Negative experience: If I can actually put a zero star for this place I would and be able to leave a comment. My grandma was here for week and was not attended well she had fallen off her wheelchair in the commen area where nurses station located And no one noticed she was on the floor which caused her to fracture her pelvic. We didn't like the care they gave her the first 3 days but we were not able to take her out unless doctor signed her out. She also got a roommate who the nurse would ignore and did not adjust her when she asked . The nurse told her she was going for help and never came back hours had passed. I do not recommend this place for care or rehabilitation. Place not secure I walked in with no questions asked and nurses and staff seemed more busy with each other and cellphones than actual patients.

Negative experience: This place is just horrible and negligent. They have a 25$ gift card for whoever gives good reviews! Don’t listen to the reviews ! The nurses leave your loved ones soiled if immobile. They will deliberately move the call button away from your loved one and their phones if they call you to call the center because the patient had been soiled for a while , screaming for them and they won’t go to her until we call saying she’s screaming for help. Trying to get our love one out of there and they make it hard, my family member was sitting IN FRONT OF THEM when my mom called and told her the person she wanted to speak to wasn’t there and the person who took the call hung up and told that person who “wasn’t there” that my mom was calling and she told them she was out for the day. They are sick for how they treat patients, the room had ANTS on the beds, chairs , walls and they did nothing, nor did they clean the room!

Fantastic experience: Village Nursing is a great place to take you love one for therapy All staffing is great you feel like home when you enter .The facility looks super clean ,smell clean Great Job! for the maintenance manager that keeps up the place in good condition.

Positive experience: Visited 110, Avila , sad and mad to see cobwebs over his head in corner of bed. No excuses for that.

Positive experience: The two CNAs on duty were very helpful and attentive. My father, a temporary resident, needed to excuse himself for a moment, and the CNAs were quick to assist him in stepping away discreetly. Their willingness to help and the respectful way they handled everything didn’t go unnoticed. It’s reassuring to see residents treated with care and dignity. That matters a lot. While there are areas that could be improved, the compassion of the staff last night definitely stood out.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this place as a visitor to observe and in my personal experience the CNAS that work there are the best. They are very professional and caring they go above and beyond for there residents. I would love to stay there when I'm older..

Positive experience: I like that safety was a priority. They have a check point where it takes picture and takes your temperature. This will ensure that residents can be kept safe from illness. Nice check in but I wish they would of told us what my father in law needed. The next my mom inlaw was rushing to get basics like tooth paste.

Negative experience: I had my mom there for two weeks.. she was meant to be focusing on rehabilitation from being at the hospital for a whole month and what they did was horrible the first day she was there she was put in a diaper.. my mom with assistance was able to go to the restroom but since their staff rather be on their phones or mingling in the back instead of doing their job they put my mom in a diaper. They also put her in a room with a lady with dementia that lady didn’t belong in that side of the wing and in the middle of the night the lady pooped all over my moms bed and they ended up throwing away my moms personal blankets. Her food was all sugar when she has cancer and she wasn’t supposed to be having that kind of food. The care they gave her was not good, she missed her oncology visit because “they forgot to tell” the ambulance people & just called me and told me “you can come take her..” that same day I took her out. I only had her there because I thought it would’ve been better for physical therapy that was supposed to be given but she came out weaker than she was at the hospital and dependent on diapers. Thankfully it’s not been a month since she’s out and home and she’s improved so much.

Negative experience: nursing staff is about average for this place. Front desk receptionist lady during the day is very unprofessional with an attitude to boot. Asking for help, directions and when she answers incoming calls is a hassle. The evening shift is a night and day difference, she'll actually go out of her way and hear you out. Compared to the sass the day shift lady gives you, she cuts you off and comes off unwelcoming as if they're bothering her. You can tell they've normalized this behavior as she has settled into this job after several years.

Negative experience: I really dont get it...I'm visiting my mother cause shes was admitted here at this place. And within 1hr to 1hr 30 minutes there was a patient screaming and no one bothered to help him, so they completely ignore that patient. These employees are getting paid to help and attend the patients needs and not ignore them. Employees are getting paid to do a job the way see it there only here for a paycheck..

Fantastic experience: My husband was here for 20 Days and got good care. The staff is very friendly and it seemed like a lot of them “”knew” us and called us by name. I am having my own PT with Jo Lyn and she is very good and I would recommend this facility for both PT and nursing home care. Rosie in the office made me feel like a friend as she is very friendly and answered all my questions and always went above and beyond trying to help us. The place is clean and does not “smell” like some places.

Fantastic experience: Great place during recovery of a hip surgery surgery. Therapists Edna and Jessica are very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Aaron de la Torre was always making sure we were well taken care of. Gin George made a special meal plan for us; great food. Thank you Alma, Geramy, Juan, Delia, Odalia, Ruth has been extremely helpful and resourceful, everyone worked as a team and were always available to assist. Juan the nurse and Jaz as well. Village is one of the cleanest and friendliest place I have been in. I recommend this place whole heatedly. Congratulations for making our stay there a positive stay.

Fantastic experience: My 90 year old father who was wheelchair bound for over a year and 90% DEPENDENT was referred here and the service and rehab was top notch. My father now uses a walker to get around and is now 90% INDEPENDENT. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: My grandmother has been a patient here since 2017. She is very close to the people that work there and I have seen that are very caring to her as well. I recommend this place if you want to take your family somewhere that they will also be treated like family.

Fantastic experience: My grandfather was recently there after his hospitalization. He was completely dependent after his hospitalization and made amazing progress. He was very happy with all the nursing care and rehab he received. The nursing staff and rehab staff were always attentive and so kind to him. All his therapists were amazing and patient with him. He wanted to specifically thank Jessica, Matthew, and Marie for giving him the best therapy, which made him stronger and more independent. He has always been a very independent person so being hospitalized and needing total care was very hard for him. The nursing team and rehab team made it possible for him to be discharged home as independent as possible again. My grandfather and my family were so happy with his rehab he is also doing outpatient services. My aunt drives him from Rio Grande for him to get rehab with them. Thank you so much on behalf of I. My grandfather has been placed there several times for rehabilitation and is still currently in their care, they have the most caring staff nurses,CNA's, front door staff is so amazing. A special thank you to Mrs. Ruth Iruegas for her fast respond to my grandfather in getting his emergency help and needs she has the most amazing patient care we can ask for aside from making you feel comfortable and treating us like family !!!

From the front door staff, to clinical, physical therapy, cna, office and house keeping staff are a 5 star rating facility for sure. Village staff is amazing. Thank you Pricella for helping with discharge arrangents was a pleasure to work with you and no long wait at all you deliver in a short time and we had no delays getting my father taken to Idaho closer to his family. Thanks to Miguel and Jasmin couple of my father nurse to get me educated in such a short time how to care for him for our trip to Idaho. Keep up the good work. Thank you all ❤
