Fantastic experience: Miracle workers. I could not raise my right arm due to chronic pain. I was referred to MCH and they were able to diagnose my issue and get me all fixed up. I am back to full mobility and know things to prevent getting back to the state of being in pain. They were very friendly and warm with me and with other patients in the room. Most visits included lots of laughter and good conversation while we worked. I highly recommend MCH in Little Rock.

Fantastic experience: I had a major fall out of a tree on a river. I sprained my knee and strained the muscles and tendons in my calf. After two visits I could walk normaly and after 8 I had my full range of motion back. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: My son needed to be evaluated and the referral from our ped was not getting back to us/playing phone tag. Other places wanted a referral before seeing him. Dr. Crater took my call, answered my questions and went as far as running my husband and sons insurance to see if she could see him. She was able to see him for an evaluation and her staff, professionalism and clinic were amazing. She went above and beyond for me and my family.

Fantastic experience: MCH was professional and detailed with my therapy on how to improve my situation. They explained the use & benefits of electrical stimulation & laser for my back. Using both during my therapy quickly relieved pain in my back. After my sessions the pain & knots were gone with improved stress free movement.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Crater is an excellent therapist. My wife is seeing her for recovery from knee replacement surgery. Dr Crater has a great deal of experience and it shows in her kindness and understanding of her patient’s pain and limitations. While gentle in her care she ensures her patient does the necessary work to recover. On a personal level Dr Crater is just a joy to be around….so very personable. If either my wife or I need therapy again we will choose MCH Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I have had issues with feet pain for years, and none of my doctors suggested physical therapy. I found out about MCH by accident and am so glad I did. Dr. Crater found a bump on my achilles that she worked on until it disappeared. She helped me learn some exercises to do at home to keep the pain at bay now that I'm finished with therapy. I actually miss going there every week. I appreciated the small office atmosphere and one on one time with the therapist.

Fantastic experience: A severe injury left me with basically O ROM in my knee and pain level at TEN+ After almost 24 sessions with Dr Crater we worked to get my pain level down and a lot of my ROM back. She was amazing. Very professional, encouraging, and she listened. I didn't feel like numbers on a paper. After surgery, Ortho Arkansas wanted me to do PT with them but I asked to return to MCH. I worked with Mr Franklin for 10 sessions. He is just as amazing, professional, and encouraging. I graduated last week after 6 months and just had to give everyone hugs! They've been doing this for 20-30 years and I would recommend this place to anyone. I absolutely love them.

Fantastic experience: My experience with MCH Physical Therapy has been excellent. First, I had previously gone to a large physical therapy business after rotator cup and bone spar surgery. The physical therapist was impersonal and not professional. I ended up not going back after the second visit and doing my own therapy. I had an auto accident recently and I was reluctant about seeking treatment, because I thought my back would get better on its own. I was wrong; it got worse. I again went to the same business that did my surgery and of course they recommended the same big company physical therapy. Many people do not know that you can go to the physical therapist of your choice. A friend recommended Dr. Renee Crater to me. The assistance I received by Dr. Crater was outstanding. Her hands-on approach and professional approach helped in making me feel comfortable/confident in the assistance she provided. Fantastic experience: MCH Physical Therapy Clinic / Renee Crater, PT, DPT - Thank You... Mr. Franklin Rocks!!! I went to this clinic with my pain level at a TEN. Mr. Franklin created a special formula to crack open the boulders under my shoulder blades, neck, and back. He fixed my hot packs for my back and neck perfectly every single time and made sure I was covered. He allowed me privacy to lay in rest after a long hard day of work. He was kind and courteous by always asking if there was anything I ever needed. If so, I had a bell at arms reach. He and Renee gained my complete trust and I walked away from the clinic with no pain and a smile on my face and not even an ache. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of MCH PT Clinic on a few occasions and each time I’ve received nothing less than stellar treatment.
