment time the other PT still knew about my injury and where we were in the rehab process. They have a flexible schedule and work to make sure you are able to accomplish what needs to be done but have you out to get to work on time. They also make sure to spend time each visit doing hands on therapy which was wonderful and something you don't get at other places. They truly care about their patients and their recovery.

Fantastic experience: I needed to rehab and strengthen an ankle injury before I attended a week long umpire camp. Michael did a great job of evaluating my needs and implementing a regimen to set me up for success. Michael is very personable and it was easy to interact with him. Clear and concise in demonstrating exercises and explaining how each exercise benefits recovery. Callie and Luke were, also, very helpful. Making the entire experience seamless. My ankle felt great at my umpire camp allowing me to concentrate on doing well at the camp as opposed to worrying about my ankle. Thank you ORS - West Lansing/Grand Ledge! If you are in need of PT, I highly recommend you allow Michael and ORS - West Lansing/Grand Ledge to take care of you!

He is open to answering all of your questions and modifying things to suit your comfort and provide you with a positive experience. I would highly recommend him. Callie is very welcoming and thorough when helping you with scheduling, insurance information, and payments. She is very kind and respectful and makes your experience there even better! Luke is an excellent therapy aide that helps with exercise, gathering equipment, and making sure your time there is used efficiently. He cleans very thoroughly to ensure patients remain safe during their visit. I highly recommend this place, you are guaranteed a positive experience!

Their scheduling is super flexible and they were able to see me basically immediately. PT is a pain (literally ha!) but they do their very best to make it a nice experience!

Michael performs all treatments in a respectable and appropriate manner, as does Luke. Callie makes you feel at ease as soon as you come in the door. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been treated with nothing but kindness, and everyone cares about improving whatever you’re there for so that you can get back to life. I’ve mainly been working with Paige and Becca, and have worked with Madison too, all three of them, plus all of their aids, are absolutely wonderful.

Fantastic experience: ORS staff members really care about the care of their patients. They give you the confidence you need to succeed in getting better. I went to therapy for 3 months, 2-3 times a week. At the end of the three months when my broken leg was feeling better and it was time for me to leave it felt like I was leaving my family. They really take time getting to know you on a personal level just not a dollar sign which make going there extra special. Everyone there is very knowledgeable. The front desk makes you feel very welcome as soon as you walk in the door even if they are really busy. I never had to wait more than 2 minutes after arriving for my session. They always take their time with their patients to make sure you’re getting a very thorough and complete therapy session along with very through plan for home use. I would also like to add how they clean each and every item after someone uses it, tables, chairs, hand held weights, treadmills all equipment etc. I would highly recommend you give call them to book your rehab, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing rehab for plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. As someone who works on my feet (I’m a brewer) and who is a lifelong martial artist, I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is to me. Seriously. Not only do they have some of the best bedside manner and the most positive reinforcement of any medical establishment I’ve been to, but the therapy is working. I walked in feeling like I needed a cane to get around due to so much pain. 4 sessions in as of today, I can walk virtually pain-free again. For my treatment, they have used a combination of stretching and more traditional PT along with a machine called a Piezo Wave that is helping me heal faster. If you are looking for a place to do your PT, I highly recommend them. I cannot wait to see my progress after the next 4 sessions!

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! Their therapists are very knowledgeable with different techniques and really listen to you. I have had a tremendous amount of relief since I started. They have a very clean facility wiping off equipment between each patient and always wear their masks.

Positive experience: So far I feel this is a solid PT facility. I like the how the staff is on the same page and the therapist is great. Not quite a five star experience but I will give four stars. The maturity level is a bit on the immature side or maybe I'm just getting too old! Overall a great PT facility.
