Fantastic experience: My daughter came here for speech therapy a coupla years ago, and then again recently for a crushed nerve in her shoulder. Everyone there is so sweet and helpful!! And they play a great variety of music too lol. Thanks yall!

Fantastic experience: Jason has been my physical therapist since 2020. Through multiple surgeries and injuries. Great staff and very caring.

Fantastic experience: I get my medicine refilled there. Because I'm on a walker, I like to cause him and they will bring the medicine out to my car. The people are very friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: I’m disabled and use a walker. First of all the handicap parking spaces are too far from the entrance. I’m tired by the time I get in there and once in there you have to walk all the way to the other side of this huge building just to start therapy. So I’m exhausted before I even start therapy. It’s entirely way too quiet in there to where you can hear everybody’s personal conversations. I shouldn’t be able to hear about other people’s personal issues and problems. I asked my therapist why don’t they have any music playing or something and he didn’t know why. I know when I work out and do therapy I like to listen to music. I would wear headphones but it seems rude with the therapist right there beside you the whole time. I’ve been to a bunch of different rehab centers and this is the only one like that. As if the quiet wasn’t enough my therapist doesn’t hardly talk. If it’s just silence in a building to work out I would like to at least have some type of conversation with my therapist which just isn’t there. It’s a nice rehab facility but it’s just too big and wayyy too quiet.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to UMC TEAM REHAB several times over the last few years. They are the best and only want the best for their patients. Shoutout to Taylor, you’ve helped me tremendously.

Fantastic experience: I was blessed by having Taylor as my therapist after my right knee replacement. The whole crew there works together. But Taylor is the BEST!! She does push you just alittle, but that is good. I am having my left knee done in three days and I will be using them again!!!

Fantastic experience: Brandon and Taylor are the best helping me get my balance back. I am so lucky having them.

Fantastic experience: Everybody is so welcoming and friendly. I love it here! I'm sick and disabled and read a previous comment that the facility was not good for the sick and disabled. Honestly, they do great you just have to be ready to work and improve your situation.

Positive experience: Staff can be very professional and nice but they don't give you a call when the doctors orders have relapsed or if you have been discharged. They wait let you show up to tell you after you sat in sitting area waiting for your appointment then they come out to tell you. Some of the therapist are arogant and act like they are better than you and they also like to repeat the same thing over and over and over again then get upset because the child has grown bord and is reluctant to cooperate from lack of interest. Communication between some therapist and parent of child is extremely lacking. They don't explain what they are doing and how you can implement the therapy at home to better help your child. Facility is very clean and THE FRONT DESK LADY WHEN YOU FIRST WALK IN IS AMAZING. They do have this lovely little puppy dog Gracie come to visit and kids generally love her. Gracie is such a sweet girl.

Negative experience: If you are disabled and sick this place does not work well. I have called n cancelled when being ill ending up in dallas per protocol etc. Both me n my daughter have been here. I was discharged from pt. My daughter was discharged from speech and now they want to discharge her from pt ot because we cancel for being ill. My daughter was discharged from speech for no shows which dont make sense because a lot of times appointments were rescheduled to other dates without being notified and when i called to cancel they didnt cancel. Also this has been the 3rd place team rehab has moved to. Inconsistent. Taking my daughter to pediatric therapy inc. For speech and getting her othet services transferred. Much more satisfaction organization and cleanliness. Also i get appointment reminders day before and of. While team rehab when send reminders send days before by then people forget. Especially when i got memory issues which ive discussed. Along with many other disabilities.

Fantastic experience: This is my 4th or 5th time to utilize this facility. This team, including Taylor, Josh, Sara,Gary,and Jonie is some of the nicest people I have had the privilege of working with. It is also one of the cleanest rehab clinics in town.

Fantastic experience: I have MS, Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis. Amber was my PT and her encouragement and understanding was life changing. She work with my disability and understood my memory issues. I can't thank her enough. I haven't been able to finish my OT with Heather and Jimmy because of medical issues. They cared enough about my health that they are giving a chance to heal and rest.

Negative experience: Highly unethical billing practices from this location and an incredibly disappointing experience with the billing supervisor at UMC. If you want to feel highly disrespected and as though people are concerned only with maximizing what they can bill insurance for, this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Taylor Polk is the absolute best! Made my whole PT process easy and even fun! Recommend her 100%.

Fantastic experience: This is Erin, Rafa's wife. The staff at this place are so incredibly kind, fun, and respectful. They are the nicest group of people I've ever been around. They help me physically but I'd go just to be around them.
