Fantastic experience: My name is Steven Shuller I was here for 18 days my experience was comfortable enjoyable staff, nice room, tha food was ok, but the best part was therapist, they are very professional, the nursing staff help me alot. Priscilla was always attentive to me.

From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. The nurses, therapists, and support staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to answer questions or provide updates, which gave us real peace of mind. My mother received excellent rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, and it was clear she was treated with dignity and respect every single day. The facility was clean, well-run, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, my mother made meaningful progress during her stay. I highly recommend Grand Terrace Rehab to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one. They truly go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Soy la señora Gloria Cervantes, vine a este lugar para rehabilitación, tuve un accidente y vine a este lugar a terapia la cual es excelente Antron mi terapista de las manos y equilibrio es genial y Tray es el que me ayuda a caminar y bicicleta y me dio una terapia increible, el personal de el facility es muy amable y muy bien preparadas, la comida es buena, el cuarto es excelente, estoy en cuarto privado, la entrada es bonita actualmente lo están remodelando, Priscila es fantástica la chica las amable del lugar otra chica muy servicial y amable es María Jara ella es ayudante de enfermera y siempre da más de lo que debe dar, igualmente Mary Mary.

Fantastic experience: Mi mamá es Lucille Galván, estoy muy agradecida con Grand Terrace por la ayuda que le dieron ami mamá, ella está mucho mejor ahora, no quisiera que recayera en una enfermedad pero si llegara a pasar de nuevo por supuesto que regresaría a este lugar, además lo están remodelando y está quedando muy bien, los terapistas son excelentes. la hospitalidad es buena siempre que le hablaba ala trabajadora social y a Priscila estaban disponibles para mi, los que limpiaban el cuarto, los que le daban de comer todos trabajando en equipo y no quejas de la comida. las enfermeras ayudaban mucho, Dalila muy amable. todos avanzaban la milla extra. felicidades a el administrador de este lugar por el equipo de trabajo que tiene.

Fantastic experience: Soy Julia Jackson, todo El personal es muy amable y te ayudan tanto como pueden, El cuarto esta Bien, me gusta que todos los dias me dan huevo con frijoles en El almuerzo, aveces estoy con flojeta de haver la terapia pero ya llos me animan mucho para que la haga y e mejorado mucho. Gracias por todo Grand Terrace.

Fantastic experience: Mi mama es Lucille Galvan, ella esta muy contenta aqui le han ayudado mucho en este lugar, le gusto mucho el chile relleno Que le dieron era la primera ves que ella lo comia, Priscilla nos a ayudado mucho y le hace compania a mi mama, espero que mi mama siga mejorando, mi mama aqui empezo a caminar otraves.

Fantastic experience: Soy la hermana de José Castano el es paciente aquí, recién llego y me está gustando porque la era de cómo lo están tratando, la enfermera fue buena y amable, me gustó la actitud de Priscila que es muy bonita, tiene una actitud de alegría para los pacientes, siempre anda contenta, siempre está dispuesta a ayudarnos y nos trata bien.

Fantastic experience: Mi Esposo es Juan Sevilla y estoy agradecida por Que en este lugar le ayudaron mucho, mi esposo estaba muy mal, y aqui le ayudaron, se orinaba y tenia Que darle de comer en la Boca y ahora come solo, la Terapia le ayudo mucho y ahora es un hombre differente ya es independiente, ya va al bano solo y come solo. Son muy ambles y professionales.

Fantastic experience: Soy Ana Diaz soy paciente de este lugar cuando llegue me recibieron muy bien, el trato de las enfermeras es amable, atentas todo el personal ha sido muy bueno, me gusta mucho el bingo, la convivencia con las personas, es un lugar muy agradable, bonito y lo recomiendo demasiado. Priscila es una maravilla, es un amor, hasta me pintaron las uñas. La comida es muy buena, hoy comí espagueti.

Fantastic experience: Christina Tijerina and my mother is a patient Minerva Obrien and she is receiving excellent care and therapy and I’m very happy to have brought my mother to this facility and Priscilla the skilled service coordinator has gone beyond her duty to make sure my mother is comfortable and happy and being taken care of well and same for me and I do recommend this place, and therapist are so handsome and strong, Antron is so nice and so handsome. All the therapist are really good at there skilled and professional. I’m happy, I’m comfortable.

Hasta le tocaron la guitarra a mi hermano.

Fantastic experience: He visto que estan muy atentos en el servicio alos pacientes, Norma Pena esta muy al pendinete de mi hermano y le da muchos animos junto con Violeta, in 100 para ellas si recomiendo este lugar por que no cualquier lugar tiene los apparatos se respiracion como aqui, Priscilla es muy atenta y amable.

Negative experience: This facility presented a concerning lack of patient-centered care. Compassion seemed absent in interactions with staff. Advertised services did not reflect the reality of care provided. The overall experience was deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns. Improvements in basic care and communication are critically needed. Families seeking quality care should proceed with caution. This environment is not conducive to healing or well-being. The level of care fell far short of acceptable standards.

Fantastic experience: I have recently moved both my parents to this facility, the help I have been offered by Miss June Flores and Miss Karla Martinez is something to highlight. I am a thousand miles away and having such incredible help was and has been a blessing. I have just travelled to Texas to visit my parents and see the facility and meet Miss June and Miss Karla. I could not have been more impressed by the true passion their teams have for the work they do. Highly recommended
