Fantastic experience: Cant recommend this team highly enough! They are so good at what they do, friendly, and they meet you where you are while they help you get to where you’re going. I had a fantastic experience with everyone I met (WLR location) from the office staff, to the physical therapists, to the students coming through on their clinical rotations, to the awesome guys and gals that take you through your workout. I also have to give them a huge shout out for being very accommodating while I was switching insurance, and while I was out sick and missed several appointments! They never missed a beat and welcomed me in with a smile every day. I’ll miss you guys!! I promise I’ll do my homework!

Fantastic experience: We started Out with Derek and PTI in 2015 when we Got Rear ended and needed rehab. They were recommended by a friend who had a great experience. First off. PTI is just the best out there. They are serious help, with great tools and staff, but they are also kind (even when it hurts). We've sent at Least 20 people to PTI. Fantastic experience: Three experiences with PTI-HEIGHTS: two knee replacements and ankle surgery, over several years. Marc, Graeme and the team are exceptional. They are professional, personable and effective. I could not be more satisfied by what they have done for me.

Fantastic experience: The entire team at PTI is amazing and has helped me recover from a 3-4 old injury is less than two months. I’m beyond impressed by how clean the facility is as well. This is the only place I would reccomend for physical therapy.

When two of my doctors, my hand doctor and my back doctor Ask me where I wanted to do physical therapy if not at their at their facility and I told them PTI. Both doctors replied good, they are great!!! And I agree. I have been Going to PTI when needed for seven years now.

PT assistant Courtney has been very encouraging and willing to adjust weights if it doesn't feel right. In addition to the exercises the physical adjustments by Matt help reduce soreness. I'm making progress.

Fantastic experience: If I could give this facility more than 5 stars, I'd do so. Their expert training and dedication to offering each patient compassionate care has made a real difference when it comes to improving my health. I am fortunate to be able to work with Ryan and Chris every time I attend on both the treatment plan and the exercises needed to accomplish our goals. I love working with them and look forward to every session. I am totally blind, and Ryan and Chris have provided the one-on-one care that I need and work hard to make all of the equipment accessible for me. They always explain why we're working on each step in our plan, and they never fail to use proper guiding techniques and allow me to give feedback so they can offer the best possible assistance to safely move to each room and each machine and that each exercise is monitored by one of them to make sure everything goes smoothly. I have made more progress than I ever thought possible, and both of these gentlemen take whatever extra time is needed so I can have the continuity of care for us to determine progress from one session to the next. For someone who is blind, it is vitally important to be given instructions that we can understand in a nonvisual way, and I can't stress enough how pleased I am that the three of us are able to interact and work together so that I feel safe, comfortable and can steadily improve. If I could go in and do a training session with the staff, including the nice people who work in the office to get me checked in each time and make it so easy to schedule appointments, I wouldn't be able to provide any better suggestions to them about blindness tips and accessibility than they already offer. I will recommend PTI, and specifically Ryan and Chris, to anyone I know who needs physical therapy. They are truly the best.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using PTI’s Hinson Loop location for years. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Anfernee. From the very first visit, his bedside manner set the tone — calm, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. He took the time to explain what was happening in a way I could understand, answered every question without rushing, and tailored the plan of care to what my body could realistically handle throughout my recovery from two shoulder surgeries. Beyond the excellent communication and professionalism, the results have been remarkable. I walked in with pain and limitations that were affecting my everyday life, and I am now experiencing measurable improvement week after week. He’s the only therapist with whom I’ve had a good experience with dry needling. It’s clear that Anfernee combines deep clinical expertise with a sincere desire to see his patients thrive. My time in PT has been made more enjoyable due to Anfernee and his outstanding care. If you are looking for a physical therapist who is skilled, kind, and truly effective, I wholeheartedly recommend Anfernee.

He really listens to me and tailors the entire treatment (each session) to whatever I am experiencing at that time. His assistant Chris is awesome as well! He explains and models every exercise so thoroughly, and he’s very attentive and patient with me. I really appreciate the friendly and personalized service versus just assigning exercises and leaving me to do them as so many places have previously with me. Overall everyone is awesome and friendly and easy to work with no matter what is going on in your personal or professional life!!

Carla worked on my therapy along with Kathy, and I was very happy with the care and focus they had on making my recovery. They were very professional and courteous. Fantastic experience: Leslyn is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with in the 5 years I have been in and out of therapy. She’s very knowledgeable about the nervous system, muscular system and skeleton system. Wilson is a great PTA as well. His gentle voice helps when I’m struggling to complete a task. He doesn’t rush you or make you feel that you need to work faster or harder than you can. Jo is awesome and knowledgeable as well! She understands how sensitive to be when dealing with my weakness and nerve issues. I feel at ease and welcomed every time I enter the doors at PTI with each person I encounter starting with the staff at the front desk.
