When I first started going there, I was walking with a walker. I was released today and was able to walk from the parking lot to the hospital, go where I needed and come back without a walker or cane! Amazing progress all thanks to Cindy!!!

Fantastic experience: Occ med therapy is the place to go for a speedy recovery. The therapist Cindy always makes sure you’re comfortable while doing all your exercises.

Negative experience: Heard the story about the faulty drug test earlier this week. Shame on you for knowing the testing wasn't working. When you have to whisper and redo it and jeopardize a working fathers job. You get a 1 star review. Beware if you fail and know its not right speak up!

Fantastic experience: It is my belief that all healing comes from our Heavenly Father. That doesn’t mean that He doesn’t facilitate that healing from companies and individuals within that company. I waited 6 months front the time that the doctor had written a prescription for me to take PT. Upon wishes of my wife, i finally gave in. I was directed to Occmed Associates and the only thing I can say is that I should have gone sooner. I met Cindy on the first appointment there and went over what I was hoping to accomplish in my PT sessions. I’ll admit to you that I thought it was going to consist of lifting weights and activities such as that. I was totally WRONG. Cindy K has a program for balance issues that is outstanding. She explained what every exercise was for and what it was supposed to accomplish. i was scheduled for 3 times a week for several weeks. Cindy was always encouraging during all the exercises and showed a genuine interest. Besides being the instructor she was also an excellent cheerleader and very good at handling multiple patients at the same time. I witnessed her working with a 4 four year old with the same care and compassion that she did in my sessions. When my time was complete, I was able to feel more confident about my balance. Not only was I more confident, my wife and work colleagues were able to see the difference as well. The facility was clean and well organized. Other employees on site were helpful and friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you OccMed and thank you Cindy K. May God bless.

Negative experience: Very unhappy!! 4th Amendment rights are violated. On observed drug test, staff ask you to drop pants and underwear to knees or they lean over and literally watch the urine exiting the body. I asked for their policy on this but did not receive it. Ok ill talk with you give me your number also on the note of 4th amendment how do you collect from a female. And I would like to add that our hr department is discussed with your process of collecting along with my lawyer

Fantastic experience: My husband, son and I have all been seen here for physical therapy in the last year, and all I can say is it is an amazing place to go. Cindy the person we have all worked with, is amazing and vibrant personality. She really knows what she's doing, not once have I felt unwelcome or uncomfortable in her care. We have seen other physical therapists and none of them are as stellar at knowing what they are doing and making sure to actually work with you than Cindy K.

Negative experience: If I could give them, no stars, I would!!! My fiancé went to do a physical and drug test here and was literally skipped by seven people!!! he waited in there for hours and needed to use the bathroom and they wouldn’t let him. He asked to repeatedly take his drug test because he needed to use the restroom and they continue to ignore him. People were coming in and out & yet they still failed to get him! Personal opinion, this is company is absolutely terrible!!!!! I definitely wouldn’t come here if you didn’t have to!!! Wish the staff treat people better too!!!

Negative experience: Had to go for a mandatory check-up recently. My nurse (who I will not name) was NOT FRIENDLY WHATSOEVER! No need to be Chic-Fil-A friendly or anything crazy like that, but some type of polite human interaction would suffice. Made my visit feel extremely unwelcoming and COLD.

Negative experience: My husband and I went to this facility after he had a work injury. Having been in a wreck with 3 others due to a man in a pickup failing to yeild right-of-way. We waited a good while in a building that had to be over 85° in the building. The Dr was unprofessional, rude, and basically laughed in my husband's face over the back pain he was experiencing. When my husband requested to get a note to return to work on Monday. The Dr said I don't give days off. You can go back in light duty. The room was disgusting! And the x-ray room had mold above the x-ray machine! The room we set in with the doctor was absolutely filthy!!!! I've seen cleaner bathrooms in a truck stop than what is supposed to be a licensed business for receiving medical treatment! If there was an option to give negative stars I would! Worst place ever!

Fantastic experience: G. Boren Services: After eight (8) years of using another occupational medicine clinic, we found Occ Med-East & West. We moved our business there in 2006 and are so glad we did! One phone call is all it takes. We can send an employee there for pre-employment drug, nicotine, & TB testing all in one place. Our risk manager receives the test results immediately by telephone and then OccMed follows up with a fax verification too. If an employee needs physician care, they are treated respectfully and throughly--Dr. Rodriguez and Pete Sevigny, NP are the BEST to work with! The front desk staff is Customer Service all the way--friendly and caring. And the pricing is extremely reasonable! Amanda Miller, LVN will come to our office and administer our flu vaccines every September. And the owner, Bryce Olsen, RPT will bend over backwards to make sure all the above is done—EVERY time. We like the team at OccMed so well; we use them for our personal health needs as well!

Fantastic experience: I always use OccMed to get my medical card renewed because if you're self pay they give you a discount if you make an appointment...no other clinic in town does that! Wait times vary but it's nice not to be sitting around sick people and the staff seems happy. Highly recommend!!
