Fantastic experience: The entire staff is very professional and personal. From the time I walk in I am met with a friendly check in staff member. Justin has given me excellent instructions on workouts. He is patient and explains what I’m doing and why. I have gained muscle. I almost cancelled my visit because I had a back spasm. When I arrived he massaged and alleviated the problem. The staff knows my name. I saw Tyler on my 1st visit he also was excellent. Today Crystal was my PT again nothing short of excellence. The other PT know me by name I have and will continue to recommend your establishment to others.

Positive experience: Great physical therapists but beware of their billing office. I luckily keep all receipts and diligently check Explanation of Benefits statements, otherwise their billing office would've gotten well over $1,000 from me that my insurance had already paid them. Their billing office claimed it was because their system rolled over from outsourced to an in-house system. But regardless, if you don't check what they bill you, you may be giving them money you do not owe. So just watch that if you do see a therapist there. I feel sad because I had an incredible experience with Crystal for leg/quad PT and Sarah for Pelvic Floor PT, but the whole billing fiasco has made me scared to ever go back. I should get an honorary PhD in accounting for the amount of checking, calculating and spreadsheeting I did to prove to them that I did not owe them.

Fantastic experience: I have received services at Advanced Physical Therapy twice, and both times were a great experience. The therapists and techs were all great to work with. Everyone is knowledgeable, patient, and caring. It is easy to make and reschedule appointments, and the Little Rock facility is great.

Fantastic experience: Very professional environment! They provided a secluded, private area to provide the therapy needed. The therapist (Moix) put me at ease, was so therapeutic in her approach. She provided explanations for my condition and options for treatment. I felt comfortable the entire time! I would recommend this therapy center 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Advanced Physical Therapy after I experienced pubic symphysis diastasis after a vaginal delivery. Sandy McDonald was my assigned pelvic floor therapist. Sandy was very kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and most importantly caring. She challenged me with various exercises to relieve my pain, strengthen my pelvis, and provide me with more flexibility to get back into my daily routine. I started therapy on a walker with a serola sacroiliac SI belt. Today, I can walk with no aids. I would highly recommend Sandy and the excellent staff at Advanced Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: My therapist Crystal is Amazing and very knowledgeable about what she is doing. This is my third round of therapy and I am finally seeing and feeling the results! I wish I had started with Advanced Therapy at first! The atmosphere is Awesome and the staff is Great!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this place! My therapist is Beth Ann and she's great! She's got the best bed side manner! The girls up front Tory and Katie are so sweet and helpful. Everyone there is very friendly! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my therapy!

Fantastic experience: The staff are wonderful, and are great at what they do. I saw Olivia, and she was fantastic. She showed me some simple, yet effective, daily exercises to help with the treatment of my varicose veins. I highly recommend this place...!!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak for all of the therapists and technicians, but the ones I have worked with over the course of four years have been excellent. I have several orthopedic issues and this is the 4th clinic I’ve been to. Wouldn’t go back to the previous clinics given the opportunity. I’ve been seeing the same therapist for 4 years for my knee. He has tried as hard as he can to correct mistakes made by my surgeon. Have had the replacement revised and I’m more optimistic now.

Fantastic experience: My time at Advanced Physical Therapy gave me hope that i could get stronger. I really looked forward to seeing Sarah weekly. She patiently worked with me, provided exercises that were tailored specifically to help strengthen areas of weakness. The tools I was given were doable and sustainable. She went above and beyond in researching exercises I could continue to use at home after I completed my therapy.

Fantastic experience: PT Matt Collar is the best! Excellent energy, very thorough in his evaluation and treatment plan, attentive and intuitive. I worked with Matt for 4 or 5 months both pre and post knee surgery and saw great improvement and results. Would highly recommend Advanced Physical Therapy, the whole staff is great and Matt in particular is wonderful.

Fantastic experience: the physical therapist, kelsey is absolutely amazing!!! she actually listens to what i have to say and really works with me. she is the sweetest and most patient person ever!! i have never in my life felt so comfortable at a doctors office. every time i come in for one of my appointments she always asks how i’m feeling first and then proceeds with the treatment. i HIGHLY recommend advanced therapy & kelsey!!

I can’t say enough about the quality of care and quality of people that I had the opportunity to work with while receiving care at Advanced Physical Therapy. No one wants to be in a situation where they have to go to physical therapy but I know I would enthusiastically recommend APT to anyone who needs it. Everyone is easy to work with from scheduling, billing, and the Therapists and techs. I felt comfortable and encouraged while in therapy and not once felt judgement or discouraged. Everyone had a positive attitude and you could tell they all enjoy what they do. Dr. McDaniel was amazing and patient with me but no matter who I saw, everyone was fantastic. I have no regrets about choosing this location for my care and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. My therapist, Kelsey Davidson, is very knowledgeable and professional. From the start, she has helped me SO much more with my digestive/bowel issues than my gastroenterologist ever did and I’ve seen him several times in past 2 years! I believe this is because she LISTENS to what I say and asks the right questions. I just wish I’d known about Advanced Physical Therapy a long time ago.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about APT. After having a Total Knee Reconstruction, my PT was Montana. She was tentative to my needs and pushed me in a positive way. She knew and understood the pain I had during this time but was gentle and encouraging. During my time going to PT, she had a couple of her colleagues work w me as well. They all showed the same care and passion for what they do and who they are helping. I had my first knee replacement 4 years ago. Sadly the PT I had in TX didn’t get me to my full capacity and well being. It has been 5 years since I was able bend my knee beyond 80%. My quality of life I can’t say enough APT. My range of motion has more than doubled. Check out APT for any PT needs as well as their other great services they offer to anyone pregnant, personal fitness. Fantastic experience: I am so thankful to have found Advanced PT. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I've had the opportunity to get treatment at another local therapy place that was less than desirable. The therapist would give me an exercise to do, assign a number of reps and go off and toss a football back and forth with other therapists. At Advanced, I noticed the therapist is right there with the patient, engaged in the treatment, and ensuring safety. I was there for lymphedema therapy with Olivia and she's awesome. This is a great therapy place to go for truly personalized care in a casual yet professional environment.

Fantastic experience: This place has changed my life! Over the past 2+ years I have had pain in my hip while working out. I tried a few different doctors and chiropractors but I wasn't getting the help I needed. I decided to go to physical therapy about a month ago and after the first two weeks I was beginning to be able to do all of my workout routines without pain! My therapist, Tyler Bass, has been phenomenal! He pinpointed my issue and has been having me do a few different exercises and stretches while working with him during my appointments as well as a few to do at home every day on my own. His prescribed plan for me has worked so much better than I could have ever expected! He re-tests my issues at every visit and bases his plan for me off of those results. I couldn't be happier with my results so far and am looking forward to continuing to work with the therapists here.

Fantastic experience: Love my experience at Advanced Physical Therapy in Little Rock. This is the 5th time I have been to this site for therapy. The office staff is very professional and always welcoming. The therapists are always on top of their game. They care how you feel and how their service helps you progress. All of the staff makes sure your needs are met and attend to every issue of your rehab. I highly recommend Advanced Physical to anyone needing physical therapy regardless of where your problem is located. . . Knees, shoulders, back, or neck. Always 5 Stars!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone at APT has been incredibly friendly, caring, and professional. Beginning with the front desk who has gone above and beyond — making every effort to work with my schedule, walking me to the where I needed to be, & never making me feel like a burden. My therapist, Madison, has been incredibly attentive. She has taken the time to listen and ask follow up questions to get to the source of my pain and then throughly explained why I’m experiencing such pain, how the exercises and interventions will help, and continually reassess the situation to give me the best plan of care. You can tell the staff is well connected and works as a team to provide the best care for their patients just from their interactions with one another on the exercise floor. I cannot recommend APT enough. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and was in tears just from walking at work and home. The pain was interrupting my sleep and I was unable to perform basic household chores without excruciating pain. In two weeks my constant pain has gone from a 6-7 to almost completely nonexistent. I cannot thank APT enough for giving me back pain-free movement which has also contributed to improving my mental health as I’m able to function again at work and home.

Fantastic experience: I am on my 6th week of PT now, recovering from a bad ankle sprain and fractured tibia. Before physical therapy, I had been in a walking boot for months. My Orthopedic doctor suggested I try physical therapy as I was not getting any better. On the very first visit, my therapist, Marshall, suggested that I try to get out of the walking boot. He suggested that the boot was hurting more than helping. He suggested instead that I get a good pair of ankle high boots, which I did. The results were almost immediate that I was doing better. Just 2 weeks later he suggested I try using some well built walking shoes. I bought New Balance that same day. Once again, the results were almost instant.. I am still in therapy, but doing so much better. Marshall is awesome for sure. But I have to say that EVERYONE there on Rodney Parham is awesome. Thanks so much for the help!

Fantastic experience: I have loved going here. Montana is my physical therapist and she’s been amazing. I have pretty bad social anxiety and she always makes sure I feel comfortable and am doing okay. Any other staff I have met are also super nice! They all remember my name and greet me when I come in. Definitely would recommend to anyone who has any PT needs.

Fantastic experience: Advanced Physical Therapy of Little Rock has the most professional, caring and knowledgeable staff that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I received top notch care after two knee replacements a couple of years ago and then treatment for vertigo after a neck injury. My husband is currently receiving treatment for arthritis in his feet and knees. We would recommend APT to anyone.
