Negative experience: While I am thankful for the services provided for my son and am the first to attest of his progress thanks to the therapists' enormous contributions, the same cannot be said about the individuals who deal with customer service matters. A few months ago (April, 2025), I contacted the Therapy Network as a means of following up on an administrative matter. Not only was I given the runaround, at one point it was made very clear to me by a particular lady that I must desist with the matter, otherwise it would be very 'sad to see my son seek therapy elsewhere.' Needless to say, I was devastated by this response, especially because I always addressed them with courtesy and professionalism, not to mention that I gave them ample time to assist me in solving this matter. It is shameful that a simple follow up on what would turn out to be an ultimatum of 'cease and desist' that would jeopardize my son's therapy. I wonder how much customer courtesy workshops are conducted by this facility with its personnel.

Fantastic experience: Here at Therapy Network they have such an amazing staff, knows patients by their name as soon as they walk in, Office is clean not dirty like other facilities I've been to, smells clean at all times. The therapist are so wonderful with patients, they give patients little snacks after session but of course they ask parents first if it's ok. Staff is very professional and answer any questions you have. Never had a bad experience with them❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: They have the most respectful, understanding staff that I have encountered. The therapist are so amazing just love their interactions with the patients. Office is clean and smell cleans as soon you walk in.

Negative experience: I regret to say that my experience with the professional rehab services for my daughter's speech therapy has been incredibly disappointing. Every time I reached out for information on when she would start receiving services, I was met with the runaround. The staff's customer service was shockingly poor, and it seemed like they had little interest in actually providing the services we desperately needed. This lack of transparency and professionalism has left me with a feeling of frustration and disappointment. I sincerely hope that they can improve their communication and service quality for other families in need.

Negative experience: If I could give these people 0 stars I would. I have been waiting for over 2 months for them to verify my insurance and give me an appointment. The insurance verification person Pricilla is a joke. Never in the office before 11 and always leaves before 4. This place is a joke. Clearly do not care about people. Would never recommend! FYI don’t even bother responding to this m, they are just empty words to make it look like you care.

In response to your comment more than your insurance verification was involved, our business manager has personally reached out to the referring MD for further clarification, we can assure you that our goal is always to see patients in a timely manner, but sometimes emergencies occur, or there are other circumstances beyond our control which means we need more time than expected with a patient before they're able to be seen. We do everything we can - from staff scheduling changes and better communication across departments- so these situations don't happen too often, but when they do, it's frustrating for everyone involved, including both patients and providers alike. we would like the opportunity to rectify this situation and help make it right for you. Fantastic experience: My son started Speech Therapy here at Therapy Network over the summer and his progress has been amazing!!!! Staff is attentive and quick to answering any of my concerns. The therapist have been wonderful as well !!! WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!

Negative experience: Coming from a certified pediatric nurse, this place was dirty and they lacked so much in customer service skills. Especially during a pandemic, it’s expected to walk into a business and it be super clean. This wasn’t the case, the curtains were dirty, and the floors and the walls. I still decided to give this place a chance, I didn’t want to move my son so it didn’t affect his progress. His therapist that was so sweet went on maternity leave so he was with someone else. One therapist told the other my two year old had an attitude, I was not allowed into his session. I was bothered and asked the therapist (she took my son and as I was trying to walk in with her she told me she didn’t allow parents), afterwards I asked her what the policy was on parents and was told “I DONT ALLOW PARENTS, it’s my first day here. I was told your child has an attitude and you tried to leave last session to run errands.” This is ridiculous, she said her supervisor and her had decided to make this change when nobody communicated this to me BEFOREHAND. I made sure to tell her this should have all been communicated instead of blindsiding me and then apparently talking about my son. And I had never tried to leave during a session. If there isn’t a love or PATIENCE for children then why work with them. If you want effective communication, a sanitary place for your child, and kind loving staff then DON’T TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. We have since moved to a different place and WHAT A DIFFERENCE.

Thank you for your review, we are very sorry to hear you had this experience here at Therapy Network, but we really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Our facility will be going under renovations and modifications in the near future. As per, our therapist that left for maternity leave, we made sure our patients did not stay without coverage, so we hired a contract Speech Pathologist whom has previously worked here at our facility. Here at therapy network, we have an open-door policy depending on the patient’s need and recommended treatment many of our therapist do prefer a one on one with their patients since we strive on independence for our patients. It can be difficult for some parents to relinquish control, but staying in the background and allowing the therapist to run the session is less confusing for the child. Asking you to wait was in no way to punish you or the child, but to allow them to refocus. Our speech therapist and Administrator did offer for you to take part of the session by viewing it through the Sensory Integration Gym that has a glass window. Also, Due to pandemic, we are taking precautions and have limited the amount of people who step into our facility and patient rooms just like any other MD, pediatrician clinics. We make sure we sanitize waiting room and treatment rooms and follow protocols. I would like to add that we have had our air ventilations recently cleaned as well. Again, we apologize for how you felt you were treated, thank you for being part of Therapy Network and bringing these issues to our attention your feedback is acknowledged and has been addressed.
