Fantastic experience: Micheal is brilliant and his staff are beyond amazing. His knowledge of anatomy is vast and impressive (in addition to his overall knowledge of many things). He has helped my back and I’ve returned to work on my shoulder. Could not recommend more.

It was such a relief to be referred to physical therapy, after many medications and doctors' visits, and I felt even more lucky that Touchstone Physical Therapy was the place recommended to me. Michael is exceptional at what he does and is extremely knowledgeable! Everyone was always so friendly to me and you can tell that they truly care about what they are doing! I felt so comfortable there and felt relief from my lower back pain that I hadn't felt in years. Fantastic experience: I came to Touchstone after hip replacement surgery. This is the place to go if you are having joint or nerve pain. I came in at about an 8 pain level, but left with no pain. The doctor and the complete staff was friendly and accommodating. I felt comfortable and at ease. I was sad when my therapy time was up. Also, all of my appointments were timely, meaning, I didn’t have to wait around in the waiting room to get started. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I came to Touchstone after breaking my shoulder (humerus broken into 4 pieces, a very bad break). Michael and his staff are the best! After only four months of therapy I've recovered almost full range of motion. I highly recommend Touchstone.

Fantastic experience: I started a new job where I was on my feet for hours at a time. I developed plantar fasciitis and got to the point where I could barely walk. It felt like walking on nails. I really considered quitting my job but wanted to explore all of my options. I knew I did not want injections so decided on physical therapy. Best decision I ever made. All of the staff and Dr. Michael are amazing. I am now 99 percent pain free and I’m so happy I get to keep my job. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Mr Michael and His assistant we’re very kind and nice people! The hospitality was amazing. He’s really great at what he does. I hurt my neck and my back and was in absolute pain. After my first 4-5 sessions I could notice the change in my neck rotation and my back range of motion! Such a great therapist with the workouts and the exercises to get you back to 100% before your injuries. Thank you Mr Michael for helping me get my life back!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a very positive experience at Touchstone. The owner, Michael Teston, PT, takes a thorough history of your pain issues/ injury details, evaluates your range of motion and makes an individualized care plan for each patient. He gives one on one attention during your session, evaluates your progress, and is open to making adjustments to your treatment if necessary. The facility is clean and bright. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. The staff is exceptional - always helpful and friendly. Melissa, the office manager who mans the front desk, is always ready with a warm smile. She will work with your schedule to get you in, and the hours of operation, 7am to 6 pm, 5 days a week, are incredible. I’ve had PT at other, larger practices, and they don’t hold a candle to Touchstone!

Fantastic experience: Michael agreed to assess my 8 yr old daughter who was a tip toe walker. I had been turned down by another therapist who said it was a neurological issue (without even seeing her). Michael assessed and began therapy and within one month her range of motion went from a -15 to +3 (normal is between 5 and 10). Very appreciative!! I would highly recommend Touchstone to anyone. This will be our therapist of choice if ever we need one in the future. His assistant, Ben and secretary, Sarah, are amazing as well! A million thanks from the Durham family!!!

Negative experience: I was not impressed with the therapy here. I feel like I was bunched in with all the other back problems and Dr. Testone was unabe to fix my back despite spending $100 for basic PT like leg slides and squats.
