Fantastic experience: Monet is the best! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire body! She helped me recover my pelvic floor after having my son and she continues to help me with trouble areas from daily life/motherhood. She is very hands on during the appointments(using fascia release techniques, dry needling, cupping) and then assigns specific exercises for me to do at home to help strengthen, increase mobility and recover my body. I would not be where I am today physically if it weren’t for Monet! I highly recommend her for any needs whether it’s pelvic floor work, recovery from an injury, or even if you’re suffering from jaw pain! She’s truly been a blessing to me!

Fantastic experience: Monet is not only thorough in her examination but in her treatment as well. Her approach is effective because of the personalization and intention she instills in every visit. Her ability to assess TMJ dysfunction is so valuable and is life changing for chronic TMJD.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from debilitating vertigo for months. I went to an ENT for help with no helpful results. After mentioning it to my orthodontist, he referred me to Dr. Monet Supple Young at 360 Wellness-Physical Therapy. Within the first session with her, there was vast improvement in my vertigo. I only had a couple of episodes of very very mild vertigo. I went back to her for another session the following week. I haven't had any vertigo since then. It also eliminated the headaches I was getting behind my eyes. She has been amazing! I know where to go should I experience any vertigo in the future! If you are suffering from vertigo & aren't having good results with any other treatment, I highly recommend 360 Wellness-Physical Therapy!
