Fantastic experience: Friendly personnel from the front desk to the therapist and their assistants. My therapist, Hanna is great! She is very caring, knowledgeable, provides excellent therapeutic care. Her treatments and the exercises she has provided me with have done wonders for neck issues.

Positive experience: I had a 10 AM appointment and after waiting 15 minutes I went to front desk and asked them about my appointment and they said therapy is not here today. Had I not gone to desk I would have been there for hour

Fantastic experience: I have been very happy with the care that has been extended to me even when things didn’t feel right. Here they adjust to you rather than to them. They are good people here that care about their practice. After one day I just sat in my vehicle for a while to rest prior to leaving. I saw a man come from the back and start picking up trash and debris from outside around the building that had blown in and you rarely see that kind of care from an owner. I found out later that it was Dr. McCombs and he did my functionality test the next week. I had one done about a year ago by another PT. Dr McCombs was more personable and professional. In fact, the entire staff is personable and professional.

Having a somewhat rare genetic condition that directly affects my joints can pose a challenge when getting my medical concerns addressed. The team at McCombs & Associates is not only knowledgeable about my condition but they take the extra precautions necessary in order for me to have successful recoveries from injuries and surgeries. I truly appreciate the care I receive at this facility.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to traditional physical therapist with very little success. Dr. McCombs manual therapy is much different. I have lower back issues and his services help me tremendously. I highly recommend you trying if you are suffering with lower back pain.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to McCombs Associates Physical Therapy by my primary Doctor ..to help me correct my gait as my left leg was very weak with Neuropathy ..the largest vein had been harvested from that leg also 14 years before for triple by /pass surgery… Peripheral vein disease was now Present as was advanced Rheumatoid arthritis .a horrible bunion and calluses ….just bout everything but a partridge in a pear tree! I’d used a cane previously at times and it helped some and was in a wheel chair when I arrived here in Texas Last July.. but my main thing was I kept tripping over my “ peg” leg and had no feeling from ankle down on it or the other Right one was doing all the work and getting tired and weaker and I was falling I was a former P/T assistant myself ..way back in the early 80’s ..so I knew how important it was to move ..had my everyday routine on my own..but still wasn’t getting any strength or problems of falling solved so was sent for 6 week of sessions to PT for. them to assess and put me thru their routine. I found an amazing place there..like a well oiled machine of compassion and care to the patents that came for all different reasons.. safe practices were in place as John R the therapist assigned to me .began a routine for me..all the while sanitizing was being done after each machine or table was used.. even while vacuuming ,distancing rules were being followed ..masks were in place ..when distance Rules on the therapy tables Were in place ..I removed my mask as did others ..Have a lot of allergies and hard to breath.. .. timers were set and the other p/ t assistants worked as a team to help each other if charting was being done or or assisting others.. I was diligent with excessive sheet given to do at home…and after assessment John put me on a back stretching board and then to the exercise table and hot packs ..more Exercises ..on the table This helped my nerves in my lower back and strengthened my left leg..some .. weights and walking thru the bar routine and riding Bike against the set pressure power ..increased each time per visit .. contributed to me being able to bend down and remove the dishes from the dishwasher at home..I used it as an Exercise.. bending slowly and stretching on the way up.. before I’d sit in chair to unload the dishwasher or make my back worse trying the normal way.. my gait didn’t improve and still knock my knees together and trip a lot .. my right leg is wearing out and the r/a is present in my hips and all my joints … and then I got the flu and had to stop treatments but I am richer if anything for the compassion and dedication I saw their of all the staff.even the cheerful receptionists ...the positive attitudes of the p/t assistants as they respectfully helped Your patience with their Routines , Never rushing them..only encouraging and visiting along the way My wish for myself after working with seniors and learning so very much from them..years ago ..in my early years was always that there was one Kind person if I ended up in any kind of facility for care…. Or went for any treatments ..And at McCombs and Associates Physical Therapy , Inc I found a whole room full of them.. you all get a gold star from me and Especially You John R ..your born to do what your doing..you “Rock” thank you all..gratefully Joni McCormick

Fantastic experience: Dr. McCombs diagnosed a condition I had previously requested care for from other physicians with no results. He prescribed and conducted/supervised a regimen of exercises which have already prompted improvement in my condition, after only one week's treatment. He, and his staff, are very proficient and courteous--a beneficial experience overall.

Fantastic experience: Spencer cares, knows what he's doing and always seeks and finds the root of the problem. He's the only doctor I've ever had that asks about my stress level and emotions and how those may be affecting my physical issues. He asks the right questions so the therapy is individualized for each person. His staff is friendly and competent and the scheduling works. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. I wouldn't go anywhere else for PT and I thank God for the help I've received there.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken bone taken out of my right knee and the meniscus in that same knee was repaired. I came to McCombs for my physical therapy and was assigned to George Stewart to be my therapist. He was careful to first understand the extent of my operation and immediately started me on low impact exercises. With exercises to work on at home. Each time I came in he checked the knee and intensified the exercises, always checking on the pain level. I could tell that he had confidence in the routine that he prescribed me to follow. My leg and knee feel great and I am thankful for George Stewart's knowledge to guide me back to full recovery. Thanks George and thanks McCombs and Associates Physical Therapy. You're all great! Megan was the PTA I worked with the most and she's incredible! She genuinely cares about each person she works with! Really, every one you come in contact with is friendly and caring!
