Fantastic experience: Scott and his team helped me immensely in my shoulder surgery recovery. I’ve had other PTs in the past, but none that so clearly cared about my recovery like Scott does. Fantastic experience: This is the greatest physical therapy office ever! I've been to several other offices in and around Lansing and none of those even remotely compare. I am working with Anna and not only is she highly knowledgable, but also very compassionate. She truly cares for her patients on a personal level which is very heartwarming. I don't know that there would be any PT that they couldn't do at this facility. I have severe weakness in my lower extremities due to past spinal compression and this facility has water therapy which is an enormous benefit to my recovery. I have nothing but good to say about this façility and staff. They are all so wonderful and caring.

Also, if you are a Veteran of the Armed Forces, and you require PT, then you NEED to have your doctor refer you to this place.

Fantastic experience: Today was my last scheduled PT with Cameron on my neck. I feel great. No more or very few head or neck aches. When I heard Cameron was leaving, I was very sadden. They are losing a very great guy. He knows the exercises I need, he gives me almost one-on-one attention and he is not bad on the eyes. But seriously, I will miss him if I have to come back. I have been coming to Exclusive Physical Therapy for a number of years and I will definitely come back if PT is needed.

Fantastic experience: I have arthritis, and in the last year it has gotten very bad. The pain in my hips is just terrible, and I was having to take pain killers to function. I don't like doing that, so was just living in pain. My rheumatologist prescribed Exclusive, saying it was the best place to go. Was he right!! I just love going. I am taking aquatic therapy that is really helping. They offer so many more services that I plan on checking into. They are interested in your entire health, and do not push anything on to you. No pressure. When I had my first session, I was asked to take notice of ANYTIHNG different I may experience between sessions, no matter what it is, and let her know what that is. I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: After suffering a serious injury at work involving the shattering of my right heel and ankle as well as breaking my left knee Exclusive Physical Therapy has helped me tremendously. Scott and Michelle are amazing therapists who have worked hard with me from making the transition out of a wheelchair and into a Walker - walking freely again. Great facility and a great environment to work in to overcome any obstacles holding you back from Physical freedom of pain and injury. The aquatic therapy pool has helped me walk again after eight weeks of being in a wheelchair. Great and understanding staff. Amazing place for recovery.

No matter how many people are in the pool or on the floor the therapist are always attentive to what the patient is feeling or what their pain level is at all times. The staff makes sure the exercise expediates healing and back to a healthy-strong life. Fantastic experience: Cam Freund is a special therapist. Very knowledgeable and personable. He explains what your problems are and helps you understand the process and approach he is taking to help you. I see him interacting with others in an engaging and kind manner. He spends quality time working with you...you aren't just a number. I can't believe this man has any openings in his schedule as everyone/anyone could benefit from working with him.

Fantastic experience: Because of an auto accident, I've been going to Exclusive PT for a few years now. The working staff is great and very helpful. Scott is a amazing therapist and you'll learn a lot about hockey too. Would highly recommend this place. They put their hearts into their work.

Negative experience: They did my exam in the middle of the room, handed me a sheet of dates I was expected to attend PT, didn't answer any of my question and I didn't get a call back from them when they said they would. I called them and finally talked with someone who claimed to be the owner. She was rude, called me a liar and hung up on me. I would not step foot in there again. I've been to PT quite a few times and that's not how it is supposed to go. In my opinion they don't know how to run things and I'm not really sure how they are still in business...

Negative experience: I had prior experience with my mom going here it seems they were for the most part late with every appointment, there was also a lot of wait time between instructions on what to do next, they seem to busy. I though well it ison my way and so I will give them a call and see if it has changed so I explained what had happened about 8 years ago and was assured that it was not like the. I was told to arrive at 1:30 for paperwork and my apt was at 2 I got there early and was done with 10 minute paperwork by 1:30 when 2 o'clock came I was told the therapist would be late by 15 minutes would I like to wait and I though 15 minutes probably means 30 and I was not willing to wait so I took my script and left. It seems like there are to many apointments at one time and it is cramped in the PT area. I will not give them a 3rd try I don't think anything has changed from long ago.
