Fantastic experience: 100% recommended physiotherapy clinic. Each and every time I go, I'm blown away with their treatment. Individual care to every patient, treat with respect irrespective of age. Atmosphere is lively in the clinic. The goal is to treat the ailment best way. Professional treatment, balanced use of equipment, exercise and personal touch. The underline goal is to get you back to normal routine. No wait time and utilize full time duration of the sessions. Flexibility in scheduling and rescheduling as needed many a times on short notice too.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a shoulder issue for over a month. Alan Kaplan is the therapist who has been treating me. It was obvious early on how knowledgeable he is in his profession. I have gone enough times and I’ve seen how the other therapists interact with their patients. And it’s obvious that all the therapist there are very good and very accomplished. And if you need help with insurance matters Kate will get you squared away. I hope to never need physical therapy again, but if I do, I’ll be going here.

Fantastic experience: The staff was friendly and attentive, very encouraging with a personalized treatment plan to fit individual needs, Emily was the best person there. The waiting time before appointment was minimal. Therapists clearly explained treatment plans and effectively addressed expected results. All work out tables were cleaned prior to being used. Fantastic experience: Superb, talented, professional, and fun team! Truly the best! So many nuances of my physiology and posture I learnt and absorbed from the knowledgeable and super funny therapist, Andrew Cain! First time ever in my life I’ve so enjoyed and felt good while exercising. Drew made even the most boring and painful workouts enjoyable and memorable! Most importantly, in barely 8 sessions, both, my cervical and shoulder pain have almost disappeared. Thank you guys…,you’re truly the best!!!!

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed working with Alan over the last few months. I had 2 broken wrists and Alan’s treatment plan had me using both hands/ wrists after a serious injury in record time. Alan always came up with workouts that were challenging and most beneficial to my injury. And workouts that I could do at home also. He also explained the hands/ wrists anatomy so I would know why certain exercises would work best for me. I highly recommend Alan for anyone having hand issues! Thank you Alan for all your help. I enjoyed working with you!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience with Meagan my therapist, but all of the therapist in there helped at different times and were equally as talented

Negative experience: We have been to Results PT McKinney, and my wife has pain from her Patella Pain, we went there for 3 visits, and the 2nd and 3rd visit sessions was sharable with an other patient, in the 2nd visit we asked for a session that wasn't sharable but it still continued in the 3rd visit. Before going here for the 3rd Visit, my wife was doing fine and had mild pain but after the end of the 3rd visit she collapsed and couldn't walk immediately, she took 15 - 20 minutes to walk back to the car. It took 7 days for her to come back to being normal, but she went through a tremendous stress and pain during this time. I have spoken to Results PT to write off 3 visits, but they only wrote off for 3rd one and asked me to make the payment for the first two. They should understand the situation and provide an exception for the scenarios like this. If they were able to write off the 3rd one means they agreed that something went wrong right? Because of this incident, she was dealing with the pain for 2-3 weeks, stress, and no pay for those days. I have contacted my insurance and they asked me to raise a Grievance for this issue. Just sharing our experience here.

Fantastic experience: I saw Josh for about 1.5 months to work on my jaw, which I didn’t even know you could have physical therapy for. Everybody at the clinic was so amazing and I felt that they deeply cared for all their patients. Scheduling was incredibly easy and I always enjoyed the positive attitude everybody had. Will definitely come back!

Fantastic experience: This is the best rehab facility I've ever worked with. Drew, Megan, and Josh are all great physical therapists. They listen to you, push you just right, and are friendly while they help you. They make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and build more strength with each session. This is the first time a therapist has asked me my goal and then actually worked toward that goal with me. I can pick up my fur baby once again without my backing hurting, a major feat after two broken vertebrae. I hope I won't need PT again, but if I do, Results on Eldorado Pkwy in McKinney is where I will return.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best. I recently completed physical therapy for my knees, and Megan B. was phenomenal to work with. I was most impressed with her creativity when it came to giving me exercises to test my injury and identify weak points, as well as to rebuild strength around the injury. I normally dread any appointments that are in any way medical, but I legitimately looked forward to our sessions together since they were fun and I felt like I was making progress each meet-up. Every staff member made me feel welcome. They all said hi, asked about the kids, and treated me like a friend. Hoping I never get injured again, but if I do I will definitely be paying this team a visit.

However, my experience exceeded the clinical outcome. Under Josh's leadership this clinic operated with a welcoming, friendly "vibe". Fantastic experience: After completing PT with Results for my first knee replacement, I requested to be reassigned back to them when it came time for my second knee replacement. Everyone there was pleasant, patient, supportive and knowledgeable which made what I dreaded was going to be very painful and miserable, surprisingly rather enjoyable. The experience was educational and I learned exercises to work with my knees and lower back jointly to help me move around better than I have in years. I worked mostly with Drew, Kendrick and Josh and I would recommend them and Results to anyone who is needing PT. I watched them working with other patients and they were more one-on-one and invested than I had ever seen in previous PT facilities I had utilized. I truly appreciate getting back the mobility I thought I had lost forever!

Fantastic experience: Second Post: I was so pleased with my first round of treatments at Results, I decided to return. This time to help me through some lingering pain in my shoulder and lower back. Kendrick and Drew were my therapists. Great guys with an obvious love for their work. They were very personable, but highly professional when it came to guiding me through my exercises. I often wondered how some of the exercises pertained to attacking my pain, but; I was pleasantly surprised as my pain was noticeably reduced through increased resistance and repetition of those core exercises. Again, I was very impressed with the Results of my time with Results. Hopefully, they've seen the last of me. But if necessary, I wouldn't hesitate from going back for a third time. ******************* First Post: Results Physiotherapy is among the very BEST PT clinics in the area. I feel qualified to say that because I have received recuperative treatments in other Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Allen, and Dallas clinics. Results PT stands out because every single session is led by a highly credentialed therapist alone. The clinics I used previously had the therapists do the initial evaluation. Then they ran me through a few of the programmed exercises. After the first session, I received treatment from one of several technicians. Therapists were usually not involved in any of those follow-on sessions unless specialized treatments (needling, cupping, massaging, etc.) were required. At Results, Dr. Dustin Gartner was my therapist. He was very thorough and patient in my treatment. Progress was closely monitored, as evidenced by the routine tweaking he did on the exercises, as well as frequent range of motion measurements. His calm demeanor and great sense of humor set me at ease, even in the most potential pain-inducing manipulations. As it turned out though, Dustin has a knack for backing off just before the pain really kicks in. I appreciate that! All in all, I was completely satisfied with the care and treatment I received from Results Physiotherapy. I would, most definitely, recommended them as your next choice for PT treatment.

Restarted 1st of the year and could not be happier with the convenient location, pull up front, park & walk right in storefront! From front desk Jen to Andrew “Drew” my PT and Laura i met today…what a group of kind souls who all wk well together. 8mos of meniscus pain and ONE MONTH HERE 2x’s a week, im walking without a limp, i feel hopeful and confident with my cheerleaders behind me. Fantastic experience: Results therapy was absolutely amazing, I would recommend them to anybody who has flexibility or joint issues, the reason why I gave them five stars is because I can find nothing wrong with them, as a company they truly helped me understand my issues, my physical therapist Dustin was truly amazing. He recommended me to an orthopedic surgeon and within a couple of weeks I had surgery and 6 to 8 weeks of recovery later, I am back to my happy self. Highly recommend this company. Fantastic experience: Dustin and Jennifer are both great. I’ve been going for a few months now after having ACL reconstruction surgery. Even my doctor was impressed at how well and fast I was healing, and that’s absolutely because of the care I’ve received from Dustin. PT is never fun, especially after surgery, but Dustin does a great job at still making it a relatively enjoyable experience!

He suggested Results as it was new to McKinney and had received positive comments. I was impressed immediately when I was contacted by results to set up an appointment. Fantastic experience: The entire team at Results PT McKinney have been so wonderful to me, and really helped alleviate some knee and back problems I've had for a year (minor running injury and sitting at a desk for 12+ hours a day). After several sessions, they were able to figure out the issues I was going through and after 6 weeks, all my pain is gone. Fantastic experience: After suffering through a couple of weeks of unbearable back pain, I visited Dustin and team. Dustin was very clear on the plan of action and what he hoped to achieve for me. He also gave me a few exercises he wanted me to do at home in between sessions at the clinic. My back pain gradually disappeared in 4 or 5 sessions. Even though I had more sessions scheduled, Dustin told me that he felt that I had reached a point where there was no need for me to continue with the sessions and to just continue doing the recommended exercises at home. I'm fully recovered now and can't thank him enough for the quick turnaround in my condition. Shout out to Dave (who was training with Dustin) as well for a focused approach in treating me and all the guidance.

Fantastic experience: Working with Dustin Gartner and Results Physiotherapy finally made me feel like I was being treated as a WHOLE person instead of a shoulder, ankle, or knee that was disconnected from the rest of the body. While we work on the specific body part that is ailing, Dustin also notices how the rest of the body is working with that body part and helps you get it all straightened out. It was a refreshing approach and one that I will return to for all my PT needs!

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing debilitating pain from Piriformis Syndrome (a condition that causes the sciatic nerve to be irritated or compressed by the piriformis muscle). To be honest I was not sure if physical therapy would help or not but I began looking for strong physical therapy reviews and I stumbled on Results Physiotherapy. Jennifer, who handles the office, is super helpful got me scheduled up right away with Dustin. On my first visit I described my issue to Dustin. He put me through a few physical tests to validate and isolate the issue. He then stated with great confidence that he could get me fixed up in just a few visits. He immediately taught me a series of simple but effective exercises and along proper lifting techniques that would help in my line of work. In addition, he informed me about a form of acupuncture called dry needling. My pain was a 10 so I was game for anything. During the session we did the exercises, lifting techniques and dry needling with electrical stimulation. The results we absolutely fantastic. I felt like a new man after the first visit and was virtually pain free after three visits. Dustin is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and caring. When you are with him you absolutely have 100% of his attention. In addition to the great results from the sessions, both Jennifer and Dustin have followed up by phone to check on my progress. Fantastic experience: I worked with Dustin most of the time and had a great experience. They aim to keep you with the same therapist each visit, but I had to reschedule on them a few times. Every staff member I worked with was great though! They keep track of what exercises you did, what worked, and what progress you're making all very well. I went in for knee pain, and in less than 2 months, I was able to start building strength on leg day again! Overall, I recommend this place. They have a really sound philosophy centered around building strength and lowering pain.

Fantastic experience: I received dry needling and physical therapy services at Results Physiotherapy. My therapist, Dustin is very insightful & has great attention to detail. His understanding of key trigger points based on areas of pain, correction of posture helped heal spasms in my neck area and the back side of my head which would hurt a lot before I started therapy. He also suggested me the right exercises which I still do at home and help me a great deal in building & maintaining strength in my weaker upper body muscles. I am happy to recommend Results Physiotherapy and Dustin for a methodical and comprehensive physical therapy.

He set me up on a very specific set of exercises that I could do at home and at the clinic. 3 weeks later feeling great! Highly recommend.

He listened and carefully diagnosed me, clearly explained everything, and created a successful and dynamic program for rehabilitation for my neck pain. Fantastic experience: I have been having neck/back problems for 35+ years. I had cervical fusion surgery 12 years ago. Over that time, I went to many different Physical Therapists. I consider Dustin Gartner to be the best PT I have ever encountered. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I was very appreciative that Dustin stayed with me throughout the entire appointment, genuinely caring about the results. My routine was totally personalized to fit my needs. Also, Jennifer, the receptionist, is very friendly and caring. She greets everyone with a smile and a personalized greeting using your name. Great place with great people. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dustin Gartner is an excellent physiotherapist. He treated me after a rotator cuff repair. I was delayed in starting physio after my surgery due to life circumstances and Dustin was able to break up scar tissue with a combination of dry needling, stretching and strength exercises. He’s very hands on, he doesn’t just leave you to do a set of exercises with a tech! Dustin is involved in all aspects of the healing process and thinks outside the box. 100% recommend Dustin!
