Fantastic experience: Have a friend there any I have found this place a very good facility have been associated with this place for 5 years

Negative experience: It's trash, they treat these people like trash. I pulled my mom out of there. They don't clean the shower after they shower each person in the same one shower. They don't care. They yell at elderly people. Very disrespectful to the elderly folks there. They ignore there request for help. It's just plain trash... They need to be shut down!

Fantastic experience: The facility smells clean and looks clean when walking in. The staff is so friendly and very helpful, residents are happy and always participating in activities. The department heads are the best I've ever delt with. I will highly recommend this facility to anyone anytime hands down.

Negative experience: Leaving this review as a one I wish I can give them a zero cause the way they have treated my dear friends mother is obviously not acceptable by any means. Not only have they neglected her mother they have banned her daughter (my dear friend) from seeing her as well, knowing very well she is her legal guardian. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. they are always under staffed, the staff they do have is rude and incompetent, if you raise concerns about your loved one they will trespass you! Do not put your loved one here!

Negative experience: This place is the worst place ever .I do not recommend you to leave any one there they do not care for their patients and they neglect them I've heard the way they talk to these poor sick people and they make me sick to my stomach the way these people are in this place.

Fantastic experience: I seriously cannot believe this place doesn’t have more positive reviews. The staff here are AMAZING thank you Kyle, Andrea, the other female administrator, and definitely the other male nurse of my grandpas who works days. So sorry I can’t remember y’all’s names but thank you all!!!!! This place is great. My grandfather raised me and has always been the most important person in my life. So when he fell and broke his hip it was very important to me to get him into a rehab where he was treated with respect. The entire team here went above and beyond. They were very understanding and patient with him and I just cannot say enough about this place and I highly recommend it to anyone who is in need of rehabilitation or long term care. THANK YOU LAKESIDE!!
