Fantastic experience: Since 1992 I’ve been in and out of physical therapy (bad back), and I’ve been to countless facilities in Lansing/Holt. For the past few years I’ve been at Ortho Rehab Specialists whenever a tweak was necessary. The staff is professional, friendly and the physical therapists and aids are experienced. Each one takes their time with you to make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly and they quickly train for in-home self care. The appts aren’t strung out forever. Guaranteed you’ll be happy you say YES to this facility!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about ORS, especially Kami and Becca. I began seeing them for pelvic floor PT while recovering from what was meant to be an easy surgery that had some unexpected complications. As a stay-at-home-mom with two extremely active young kids, the longer recovery time meant I essentially couldn't do my "job." Just lifting my toddler was suddenly a painful and nearly impossible task. Becca and Kami were immediately able to help me get a handle on the pain and find approachable ways to start exercising. They listened and really cared about helping me get back to where I was pre-surgery. I always felt heard and believed, which is such a rare gift in medical settings. Kami and Becca met me where I was and helped me regain my confidence and joy when playing with my kids, exercising, and generally just doing what I need and want to do.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Holt ORS. They were accommodating to my schedule and I looked forward to going. I was given a print-out of exercises to take home to work on and offered equipment, such as bands. The therapists were all helpful and friendly and I had a say in exercises I wanted to do or areas I wanted to work on.

Fantastic experience: ORS Holt is the best of everything. The therapists know when to push you, when to soothe you, and are very graceful about reminding you that progress takes time. The therapists, assistants, and receptionist are all incredible. If you're looking to be truly supported through your PT journey, ORS Holt is the place for you. Special shout out to Elise and Becca for making my 8 weeks of PT not only enjoyable, but something I looked forward too.

Negative experience: Went there 1 time and they called CPS for my child having hair dye on her neck. Now DHS and Police are involved over some hair dye..... Don't think I could recommend them....lol

Fantastic experience: Last summer, I began therapy at ORS Holt after a total knee replacement. Brady and his team were amazing! I went from not being able to life my left leg to full rotations on the bike and weighted squats. This summer, I was back for a torn meniscus on the other knee. Again, Brady and his team have carried me through so a very painful injury to almost a full recovery. I am so thankful for Orthopaedic Rehab in Holt for their professionalism and expertise.

Everyone in the office was kind and respectful, and I looked forward to each appointment. It sounds ridiculous to say I am going to miss PT, but I will actually miss seeing everyone each week.

Fantastic experience: I went to ORS-Holt with a problem with my right knee. I had eight sessions, with Kami, Becca and, lastly, Jane. My knee is now much better and perhaps better than it was previous to my injury. I was very impressed with the entire operation of the facility and with all the staff that I encountered. I rate this a first-class, professional operation.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I worked with was kind and professional. We worked through issues with my back and they listened to me when explained my experiences. We worked together modifying the plan as we went along, and things got much better. The clinic has been in this place for 13 years and is showing a bit of wear (paint, carpeting) but the staff is so young and attractive they make up for surroundings. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with my rehab. Front desk was always very cordial and kind. Within 5 minutes of every visit I was sent back to start my PT. The staff and trainers were all very nice, knew me by name and always were very willing to help in any way. My PT, Kami was awesome, very professional and at the same time personal. This was my first time in rehab and she made my experience a very good one. If I ever need rehab again I will definitely return to the Holt location and I would highly recommend Kami and the staff of the Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists at the Holt location.

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Morgan for the last couple of months because of some severe impingement of my sciatic nerve. While the disc will probably never be healed, she has helped me build my core muscles up and combined with the injections this has made it possible to live my life again! Fantastic experience: Wow, what can I say, this place is amazing and with great staff that care about helping you regain strength and get you out of pain. Ashley and Regan greet you with a smile and are constantly great at their job. I worked mostly with Becca, Paige and Mike and had fabulous results. After 20 years in the dental hygiene field they had their work cut out for them to help me. I no longer have the daily headaches and I have learned so much on how to use strength training and stretching to maintain the results I gained in therapy. I would highly recommend them to anyone needed PT. Bonus, they are always on time, never had to wait. I will miss seeing them weekly.

Fantastic experience: As a former college athlete with numerous sport-related injuries, I'm no stranger to physical therapy and athletic training. The staff and treatment options at Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists Physical Therapy - Holt are excellent! I worked with Brady over the winter on a nagging shoulder issue and am so happy with the results. He devised very creative and challenging exercises to strengthen my arm and utilized PiezoWave therapy to further my progress. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful... would recommend!

Amanda has worked with me several times and is always working to provide the best care to patients. She is kind, empathetic and communicates effectively.

All exercises that Morgan had me do helped get me towards getting back full use of my knee. This is the second time I went to ORSPT in Holt and I will go one more time for my therapy after my other knee replacement surgery. My two sisters always use ORS in Holt as well when needed.

Fantastic experience: Just completed my second stint with ORS of Holt (2019 & 2021). Extremely friendly staff from the front desk to the therapists to the college student aids. The facility is spacious and always clean. My therapist was excellent! She went above and beyond to ensure my exercise program suited my needs. She took time to construct a home workout program for me and was never annoyed with my numerous questions and inquiries. I highly recommend this facility; and if the need arises I will definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: First I want to share that I am truly a REVIEW reader and when I was told by my doctor that he wanted me to have a few PT sessions and provided me with a list of facilities I immediately read reviews on them all. I was acquainted with only one other PT facility which I knew I did not care to return. Fantastic experience: I recently finished doing PT for a couple of different issues and I couldn't be more pleased with how amazing all of the staff is. It was a relaxing atmosphere, making it that much easier to focus on the reason for the visits. My daughter had done 2 different visits for knee surgeries snd as a mom it is comforting to know that they had her best interest at heart and guided her through everything that she needed to do to not only progress on her recovery but to also her back to basketball. I would absolutely recommend ORS to anyone looking for physical therapy. They are absolutely top-notch.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place for physical therapy! I had a pinched nerve that caused major discomfort for months which affected my work and driving. My doctor recommended physical therapy. At first, I was skeptical whether physical therapy would even solve my issue. Fast forward two months later, the pinched nerve completely disappeared, thanks to the staff at this location. I was nervous on my first visit but the staff were very welcoming, both front-end staff and physical therapists. They truly care about their patients and extremely knowledgable about how to treat different medical conditions. This location also enforced Covid procedures (daily temp checks/questions, required masks, cleaning after use) which I very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: This is the best place to go for any and all of your physical therapy needs!! I have used their expert services on two different occasions. The first was for balance training and gait therapy and just recently for rehabilitation of my total shoulder joint replacement. I first worked with Aaron Holly and then just recently with Mike Cox. These two gentleman are extremely knowledgeable in their fields! They were a pleasure to work with! I have full range of motion with my shoulder after just a short period of time spent in PT and am currently working on at home exercises for strength training. I also worked with other therapists as well including Jessica and Becca and they were awesome as well!! I HIGHLY recommend you use ORS the next time you are in need of kind, compassionate and knowledgeable care. They will get you up and going in short order!

I have had three opportunities to be a patient of Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists in Holt and not only did they find a way to fix what ailed me but they made it an enjoyable experience each time. Fantastic experience: ORS-Holt staff is amazing! They smile and greet you by name as you walk in. The staff is knowledgeable and will find the right treatment for you. I got in a car accident back in October and PT was my main pain reliever. I can finally go back to work without restrictions thanks to the amazing care I received at ORS. Paige (PT), Jess (PTA), and all of the aids made sure to always encourage me and make me smile on this long road to recovery. I cannot thank all of the staff at ORS-Holt enough! They changed my life and I cannot imagine where I would be without their help.

Fantastic experience: I went to PT for 6 months before surgery on my hand the PT that I was sent to said my hand was a salvage job due to the bones removed and carpal tunnel band cut. I went back to ORS in Holt Craig S. Has worked wonders with me I have good movement and strength now. Don't waste time elsewhere there staff is awsome, compassionate, and has humor all positive. Update 08/01/20 I am so incredibly impressed with the team Therapist that I had . Maverick from the Okemos location, Craig,Brady,Aron and Jane from the Holt location. When I first return there a could barely lift a cup of coffee after 9 months of seeing them every week and on the tele coummation. I am very determined to do as much as I can to reclaim the full or close to it use of my left hand being retired I love my gardens, wood working home maintenance. Now look at what I am able to do pulling between 40 and 70 pounds of weights, carrying 30 lbs.cowbell weights. The most important part of the time there is they all gave me the choice to push ahead with my safety in mind never said no you should not try that. I truly have to say my life has changed since going there for the better. With out there positive feed back ( Priceless ) Can't thank the staff and all the therapists there truly a gift. Fantastic experience: Just finished a month of bi-weekly therapy sessions for a painful rotater cuff tear and am very pleased with the therapy outcome. Spent most of my sessions with Jane and she was patient and helpful with explaining exercises that would help reduce my discomfort. On last day, she sent me off with numerous exercises to do, that I am getting into a routine with, to keep the pain to a minimum. The Piezo Wave therapy helped immensely.

Fantastic experience: Michael Cox was my assigned Physical Therapist and I must say his attention to detail, knowledge of medical issues i had was beyond outstanding. From the beginning, he identified the problem, explained how it developed and outlined a treatment plan. He insured the plan was followed and that appropriate progress was made. I would definitely utilize Orthopedic Rehab services in the future should i need further medical attention in this area and Michael would be my first choice as a Physical Therapist.

This week, I have been struggling with pain and instability, and Jess has been so encouraging, patient, and kind. I have fibromyalgia too, so many times, my flares make things harder. Jess worked with me a ton this week to help me build up strength and ultimately feel better. Don’t know what I would do without this place, and Craig and Jess helping me.

Fantastic experience: This place has really been quite helpful for me. The PT's Jane and Brady have been great, not only for their specialized program of therapy for me, but also, their kind personalities have served to put me at ease. The aides and office staff have been very friendly too (Karli). I highly recommend this Rehab facility. You won't be disappointed. Thankyou to all who have contributed to my health improvement.
