Fantastic experience: I have to write a review about the wonderful staff at this particular location in the Heights! Andrew was my physical therapist. He was knowledgeable and helpful in aiding me in my recovery process. He adjusted exercises as needed and always asked me how I was doing! Super sweet and lovable personality! Kayla was just as sweet as well! She helped when Andrew got busy and always greeted me with a smile! I've meet Gayla a few times for other PT appointments over the years. She makes sure my appointments are set and when I had any issue with scheduling, she helped me fix it quickly! The staff here work well together and it was a pleasure working with them for the last few months! I'm going to miss seeing them twice a week! Thank you all for everything truly!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier with my experience doing physical therapy with Andrew. He paid attention to my symptoms, my pain levels, my recovery time between sessions. I made more progress in my 12 visits here than I have in many past bouts of physical therapy. Not only did he help me gain strength, he also kept the spirit of the place rolling with good humor and fun music. Shoutout to Gayla for keeping us on track and Kayla whom I watched pay the same level of attention to her patients as Andrew did. I’ll be here again should the need arise.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to therapy because my back pain was starting to interfere with my ability to enjoy life. I was often in pain before even getting up in the morning. Thanks to Andrew Musgrove’s work with me the pain has lessened greatly and I have days where it doesn’t hurt at all.

Fantastic experience: After 2 c-sections over the course of 3 years and a very busy lifestyle, I found myself with two bulging discs coupled with numbness down my left leg and foot. The pain made everyday tasks unbearable. After 8 weeks of physical therapy at Baptist Heights Therapy Center, my back pain and numbness are completely gone and I’m back living my active lifestyle. I was even back on the ski slopes a couple of weeks ago. I can’t recommend this center enough. Both Andrew and Kayla are excellent therapists. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: My experience here was very positive. All of the staff was very friendly. Andrew Musgrove was my physical therapist and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I had goals regarding pain levels and mobility but more specifically to be able to play golf again. When I started PT I could play golf once every couple weeks. Now I’m playing multiple rounds a week and with less pain. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: If you are seeking treatment for cervicogenic headache, I highly recommend Jordana Andrews. She is certified in dry needling and TENs. Jordana was knowledgable, informative, a great listener, and encouraging throughout my treatment. After dealing with lots of healthcare red tape (long wait times, referrals/orders not sent, delayed results, etc.) throughout my headache care at other offices, Gayla was an absolute dream. She went the extra mile to help get my referral and order-even after it took many calls and two doctors to make it happen.

Jordana (the PT) is a very knowledgeable, professional and one of the kindest people I've had the luck to work with within the Medical field. She works with you to get the proper treatment without pain. I have referred several of my family and friends, knowing Gayla will greet them with a smile and Jordana will help elevate their pain.
